Lindstrom Air Conditioning & Plumbing

Would not use Lindstrom again in an emergency situation. They took 7 hours to get here, despite repeatedly assuring me on the phone that the plumber is just finishing one job and heading over to me. They charged $876 to fix a busted pipe, including a few hundred of emergency/after-hour fees, despite handling the emergency with a complete lack of urgency, which resulted in unnecessary damage. On the plus side, the plumber they sent was professional and courteous.

The a/c needed servicing along with part replaced. UV Light installed. Service tech was excellent. He was able to do the work without any problems. We got a service contract with Lindstrom because the tech was that good.

work was completed and I asked for a price to replace the inside system (part is $10) and they quoted me a price of $210 .. will not use again

The entire experience from the sales call and estimate to the prompt installation was seamless. Very professional workers, knew what they were doing and were Light years better than a past experience with All Year Cooling in my last home. Lindstrom is a little more expensive and worth every single penny. I got a Rheem 2.5 ton 16 Seer with a Reme Halo whole house air purifier with a crane required for under 7k

I called very frustrated due to a leak no one could find. The office person said she would try to send someone that day understanding my frustration. Louie showed up on time, very professional and after 45 minutes he found my leak that 4 other contractors could not find. Hats off to Louie. They are a bit high in price but they are on point. I will use them again to install my new toilet.

They have been excellent, punctual, professional and reasonable with their prices. I would highly recommend them and I will continue to use them.

Lindstrom was recommended by my neighbor when I had an emergency with my air conditioning unit not functioning. From the initial contact on a Sunday, I received expert customer service in scheduling a repair very quickly. Aaron Martell was my specialist who contacted me prior to arrival. He was professional in his delivering a remedy quickly. He went further in an explanation of the issue as well physically showing me the areas of concern. I was truly impressed with everything about my first experience, so much so that I subsequently am on a maintenance program to ensure proactively that my unit is in order proactively. had a transformer and capacitor replaced. The service was excellent, however, I find the markup on parts excessive, charging $200 (after my 15% reduction under a maintenance contract) for a part available for $29.42 online. Labor to connect 6 wires should not cost $170!!!

What a disaster! I switchedygv to this company after Jupiter-Tequesta was sold to FP&L and service went downhill. At the end of October/beginning of November, I called to make an appointment to have a vent seal repaired. A handyman at my house had noticed the broken seal. When I called Lindstrom, I was talked into having my annual assessment done since it would be due within a couple of months. I made an appointment for both services on the same day – November 8th. On November 8th, I left work early and came home for my 3-5 PM appointment window. At 4:45 PM, I called just to make sure I was still on the schedule. I was told that I was, the technician was running late but that they would only be doing the assessment as the “part” for the vent seal hadn’t arrived yet. I was annoyed because I had purposely scheduled both services for the same day so that I would only need to leave work one day. Someone should have called me to tell me earlier. I would have stayed at work and re-scheduled. The woman assured me she had been trying to track down the part, she was sorry and as a concession, agreed that on the rescheduled date (11/13), they would call me when the technician was on his way so that I didn’t leave work until necessary. Fast forward to Monday, 11/11. I received a confirmation call that the 13th worked and that they would be able to do the seal repair. Forward again to today. As promised, they called when the technician was an hour away. The technician did the assessment. He said we needed an air filter. I asked if he had one, he said no and that they do not keep filters in stock. He said the customer had to order it. He did not offer to order it. He did not say I could order through Lindstrom. I asked him to look at the vent seal. He looked at the vent seal – from the floor of the closet. He never went up in the attic to see the inside of the seal and vent. He saw a “crack” which was the separation of the ceiling paint from the paint around the decorative wood frame of the attic entrance. He said that was the issue and he couldn’t fix it. Never even looked at it. I called Lindstrom to vent my anger and frustration. I asked why I was told that the delay was because they were locating the part. The answer – you spoke to the Palm City office; this is the Pompano office. I have never encountered a company whose customer service reps are so quick to openly blame other reps/offices. I asked why I wasn’t told that the vent repair wouldn’t be done because I wouldn’t have had the assessment done. I was told “I don’t know why. You made the appointment with the Palm City office”. It was an infuriating conversation and I will never, ever, ever use Lindstrom again. I would warn anyone against signing any sort of contract and being bound to them. Terrible service. Terrible business plan (what A/C company doesn’t have air filters???). I am sure the company's response will be that it was a repair they couldn't do. A. I will follow up on this post when my new air service company does fix it. B. how would the technician have known that from standing on my closet floor and never looking at the vent?

We find him very good. Very professional. Very good at fulfilling our needs.

We called Lindstrom and the automated message stated that they were available 24hours, seven days a week. However, this was not true. Upon speaking to a rep in their answering service, we were informed that no one was available until late Sat. afternoon. WE told the rep that we are senior citizens and could not wait so long. The rep notified the dispatcher who was supposed to call us but never did. We called back on Sat. AM and luckily there was a cancellation. WE had a very rough night due to the extreme heat. In addition, the technician did not have the needed part in his truck and had to wait for another technician to bring it. This caused another delay. To say that we were unhappy with Lindstrom is an understatement.

Kenneth Rivera was my tech and was one of the most kindest, resourceful and respectful gentleman. I called and left a message for his supervisor I was so impressed with his manners and work ethic. Excellent job Lindstrom!

Didn’t have it done Price was crazy high

Plumber had to deal with many issues....worked hard & stayed with it for a long time so the job could be finished. Excellent service. My only regret with Lindstrom is that yes, a human will answer the phone, but then your put on hold forever....waiting.

Returned from two week vacation at 2:00 A.M. with no air. Called Lindstrom and talked to Steve at 2:45 A.M. He was GREAT. Scheduled an appointment for between 11:00 and 1:00 the same day. Also gave me some tips to see if I could solve the problem myself. As advertised, Lindstrom called at 11:55 to tell me the repairman was on the way. Thank you Lindstrom, thank you Steve.

Lindstrom is EXCELLENT; Great Company and Great People. We've been using them for 15 Years. Lance Harstad was at our home this morning to check out our new Air Conditioner - he is extremely good at what he does. We use Lindstrom for Air Conditioning, Electrical work, and for Plumbing (ask for Bond with regard to plumbing issues - he is awesome).

Tech diagnosed problem quickly and made requested repairs. Fee was very reasonable, especially for a Saturday service call.

Purchased a unit from this company almost 2 years ago, everything was perfect. I got professional service, call backs and follow up on maintenance packages. Fast forward, I had both my units serviced back in February. My upstairs unit is not working and only blowing hot air. Have been calling Lindstrom since Saturday and all I get is the answering service! Not one call back from the company at all. Today is Wednesday and after leaving 2 additional messages with no call back, Lindstrom lost a customer because they can’t follow up. I know you are probably busy, but at least call your customer back. Horrible service and no follow up!

Great. We bought our unit from Lindstrom, and it is over 10 yrs old. We've kept the maintenance program up to date, so it's serviced on a regular basis. While we have had a couple of repairs over the years, they have been minimal, due partly because we call if there's a problem, and Lindstrom responds immediately.

the service man replaced some parts and it is working well price was alittle bit higher than i first thought

Lindstrom sent a dishonest plumber to my home. I only wanted a quote for services and he offered to do the some repair, that would be part of the full project that needed quoted and gave me a price. He charged me the price, but did not do the repair we discussed. When I emailed (3 times) complaints to Lindstrom, they ignored me. They only replied once my Credit card company agreed with me and removed the charge from my credit card.

I had a sink problem during thanksgiving holiday and I have called the company twice and sent them a message, first call was last Friday and then yesterday 26th November, but they did not call me back and never heard from them. Not even a message or a courtesy to call and tell me that won't be able to come to provide the service for me.

Good, but I did not get another estimate so I do not kn ow if price was good
