Description of Work: We did our homework and it paid. We got prices from 6 contractors that covered 3 brands and 2 models for each brand, so we had a lot of data to work with in our decision process. David Russo, Lindstrom's salesman, was great to work with and explained in detail this proposal. When we made our decision and moved forward, David went out of his way to accommodate our schedule. The install crew, led by Steve, was on-time and did a very professional job. They took care and left the work space clean. We are glad that we chose Carrier and Lindstrom. The comparative price range for our unit was tight and the references on Angie's list helped us make the decision - the right decision. Job well done. We would recommend Lindstrom to our family and friends.

Description of Work: Our old air conditioner finally died. The heating unit died several years ago. We had several companies out to give an estimate, but we were really impressed by their professionalism. Went with them and haven't had a single regret.

Description of Work: Issue is that unit freezes up and they need to do a service call. Luckily it's under warranty and they are responsive so far. I'd like to know why it's freezing up and staining my entry ceiling. So while it's good service under warranty, I'm not sure about either the unit's quality or the install.

Description of Work: I'm currently in a maintenance agreement with Windstorm. Family away on vacation but when we returned home, temperature in the house was 85 degrees. AC was not working. Immediately contacted Lindstrom and I was immediately scheduled to have a technician come over that evening. Technician came and immediately assessed the problem. Indicated a bad rectifier but needed to be ordered. However he was able to get the AC to work and cool down the house. New rectifier had been ordered so will be coming back on January 7th to replace the bad one. Since I'm in a service maintenance with them, there is no cost for the visit and repair. I'm glad to be a Lindstrom customer.

Description of Work: A sales rep was sent to the house and gave us options on units and financing. After comparing with other companies, we chose them and the service, installation, and followup were fantastic!

Description of Work: They performed bi-yearly check on a/c system. Technician was professional. Covered his shoes before walking in. Clearly explained everything done and needed.

Description of Work: When I bought my property I needed to replace two old water heaters, as well as two aged A/C systems that were running on their last legs. I had used Lindstrom before for some plumbing work, and they did an excellent job on the installation. It looks professionally done, and has worked well in the house. They tried to sell me reasonable units for a reasonable price, and on occasion recommended I spend less money on a lesser model since they did not think the energy savings of the more expensive model were worth it. They seemed honest and reliable, and have repaired one of the units under warranty, with no hassle. All I can ask for. Not the cheapest but definitely reliable.

Description of Work: Called Lindsrom and they scheduled for same day. Technician showed up within given time range. Company called to advice he was in route. Alex was professional and performed needed work in a timely manner which consisted of outside drain unclogging. He left our property clean.
