I called Bruce since the AC just broke. It's mid June in South Florida and it's hot, hot, hot. It was late evening when I called and he had just got home from a long day and said he would be out in 45 minutes to an hour! He even called while in route and said he would be there in 15 to 30 minutes. WOW! He arrived and in no time had the repair completed. He said he installed a capacitor that would get the AC running for the evening and would be back to replace it with correct size capacitor. Bruce was back the next morning and changed it with the correct capacitor! WOW! Bruce is outstanding and his service is professional, on target, and on time. He knows what it takes for an excellent service company. He does NOT over sell you like so many other companies try to do. He is one of a few in South Florida that do not do this. I highly recommend Bruce and would trust him completely with AC repair and replacement. No need to look further.

It went great. Called Bruce in the morning wanted my ac checked. He checked my unit charged it and told me what I could do to cool my home better. I will need a new unit in the future will definitely call Bruce Kelly.

My A/C unit went out in the middle of the night.. I immediately got on Angies list and found that Kelly's had great reviews. Once it was an approriate time in the morning I called him.. He gave me first available appt. for that morning..He listened to what my thoughts of what the problem might be..He then went on to check out everything. He found it was the motor of the A/C unit condensor fan. Kelly was very honest and professional, anwsering all my questions. He gave me an option to repair the old motor or go with a new one. He also gave me the odds of repairing the old one..Needless to say he done the job in a timley mannor and my house was cool again by 11am.. My family was VERY happy for that!! I would strongly recommend him to others. And should the need arise again I would not hesitate to call him. He also gave me a 20% discount on my total bill because I am an Angies List member.

I cannot say enough good about Bruce Kelly. Bruce's office is probably 25-30 miles from my home, but he was willing to come not knowing if he would be able to work around the weather. Not only did he respond to my pleas, but took a lot of time to answer my questions and explain the issues involved. He even took pictures with his phone to show me where he thought the problem might be. Additionally, he was honest in his assessment of what the future might hold for my unit. 11 days later my unit is still cooling, but further conversation with Bruce, let me know he was available to come back when needed. THANKS BRUCE!!!!

Bruce was professional and took the time to help us fix the problem temporarily until he could get there the next morning. He was reliable and fixed the unit for a reasonable price. We are very pleased with Kelly AC and Appliance Service!

This project went very well. Bruce Kelly made an appointment to come out and review the location the same day I called him. He scheduled the install to coincide with the completion of the electrical lines run by our electrician. Bruce came out and installed the unit as scheduled on May 24th. When we called him the next day with a couple of questions, he came on back that afternoon. Great job and great follow-up -- highly recommend! Plus he also does appliances -- not just air conditioners.

He is very good. I have used him multiple times.

Bruce called in the morning to confirm our appointment. He arrived promptly and went right to work. We are new homeowners, so Bruce thoroughly explained the mechanics of our system. He evaluated and cleaned out (where necessary) our two home AC units to increase their efficiency. Best of all, he did not attempt to "up-sell" any work that was not immediately necessary. We will use him again.

Everything was excellent. They're complete professionals. I was told exactly what was needed - and that I may not have to replace the system right now, which I think was very honest. I chose to do do it now, rather than wait for an AC failure. There was no pressure, and the price was very, very fair. They arrived on time and worked cleanly and efficiently. The owner's name is Bruce. I'd highly recommend this company.

Bruce was extremely professional, available and competent. He answered all of my questions. He was very flexible and pleasant with all my schedule changes. I highly recommend him and will for sure use him again. the best thing about Bruce is that he called me back with some information after he knew I would give my business to someone else. He was so professional and helpful with the information, I cancelled my earlier decision and gave him my business.

Bruce provide great customer service. I called him on Tuesday and asked if he could come to me house on Thursday, he made himself available. He was very pleasant and explained what my problem was and what the cost would be. He and his associate repaired my A/C unit within an hour. VERY pleased and will surely use Kelly's when I install a new A/C unit in the fall.

We had been serviced by another company for 10+ years, yet in the past two years, since our unit was going pass the 10 year marker, all we heard was you 'need a new unit' every time they came out to do the PMs. Then the problems started, leaks here and there adding Freon every time they came out and supposedly, the compressor was over heating (and going bad) causing the air unit to not cool. Then immediately quotes for a new unit were presented and then given 48 hrs to sign the quote and get credit back for the 3 lb of Freon they had put in ($463.00), yes 48 hrs, when we had been a customer for 10+ years. We then signed up for Angie's List and were in shock that the company we were using for 10+ years was graded 'C' and the reviews were similar to our late ones. So it was time to change and obtain a second opinion. We called Bruce Kelly, whom immediately answered his cell and asked if he could follow-up in 45 min since he was at the doctor... we'll first impressions, he takes his business seriously. He called us back in 45 min and we brought him up to date and made an appointment for today. He arrived promptly and went right to the point. The compressor is fine, can't find leaks now but we need to wait until the symptoms re-occur, coils are good shape and the unit is work good. He also indicated that even though the unit is 12 years old it is in real good shape and if it's a small leak, we can pay 1/4 of the cost we paid our prior company, yes 1/4 of the cost. Yet, he also provided good advice on efficiency of new units if we opt to invest in a new one, but he didn't find any hard problems in the old unit and he never pushed for us to buy a new one either... plus he said that Freon leaks are hard to detect. Definitely, you know you are being serviced by a honest person, no hard sales, no waist of time. We would defiantly call him for all of our appliance issues moving forward.

Service was fantastic. Bruce got there on time, was very professional, and finished the job in a reasonable amount of time. I would highly recommend using Kelly's AC & Appliance Service and will do so for all our future air conditioning needs.

He already had the parts in his truck so he was able to diagnose the issue and have my AC running about 20 minutes after arrivng at my home. I recommend him and will call him in the future if I need another repair.

Over the weekend our A/C unit began to leak. After searching on Anglie's List, I decided to contact Kelly's A/C given all the great reviews he had. They are well-deserved, as I got exceptional, courteous service. I called Mr Kelly first thing in the morning, and he said he would be able to stop by after 3PM that day, but did not promise an exact time as he was pretty busy that day. He suggested I call him around 2PM to see how his schedule was going, and he could give me a more exact time. When I called him later in the afternoon, he said he would be at my home around 3:30PM, and would call when he was on his way. He did exactly as promised, and arrived on time. He looked over the entire unit, both inside and outside units, and saw that everything was in good working order, except that the drain pipe was clogged. He quickly fixed the problem, gave me some great tips on keeping my A/C unit in good shape, and did not charge me an arm and a leg. He was extremely pleasant and courteous. I am happy to have found him, as I have not had much luck with previous companies. I will definitely call Mr Kelly again for any problems with large appliances, or my A/C unit.

Scheduled for a week out, he called the night before and showed up right on time. He had help and they quickly removed and cleaned the coils without issue.

Bruce was absolutely wonderful! He came first to give me a free estimate of replacing our existing AC which was old and leaking fluid in the garage. He gave me a written quote and then flushed out the drain pipe as a courtesy to prevent further leaking until I had decided on a company to use. He called me the next day to tell me about an even newer and better system that had just come out which he thought I would be interested in. I liked his quote and professionalism so I went with him. Unfortunately, the system was on backorder. Bruce called me often to give me updates on the order and offered to come over to flush out the drain pipe even more to stop the still leaky AC. He did a great job making us comfortable with the timeline of the replacement. Thank goodness the current AC was still in working condition. He finished the replacement of the indoor/outdoor unit and also repaired the air handler box to make it sturdier. He explained it every step of the way. I was very pleased with the price and courtesy Bruce extended to us. I would definitely recommend him to family, friends, and strangers. I would happily use him again in the future.

I found Mr. Kelly to be extrememly fair, knowledgeable and communicative, keeping me up to date on everything that was happening. I felt completely at ease with him and trusted him implicitly; something that is not easy to find these days. I will highly recommend him to anyone I know because Kelly's A/C is a small businesses that should be acknowledged and supported for the excellent service they provide.

Overall my wife and I are very happy with the quickness and service Bruce provided us with.

Bruce was very prompt with every service. He gave us a very fair quote and came out to finish the other side job that needed to be completed in order to pass inspection. We are still waiting to for the inspection to be completed but this is not a delay on the part of Bruce. I would highly recommend Bruce for any ac work. He is very fair and very prompt.

Very good response, punctual, professional and worked in a timely manner. The cost was alittle higher then expected. Did not push any repairs that were unnecessary. Would use this company again.

He came when he said he would , called to let us know when he was arriving & completed the job as promised. Mr Kelly also cleaned up & removed all scraps.

Bruce Kelly did such a wonderful job, and he was also very friendly with us and our young daughters. We have called him twice now for varying issues with our AC; and he is punctual, professional and certainly well informed. We will definintely call him again when we need an expert for our AC.
