Measuring was done, then the next week the counter was installed and they measured for the backsplash. Three days later the backsplash was installed, caulked and holes drilled.

That was good. I bought that for my mom for her kitchen. They did very good. I paid about an extra $1500. I knew I was going to pay more, because she had more square footage than that. They give you so many square feet at that price. I was mainly looking for a company with good reviews and the price was fair. They had a nice selection of granite, basic colors and upgradeable colors. It looked very professional. I picked out the granite and installation was like a week, very quick. They did a good job. My mom was very happy with it.

This company is one of the most professional companies I have worked with in S. Florida. Even though my contacting them was due to not only wanting a granite countertop but also because they offered a coupon on Angie's List. They never treated me like I was looking for a cheaper deal. They helped me choose the granite from their stock with recommendations and set up a schedule for templating and installing the countertop - and, they stuck to their schedule. They also called me after my initial visit to discuss and reassure me about the thickness of my granite choice because I didn't want any brackets underneath the counter. Also, I was insecure about the location and finishing of a seam in the countertop. I thought it might be too wide and obvious. They reassured me it'd be handled professionally. It was! They even called me to remind me to come over and see the template applied over my granite slabs so I could envision the countertop before they fabricated it. I would have forgotten completely to do this. They gave times and dates they would come to do different steps and they said they'd call about 40 minutes before arriving. They did so and were very punctual. Neatness counts too and they were very neat. I would recommend this company to anyone as professional, punctual and caring.

The provider installed a grantite top, the sink and backsplash in my kitchen. Everyone at Marble & Granite were very professional and helpful. Rosio the sales person was extremly professional and helped in any way she could. The installion was done over two days. The granite was installed on Tuesday and the backsplash on Thursday. The installers did an excellent job. They were very neat and cleaned the area both days. I can't say enough about how pleased I was with the job. My kitchen looks beautiful and I hope to use them in the future to do my bathrooms.

Lili was very patient with me as we went back and forth several times getting the right choice and pricing on the work needed. Only complaint I had was the price to install the backsplash tile so II used someone else for that work. But the work on the countertop was done very nicely and as scheduled.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. The granite turned out beautiful. The people at the place were wonderful. I worked with a woman named Lily and she was terrific. I am completely satisfied. They delivered at the specified time with courteous people. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. They were helpful. I would absolutely use them again.

They claim that I have more square footage than is covered in their plan so there were three additional sets of charges - 1) for the base amount including the extra square footage 2) to extend the granite up 4" but they failed to say how many additional square feet this extra 4" came out to. 3) Another quote for a complete granite backsplash in addition to the base countertop. Again, they failed to state how many additional square feet would be required to do the complete backsplash. In trying to communicate with Marble & Granite Connections' sales contact, Luanna Cardenas, it turns out that she only works from 9am to noon every day so it is difficult to communicate with her. Apparently, she is the daughter of the owner. I continued to try to find out what the extra square footage came to on Quotes #2 and 3 but when I spoke to another person in their Sales Dept., I was told that "we usually don't do that". This is too vague for me and I have no way to know if they are giving me honest quotes on these two additional options without knowing the square footage. Accordingly, I have decided not to proceed with Marble & Granite Connections. Please refund my credit card. Thank you.

Luana and team were great. Their knowledge and professionalism is second to none. My job was as difficult as they come , book matched 45 degree edges throughout, waterfall panels and book matching back splashes. The entire team worked together to do an impressive job. Great work Thank you

From the point of intial contact ,to completion of the job, this company provided exceptional service. The variety of granite included in the deal was above expectation. The choices of sink and edging, again, were above what was expected. The selection process was easy and the staff knowlegable and attentive. The measuring of the template was also an excellent experience. I discussed where the seam should go when the template was made and when I reviewed the template on the granite before it was cut. The result was perfect. The installation process was done in a timely manner. The installers were professional, respectful and neat. The end result was everything I had hoped for. This was not the first time I had granite installed. Compared to my prior experience with another company, the price, quality, and overall experience was beyond what I had hoped for. I would recommend this company without reservation.

We have selected all of the materials and are pleased with results so far. They are scheduled to be installed in our home next week on April 1st.

I will return to finalize and schedule a date. I am hoping my the end of May the installation will be complete. The cost may vary depending upon any backsplash that I might select.

Professional employees, did a great job and made sure the work was done correctly.

Because the vendor not only does the install, but also supplies the granite, by dealing with them one avoids the hassle of going to a granite supplier to select a slab of granite, then visiting a separate installer to determine the cost of the installation (which can be a real pain). This is "one stop shopping" at its best. The showroom staff was extremely knowledgeable and professional. They were very responsive to our needs, and were helpful in the selection process of the slab of granite we used. They arrived on time to draw up the template, and re-measured everything to make sure of achieving a proper fit. The day after the template was made, we revisited the showroom to lay out the template on the granite to get the best possible effect of the granite's pattern. They also arrived on time to do the installation 1 week later, which went smoothly. We were very pleased with all facets of the process, and intend to contact them in the future when we will have marble countertops installed in the bathrooms. All in all, we cannot say enough good things about the showroom and office personnel, the installers, and the quality of the product installed. A great big thanks to the folks at Marble and Granite Connection! We are totally satisfied with our new kitchen countertops, and will unhesitatingly recommend Marble and Granite Connection to anyone considering granite installation.

They did a marvelous job. I paid an for additional granite.

They were wonderful to deal with as far as the office staff. After the installation, the sink was not cut out properly. They also took some backsplash off and replaced it with tile; I can see that it is a little wavy and they should have filled it in a little bit more. They were very nice, but labor wise it could have been better. Then the owner was here and he never said anything about the sink cut out either. I think this company should have been a little bit more critical of their work due the cut out measurements.

After measuring the kitchen I realized that the 40 sq. feet would not be enough to do the kitchen. The larger amount was not in the budget.

They have been very helpful and there haven’t been any surprises. They have been very responsive since the start of the project. I am surprised since the holidays are coming up. They also showed us what it would look like on the slab of granite and they let us choose where they cut it which I really liked. So far, it couldn't be better.

This is a fantastic company - it was a totally awesome experience from start to finish! We had obtained several quotes before joining Angie's list, for approx 40 sq ft of granite countertops, and the prices ranged from $2,600 up to $3,600 for tan brown granite, some including the sink. Home Depot was approximately $2,800 without the sink. Joined Angie's List a few weeks ago and immediately saw the special promotion for Marble & Granite Connection Inc - 40 sq ft for $1,679 installed, with free undermount sink. Thought it was too good to be true, but it wasn't and after seeing the reviews we placed our order on 10/08/13. We were contacted the next day with a date for the installer to measure up (10/14) and we were given a tentative install date of 10/31, which was great as we wanted the work done as soon as possible. My wife and I went to the showroom on 10/11 and ended up picking a different color and edge style, thanks to the expert guidance of the staff. We liked the Emerald Pearl so much but it was not one of the colors included in the Angie's List special. However, the company very kindly offered us the upgrade at no charge. Andre came to measure up the template on 10/14 and did a perfect job. We had specific requests as to how we wanted the cuts and installation and Andre listened carefully and offered good advice. As mentioned we wanted the work completed quickly and they were able to bring the date forward another day and scheduled the install for 10/30 between 10 am - 12pm. The office called us this morning to say the installer was just leaving and the crew arrived at 10:45 am. It was Andre again, and Leo assisted him - they did an absolutely first class job. The pieces were cut exactly as we had asked, and fitted perfectly. It looks amazing. They completed the install in just under 2 hours and were very polite, careful, professional, tidy and they cleaned up. We ended up needing 42 sq ft, and with the configuration we chose the total price was $2,079 installed, including the undermount double sink. The service from the sales staff to the installer and accounts department has been excellent. They are a nice friendly family business and clearly know what they are doing, and do it well. It took 22 days from the date we placed the order to complete the install, and we got an excellent quality product at an awesome price and the job was done perfectly. OVERALL, you could not ask for more! Thank you so much guys!

All work was done professionally from the initial visit when I selected the granite to the measuring and drawing of the templates the cutting of the pieces was done under my supervision and approval. The installation was done on the appointed day and was done with a level and shims being used to make sure that all joints met perfectly and the work was level and square. The company worked with me by waiting for an additional 5 weeks before installation while my permits were being approved by the city.

Just OK. The experience at the store was good. The wait time for template and installation was long in my opinion. Plus too many people are involved. First there is the salesperson (very good). Then you have the person who makes the template, the cutters at the factory and the installers. Apparently there was some disconnect between the parties because the backsplash was not cut properly the first time and the job could not be completed in one day. In fact, the job took three days when it should have taken one in my experience. In Orlando, I've had larger jobs done, but I dealt directly with the installer who did everything. He directed me to the granite place; they sent the granite to him; he made the template; he cut the granite; he installed the granite. From start to finish, I was done in less than two weeks. This is the way to go and what I would recommend to anyone who asks. Going to the manufacturer like I did here entailed too many people, with no one person being responsible and accountable. My Orlando experience (another Angie's List person) was exceptionally good; this one was trying and tedious. However, the end result looks good, thus the B rating.

Excellent service and quality. There were lots of different colors of beautiful granite to choose from. The company's owner came out to do the measurements. He, the office staff and the guys that came to do the installation were all professional, very friendly and efficient. They did high quality work in a short period of time. They even installed an L-shaped piece of granite with no seam! I can't think of a more stress-free, seamless experience with dealing with a contractor. That's a rare find!! My neighbors came over and liked the results so much that they asked for their business cards. I do not hesitate to give this company my highest recommendation. Would DEFINITELY use again in the future.

Let me begin by saying that we have used Marble & Granite Connection on three separate occasions. On all three occasions they were very prompt and professional. On my most recent project we totally remodeled our patient reception area. Izone came by the office and did the template. He was there at the appointed time and not only did the template but also guided me as to areas that would work better for us with certain radius sizes, etc. He told me that the Marble was going to take a week and that his office would schedule a time for the installation. After speaking with Luana in the office, she gave me the day and time of installation and their crew arrived at exactly the day and time that I was informed. The installers were different on all three of my jobs and each time were very professional and diligent. They were very careful not to damage walls or furniture when bringing in the large granite or marble pieces. There were a few holes, for electronics, that had to be drilled on site and one of the installers actually held a vacuum cleaner hose to suck up the dust as the other installer was cutting, to help with the clean up. They cleaned and polished the surface and vacuumed the area when their work was complete. I must say that it was a pleasure to have them and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

From the first visit to Marble and Granite Connection's Showroom with Lili, picking the granite, having Isone come over to our home to measure and create the template, and Andre and his team install our granite it was the most pleasant experience my wife and I have had remodeling our home. Lili gave us her full attention, she made us feel as if we were her only customer. She also was personable and very patient, which are qualities lost in today's business community. Isone also was excellent in his input and made helpful comments to the quality of our project. Andre came in as if this was the only job he was doing that day, full energy. His eye for detail and careful exececution were excellent. I would recommend without reservation, Marble and Granite Connection to anyone looking for a company to perform their granite installation.
