I called on Tuesday 02/20/18 around 1:30 and Bruce the owner came out within the next 2 hours and said he found the problem and fixed in the matter of minutes. I later met with Bruce after I got off work and I was surprised of what I was charged compared to what initially I was quoted. I would defiantly use Kelly’s Air services again. Very professional, quick and responsive.

Bruce is very professional and knowledgeable. Other AC companies want to sell you PM service, he insisted that is not needed specially with a new unit... and it paid off! We called and he was prompt and quickly diagnosed the issue. His prices are reasonable and he is very honest. He always looks out for what is best for the customer. He also works on our washer, dryer and refrigerator. We definitely recommend!

We recommend Kelly AC. The owner Bruce Kelly did or oversaw all the work. The work was done efficiently when agreed to. I found Kellys through Angies list a few years ago when we bought this house and he has been our guy for problems with the old system. He was great helping with whatever difficulties we were having with the older systems so he was a great choice for installing the new systems.

You cannot find anyone more honest ,punctual, efficient and friendly. He was able to warranty the part (which would of cost over $1,000) and quickly did the work. I wish there were more people like him running businesses today. I cannot recommend him enough! Thank you!!!!

Terrific. Within minutes he determined the problem and realigned the belt on the belt pulley. It is running quietly and strong again. His manner was friendly and professional too. The charge was very reasonable. I am already thinking about other repairs to be done. Definitely call this gentleman.

Repaired my AC and everything seems working at this time. My AC is Mitsubishi ductless mini split AC systems and not many company can repair it or overcharge for repair saying that it's time consuming because they have to diagnose by calling Mitsubishi. Bruce diagnosed by calling other company and ordered the parts. Few days later he came back with parts and repaired pretty quickly. He repaired professionally with very reasonable price.

My A/C stopped working, so I called Bruce at Kelley A/C. He was very professional and prompt. I was fortunate that he was able to come to my home within a few hours to resolve my issue, especially on a Friday afternoon. He flushed out my clogged A/C drain lines, emptied the drain pan and refilled the freon which he said was leaking. Great honest work. Thank you.

Bruce's professionalism was amazing. I contacted several companies before him and got the runaround. He was polite and took care of me right away. I had to wait several days for the compressor since it wasn't available locally. He contacted me frequently to give updates on it's arrival. As a customer, it's nice to have that peace of mind. The repair went smoothly and the price was more than fair. He even called a week later to follow up and make sure everything was ok. In this day and age, that's unheard of. A simple gesture like that goes a long way and I'll be recommending him to everyone I know.

Though circumstances and timing didn't allow me to ultimately use Bruce Kelly's service, I must say that he is amazing - a real customer-oriented pro that you don't see much of anymore. And he is also a real gentleman. Though busy dealing with all the post-Irma calls, he called me back quickly and then took the time to try to help me out. Without question, whenever I have an AC or appliance issue, Bruce will be the person I call because I know I can count on him no matter what.

came in at 8 am as promised with a new unit , installed it while doing all necessary paperwork. done by 11 am with functional AC unit in place

Very well. Mr. Kelly kept me up to date during the process of ordering the needed part and then having it installed. He didn't even charge me for the initial visit when he diagnosed the problem and filled the unit with coolant so I wouldn't swelter any longer. He said that he trusted me to pay at the completion of the service. How about that!

Called Bruce to inspect a ceiling leak in the house that our roofer explained was coming from the AC pipe in the rafters. Bruce answered the phone right away and was very prompt, showing up at the time promised. He inspected the attic and confirmed the leak was from the AC pipe. He also inspected the AC unit and advised that it was in decent shape and could last a few more years. He did not try to sell us a new unit, however, given that the existing unit was 20 years old, and the leaky pipe needed to be replaced, my wife and I decided to replace the entire AC unit for a more efficient one. The quote that Bruce provided to replace the AC and the ceiling pipes was fair so we scheduled the work. On the date of install, Bruce and his team were on time and were able to install the new unit and replace the pipes in just a few hours. The work was professional and clean. New unit is quieter and more efficient and the ceiling leak is gone. Very responsive and professional. Highly recommend Bruce and Kelly's AC.

Bruce was very professional, answered all my questions and performed the work as discussed. He was meticulous, and did an excellent job. My house hasn't been this cool in 20 years!

Amazing! Bruce first attempted to walk me through steps to fix my air conditioner without charging me or coming out, over the phone. He came the same day that I called even though it was out of his way. At the end of the work he discounted me the Angie's coupon for the service without me even having to present it. He didn't try to sell me on him returning and explained how to care for my AC myself until someday he was needed again. Very honest, very polite and a true gentleman.

Everything went as planned. There were no issues. The new AC works fantastic! Mr. Kelly is very responsive and very honest. He will tell you exactly what needs to be done and if he can do it. Once the job was started, it was finished quickly and without any problems.

Called Mr. Bruce Kelly who came timely as promised to diagnose the problem. Mr. Kelly said the evaporator coils were leaking Freon, and recommended at this time to replace the coils, even though older I should get more use out of the existing AC units. So far the AC is cooling the house well.

Bruce came out the next day and quickly got the A/C up and running again. While he was working on the unit, he noticed the evaporator coils were in pretty bad shape. He offered to come back again and clean the coils. Did a great job. He does most of the work himself, so you deal directly with the owner. The only downside is there may be a wait if he has other jobs ahead of you. When he came back out to clean the coils, he scheduled us to be the first appointment of the day. He was prompt and professional. We couldn't be happier.
