Description of Work: I have used this company many times in the past for yearly maintenance of my AC and Water Heater. I also bought a new AC unit from them in January 2012 and a new Water Heater around the same time. They are prompt and professional and highly recommended.

Description of Work: I used Lindstrom twice. They first came out to fix a leaking toilet and later came out to fix a leaking kitchen sink. The plumbers were on time, professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything to me. They have coupons which give you a discount off labor. I was very happy with the service I received, and would use them again in the future.

Description of Work: Semi annual service per maintenance contract. Lindstrom is always punctual and servicemen professional. Just wish the annual contract would not increase every year. There is also a push for additional services (duct cleaning, surge protection, UV lights, etc) which can be annoying, but otherwise good service.
