The service guy was price happy to quote a ridiculous price to replace the thermostat they installed a few years back. The difference was we were out of warranty but we still had paid a yearly maintenance fee (almost $200 per year) for service calls. The new thermostat was quoted at 4 x's higher than the price of a new thermostat which we declined but we still had to pay a trip fee of $45. Unbelievable, the guy literally just took the thermostat off to inspect it and quoted us $200 after a discount. We got a higher quality wi-fi capable thermostat from Lowes for half the price, with more options, and installed it myself.

No problem, but there had been a leak which claim adjuster designated a firm to do,

checked the water and fixed it and I asked his opinion about something that I needed done outside and he was very honest about what i should do

The technician, Glenn, was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and worked quickly. Have used Lindstrom Air for two years. Love them!

they wanted $1800 plus plus and up to 30 days with no a/c. I got it for $450 the next day from a good A/C company. They are ripping everyone off and my service person was beyond unprofessional and rude.

I will never call Lindstrom again, I was devastated to be treated so horribly in my own home by what should have been a professional.

Good response from installers, Follow Up very poor...new filters promised within 10 days...after 20days still no filters. BIG ISSUE WITH “REBATE” Carrier offers rebates, I bought a Carrier system...The $Rebate is very secret, and very hard to get. Carrier does not get involved with the customer so my question is ?.. Who got my rebate?...? Check with Lindstrom PRIOR to purchase as to qualification for rebates.

The did the work in a timely manner. The process went smoothly. The technicians were polite and behaved like true professionals.

Lindstrom was very quick to answer and set up a same day appointment and that's about the only good experience I had with them. I had an AC issue where the compressor was no longer working on a 10-year Trane system, so I had a good feeling it was some type of start/run capacitor that was faulty. The technician arrived and quickly determined that it was not a good sign that no hot air was being expelled from the outside condensing unit. He hooked up his diagnostic equipment and determined that indeed one of the capacitors was bad as he temporarily hooked up a spare device and the system began to cool. He proceeded to explain that the cost to replace the capacitors would exceed $1k and that he recommended that I replace the unit because a blown capacitor is a sign of an aging system. He also stated that he had to order the parts directly from Trane, which would take about 2-3 days so I would have to make do with no AC until then. In my mind I'm thinking, (1) Why couldn't he use a temporary part to hold me over until the Trane parts came in or (2) find a suitable aftermarket replacement. He pushed to consider replacing the system, so I paid him for the visit and promptly contacted another repair company through Home Advisor. 2-hours later the technician arrived and determined the same problem as the Lindstrom tech and replaced the capacitor for less than $200. I'm truly disappointed in the Lindstrom tech and believe he could have done more to fix the unit instead of, in my opinion holding me over a barrel, leaving me no option to replace the system. I will now identify the capacitors needed for my system and obtain spares for less than $30 for emergencies. Moral of the story is to always get a second option if your gut is telling you something isn't right.

Jose did a very good job. Arrived on time, pleasant young man. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional ! He came in wearing a mask and maintained his social distancing. He inspected AC units inside and outside, making sure they were working properly. He added the material that was necessary for more efficient cooling of the AC.

Kenneth Brady was very professional , and knowledgeable. The drain line issues I typically have were thoroughly evaluated. Kenneth was awesome!

Hard to start due to finance confusion but face to face folks were superior. Travis sold the project and three extremely polite and professional installers were careful and provided complete support.

Would not use Lindstrom again in an emergency situation. They took 7 hours to get here, despite repeatedly assuring me on the phone that the plumber is just finishing one job and heading over to me. They charged $876 to fix a busted pipe, including a few hundred of emergency/after-hour fees, despite handling the emergency with a complete lack of urgency, which resulted in unnecessary damage. On the plus side, the plumber they sent was professional and courteous.

The a/c needed servicing along with part replaced. UV Light installed. Service tech was excellent. He was able to do the work without any problems. We got a service contract with Lindstrom because the tech was that good.

The entire experience from the sales call and estimate to the prompt installation was seamless. Very professional workers, knew what they were doing and were Light years better than a past experience with All Year Cooling in my last home. Lindstrom is a little more expensive and worth every single penny. I got a Rheem 2.5 ton 16 Seer with a Reme Halo whole house air purifier with a crane required for under 7k

I called very frustrated due to a leak no one could find. The office person said she would try to send someone that day understanding my frustration. Louie showed up on time, very professional and after 45 minutes he found my leak that 4 other contractors could not find. Hats off to Louie. They are a bit high in price but they are on point. I will use them again to install my new toilet.

They have been excellent, punctual, professional and reasonable with their prices. I would highly recommend them and I will continue to use them.

Lindstrom was recommended by my neighbor when I had an emergency with my air conditioning unit not functioning. From the initial contact on a Sunday, I received expert customer service in scheduling a repair very quickly. Aaron Martell was my specialist who contacted me prior to arrival. He was professional in his delivering a remedy quickly. He went further in an explanation of the issue as well physically showing me the areas of concern. I was truly impressed with everything about my first experience, so much so that I subsequently am on a maintenance program to ensure proactively that my unit is in order proactively. had a transformer and capacitor replaced. The service was excellent, however, I find the markup on parts excessive, charging $200 (after my 15% reduction under a maintenance contract) for a part available for $29.42 online. Labor to connect 6 wires should not cost $170!!!
