Description of Work: The main water valve was replaced, due to a leak. Jesus arrived a little before 11 and was here till about 1:15. He was thorough, and did a very good job. He was professional and very pleasant.

Description of Work: They snaked the kitchen drain from the roof. It did not fix the problem. Approximately two and a half weeks later they snaked the kitchen drain from the inside, which fixed the problem. Their ad states that they guarantee their work if you have a camera inspection done, which I scheduled. They did not show up for the appointment, and when I called about it, they stated there was no appointment scheduled. I want to note that the first technician left a significant amount of dirt tracked from the front door to the kitchen, and from the kitchen out through the screened patio. I have never had any service person leave that much dirt in my house.

Description of Work: They serviced my A/C twice a year and they installed my A/C unit. They replaced a pipe that was leaking.

Description of Work: My thermostat that was under warranty stopped working. Technician came out - on time and very nice - advised that the thermostat was defective - it is still under warranty. Lindstrom wanted to charge me $79.00 for the service call and an additional $235.00 to install the replacement thermostat. - labor only. This is a thermostat that I am able to remove easily to replace batteries and replace. The cost of a new thermostat - same model online is $28.50. Lindstrom did agree to waive the service call fee. I spent $10,000.00 for 2 units from Lindstrom June 13, 2008 - still under warranty. I have maintained the annual service contract with Lindstrom at an annual cost of $308.00 - yet warranty work still comes with service calls and the labor to replace items under warranty is excessive. The compressor on one unit was replaced under warranty in February with labor cost of $683.00.

Description of Work: The night before I am due to arrive a few out of town guests, my toilets start to backup and fill the tubs/showers. I glanced a few reviews on Angie's list and decided to call Around the Clock Plumbing right away. The lady that answered the phone collected all my information and sent a technician right away. They were there within 30 minutes, saw that the drain had gotten clogged by cleaning wipes flushed down the toilet, completed a final inspection and left me in good condition. I was quite pleased with the service. The technician even showed me a few items and cautioned me on the condition of my drainage system. (New home purchase)
