Description of Work: After buying the house we decided to buy a new airconditioning unit. Lindstrom were not the cheapest but they were very professional. We have never had any problems since it was installed. We have a maintenance contract with Lindstrom and they come out and do a full service twice a year.Their technicians are efficient and polite.

Description of Work: I have used this company for 4 yrs. For this visit service was not performed as the technician who specialized in the service felt it wasn't needed. A large cost savings and the honesty was greatly appreciated. Overall experience over 4 yrs has been good. Responsive on weekends. Office always available and easy to deal with.

Description of Work: I am sure I am off a little on the time frame but none the less I am not off on the fact that yes you do pay for all those television and radio commercials and the technicians must work on some sort of a commission base I am not going to go into details other than I called for a tuneup and almost 1000.00 dollars later I still had to replace my unit a month later and trust me I used a different company for my new unit

Description of Work: I bought a new A/C unit with a heat recovery pump. They installed everything in 1 day. FL Power & Light had a $700 rebate on the Carrier unit and the co. matched it. This saved us $1400.00. Carrier also gave us 36 months @ 0% interest rate. This co. was easy to deal with and we are very satisfied. They also will waranty the LABOR on the A/C unit 10 years as long as we have them service it twice each year.

Description of Work: Install central a/c and provides annual maintenance contract I wanted a 2.5 tin unit installed in my home and the first two companies that came to provide an estimate said that size unit would not fit in the existing a/c closet. Lindstrom was my third estimate and indicated a 2.5 ton Trade would fit -- snuggly but fit. And it did fit and Lindstrom has provided contracted maintenance twice a year since 2009. They're always punctual; clean and courteous.
