In mid-July, my A/C motor had stopped working, and my regular A/C folks couldn't commit to a time for service, so I started checking reviews on Angi's list. I liked what I read about Kelly A/C and set an appointment. Service tech was prompt and in review, quickly diagnosed the problem, and offered options for repair or replacement. With the age of the unit, I figured I would have more work needed after looking at the inside, so I chose going new. I felt the price was fair, and the install was completed. Kelly will be my go-to from now on for any A/C needs- they are prompt, professional and give 100% customer service!

Since I live in an old building with a different type of AC system that many AC repairmen are either not familiar or are afraid to get involved with, I had to search very carefully for a technician. I got a few names and worked with a few other technicians who seemed good and knew what my problem was and probably could have done the job, but for some reason didn't want to. I guess they felt the job wasn't profitable enough. This led to wasted of time, money and a lot more time without AC. Kelley AC got it done for me! I worked with Dean who was efficient from the first phone call, called me as soon as my part came in, was responsive when I had questions in the meantime, came when he said he would, did the job in less time than I thought, repaired a few other things my AC needed at no extra charge, got my AC running much cooler and quieter than before it broke, and charged me a VERY fair price. I definitely recommend them.

This is now my new a/c company. Price was fair and work was done expertly. The workers cleaned up after themselves and left nothing behind that wasn't already there. Price actually came in lower than the estimate and I was surprised pleasantly to see the saving passed on to me. Couldn't ask for a more honest place to do business with.

My A/C unit was overdue for a maintenance checkup so I called Kelly A/C & Appliance Service Inc. The service guy arrived on time, he was polite and got straight down to work. He checked out the system, cleaned it thoroughly and put everything back together again. I was very happy with the service and would definitely use them again.

It went wonderful, totally fabulous. He was very to the point, quick and seemed very honest.

Called about AC tune up, and it turns out I needed a little bit more than that so he came back the following week to clean the coils. House is much cooler today than any other day this summer. Super professional and very responsive. Couldn’t be happier.

Bruce is great! Super professional, lots of contact, great price, and above all, refreshingly honest. We just moved here and don't know who the "good" repair people are, and it's a great feeling to know we've found "our" AC guy. I can't recommend him enough. No upselling. When it comes time to replace our unit (sooner rather than later), Bruce is the man.

Bruce was punctual and efficient. He identified our AC problem quickly, took the time to research possible warranty repair on our behalf, and brought us several options and quotes, as well as his recommendation for next steps. HVAC systems work hard here in South Florida; we’ll be calling Kelly AC as we need maintenance, repair, and eventual replacement in the future. All around, a great experience!

I called Bruce after my usual A/C company wanted to charge me through the roof for a new motor ($1750+) and tell me that a new A/C unit was my only real option. Bruce responded quickly, diagnosed the problem and after acquiring the correct part (it was the motor module, not the motor) fixed it at less than half the cost of the larger A/C company.

From start to finish Bruce provided outstanding service. When I called, I left a message and got a response immediately. Bruce quoted the price and offered 20% off for being a new customer from Angies' List. We set up the appointment which was confirmed the following day. He called 30 minutes before our scheduled appointment to let me know he was on his way and even arrived a few minutes early and got right to work. Everything went exceptionally well. Bruce took the time to explain what I need to do to keep the line clear and options for installing the filter. I will be calling this company in the future for all our air conditioner servicing needs.

This is the best AC company I've ever used. They were prompt, professional knew what they were doing and the price was right. They checked both my units. I think it was Bruce who came out, and I would hire again any time. I recommend him hightly.

Bruce has great communication skills (hard to find people that call back when they say they will) and is super knowledgable about everything A/C related. His prices were fair and he was very professional. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend using him for any A/C repairs or maintenance.

I called Kelly Services, but was unable to speak to anyone. I did however, leave a voicemail message. To my surprise, Bruce Kelly (owner) returned my call 10 minutes later. I schduled an appointment with Bruce and the day of the appointment, Bruce kept me informed of his ETA. Upon arrival, Bruce immediatly identified several freon leaks in my AC system and proceeded to fix them. He refilled the system with freon, tested my AC and cleared my drain line. Excellent service and reliable! Note, Bruce's visit was a 2nd opinion type of visit. The first AC company I hired two days earlier for repair arrived at my house and told me that I needed to replace my entire system because of the leak. They, unlike Bruce, couldnt even identify the leak areas. I appreciate and am very thankful that Bruce is honest and reliable. Will deffinately use his services again!

Excellent, Bruce answered call and responded within an hour. He resolved the problem. He was professional, courteous and was more than fair in the cost. He also advised me how to avoid the problem in the future. I would highly recommend him to anyone with an A/C issue.

Bruce called back right away and arrived in about a half hour. He had the parts necessary to get my AC working again and the repair only took a few minutes. He also cleaned the condenser unit and inspected the air handler before leaving. I highly recommend Bruce and will definitely call him next time I need AC work.

Bruce Kelly from Kelly's AC & Appliance Service provided same day service to diagnose the problem, find the proper parts, and replace the fan blower motor on my home air-conditioner. Mr. Kelly worked fast, fixed the problem, closed up the air-conditioner and left the work site clean. I will not hesitate to use Kelly's AC & Appliance Service in the future and highly recommend this company to anyone requiring air-conditioning service or repair.
