Description of Work: Some years ago they installed a new Air Conditioner. I signed a contract with them at that time to provide a maintenance service twice a year as an extended Warranty program. They have continued to provide this service for serveral years and I will continue to maintain that servsice and contract during the life of my Air Conditioner. that I purchased from them. Description of Work: I called because my air conditioner was blowing warm air. He went out to the outdoor unit and said it could not be repaired and that I would need to replace it. While he was working on the unit, it completely broke, and rather than even put it back together, he left it disassembled, told me I needed a new unit, and gave me information on how to contact sales. Based on this experience, I have ceased using Lindstrom altogether.

Description of Work: So I am closing on a residence at the end of the month, however I am already occupying the residence. In order to figure out where I am financially standing with air conditioning units, I called in order to get a quote so that I could line up workers the day after I close. I decided to call them up and talked with their call taker and through the questioning I explained what was taking place. They advised me they would not come out unless I wanted to pay, however once I officially owned the residence, they would come out free of charge. I explained to her, I already had my inspection report, I had other ac contractors come out, and I already occupy the residence. Even though this was explained, I was told I had to pay still. For some people this may not be a big issue, however this concept is not good for business. Business was definitely lost on unit replacements, servicing other units that needed it also, as well as an water heater replacement.

Description of Work: It was part of a service contract. They came to check out what we thought it was a leak coming from the AC and they discovered the issue came from the unit above us where the heater had explored. The early responsiveness slow us to address the problem in a timely manner.

Description of Work: They inspected the AC unit and determined the problem, ordered the part, and installed. Great customer service, I even signed up for their maintenances plan.
