Description of Work: I purchased a brand new Carrier a/c compressor and air handler.The company employes mechanics who are sloppy with there work methods. Upon complaint as home owner, I was made to call and talk about quality with the supervisor of the workers, who never made an visit to my home to see. When the mechanics came in response to my complaints , their response was "customer wants installation to be pretty" . After reading that ,I was done with them. The installation of coolant lines should be secure to prevent movement in high winds, insulation tubing around such lines should have been glued with contact cement. . This company used duct tape to hold them shut in places and has since failed since the installation. My old unit had a recovery hot water system which was required to be disconnected as part of the removal of the old system, they left it half removed. The company has quality control problems that even the supervisory management refuses come onto the job site and inspect. The customer is just not important.

Description of Work: All I had to do with Lindstrom was to get a quote on a new two ton A/C. The price they quoted me was rediculous. They don't belong on Angies list.

Description of Work: They came and unblocked several drains and I believe checked the AC |they were very prompt and courteous |Left no mess when they were done |I would use them for any service they offer again in a heart beat

Description of Work: Performed annual maintenance on AC. Changed filter. Recommended a different higher quality filter which I purchased and when I rec'd them they returned and installed it. It went well. The technician was polite, professional and knowledgeable. I have been very pleased with all the work they have completed for me.

Timely, professional and the techs genuinely want to help. | |On the sales side of things, I have had very long turnarounds for quotes (currently took 3 weeks for a simple job they already knew the answer to upon site visit) and didn't have the detail I was looking for to breakdown the costs of all the work being performed. Still working on that for now and will report back once I come to a resolution for the pipe updating I am currently working on.

Description of Work: They are simply GREAT at what they do. I have used Lindstrom for both AC and Plumbing. Last visit for plumbing, I thought I was going to have to replace the toilet in our rental... it was running all the time, and I had replaced the inside works myself. Lindstrom found the problem-- one seal-- got everything working, and only charged for a service call.

Description of Work: part of my "plan" supposedly included 2 follow up visits every 6 months. i was told that they would call me and schedule the visits so that i wouldn't have to remember to schedule. i only received one follow up and then received an invoice to renew the plan for follow up visits. |i didn't get what i was paid for..so i'm not too happy with this organization. | |what they did when they replaced my system was good and i have no fault with that...it's just their follow up service i have a problem with.

Description of Work: I have used this company for 4 yrs. For this visit service was not performed as the technician who specialized in the service felt it wasn't needed. A large cost savings and the honesty was greatly appreciated. Overall experience over 4 yrs has been good. Responsive on weekends. Office always available and easy to deal with.

Description of Work: repaired two furnaces; 'tuned-up' both units. 101% satisfactory performance. |There is NO other Furnace/Air service in south Florida to call. It's no b*******, outstanding service, they are 'on time', clean, no poor language,very efficient and equally proficient. They are the singular top company we would ever call for service, or new products.

Description of Work: Purchased AC units several years ago. Great price and service. Have a current maintenance contract and they contact me when it's time for annual service review. They work around my schedule and always punctual. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: I am sure I am off a little on the time frame but none the less I am not off on the fact that yes you do pay for all those television and radio commercials and the technicians must work on some sort of a commission base I am not going to go into details other than I called for a tuneup and almost 1000.00 dollars later I still had to replace my unit a month later and trust me I used a different company for my new unit

Description of Work: Installed new high efficiency 5 ton air conditioner with programmable thermostat. Very professional installers did an excellent job. All were very courteous and answered all my concerns. Highly recommended.
