Description of Work: Scheduled a service call with this provider for the afternoon. Waited all afternoon for him. Never showed up. When I called him, he started making excuses about how busy he was. When I admonished him for not calling, he claimed that he had called and left a message; however my 'phone never rang and there was no message. End result of my efforts was a wasted afternoon and a wasted opportunity to get my AC fixed.

Description of Work: Bruce installed new duct work for by home A/C unit. Bruce personally made sure the job was complete to my satisfaction. He was prompt in returning phone calls and follow up. I will be sure to contact Bruce when my A/C unit needs replacement.

Description of Work: I had my regular AC guy come out he gave me a quote of $475.00. I paid him $75 for coming out and then went to Angies list. Read the Kelly AC reviews and called Bruce. He came out identified the problem. He explained it to me and gave me a quote. Bruce fixed the problem and re-insulated the unit. It appears the other guy damaged the insulation when he looked at the unit. Even with the loss of $75.00 to my old A.C. guy, I came out way ahead.

Description of Work: My AC unit was very very old. He tried to fix it even replaced a part to see if that would work but it needed to be replaced. He only charged for the service call. Extremely nice and professional

Description of Work: Bruce came to the house to determine why the air handler unit in the house was leaking water. After a thorough inspection he came up with what he thought the problems might be. He diagnosed the problem correctly and repaired the problem. He was very reasonable in terms of cost of repair. He was quick to respond, punctual and very knowledgable. He was also very fair with the cost.. I am so lucky I found him and would strongly recommend him for anyone experiencing ac problems. Great guy!!

Description of Work: Called Bruce at 8:45 am on a Saturday. He returned my call in under 5 mins! After hearing my issue, he gave me instructions to try to remedy issue myself. It worked!!!!! Saved me around $150. I owe you, dude.

Description of Work: On July 16 my home a/c stopped working I called my repairman and he was not available to respond. I went to Angie's list and found James Kelley mr Kelley. Said that he would be out to my home in about 1 hour. In short, mr Kelley was on time, professional, and courteous . He replaced the fan motor an only charged a service call after varied that the part was under warranty. Needless to say he will be the first person I call if future problems occur.
