Description of Work: They snaked the kitchen drain from the roof. It did not fix the problem. Approximately two and a half weeks later they snaked the kitchen drain from the inside, which fixed the problem. Their ad states that they guarantee their work if you have a camera inspection done, which I scheduled. They did not show up for the appointment, and when I called about it, they stated there was no appointment scheduled. I want to note that the first technician left a significant amount of dirt tracked from the front door to the kitchen, and from the kitchen out through the screened patio. I have never had any service person leave that much dirt in my house.

The standard to clear a main line stoppage, would be from a roof vent if there was no access from the ground.We would normally advise a camera inspection to make sure the line stays clear. Our records show we have not performed service at the address provided, so without any more information my response is limited.
