Bruce was professional, flexible, punctual. He did a thorough job of cleaning coils of this townhome property, yet was neat and somewhat quick. His prices were very competitive (as we had called four other companies) when we used his Angie coupon. We have already hired him again for other projects.

Kelly AC & Appliance Service is one THE BEST companies I have worked with in the past 10 years of my Real Estate career, I signed up for Angie's List service in a desperate need to find a new A/C company. One of the buildings I manage had a serious A/C problem, I had called and met three different A/C companies for this job every one of them was simply eager to take the service call fee ranging from $50-$150 just to come out! the outcome with each one was the same, "you need to remove the ceiling first" each company also said "we don't remove ceilings so find someone else to do that first" Bruce & Tom from Kelly AC are outstanding! first Bruce called me back within a couple of minutes after I left a voicemail this was over the weekend too, an appointment was made and Tom who was the first Technician I met, he was on time! Immediately fixed a small leak issue and quickly recommended a complete solution, from start to finish. Very inexpensive, high quality and very professional.

Called 30 minutes before appointment time to let me know they were on their way. Went to work immediately to diagnose problem with my A/C unit. . Even though, they diagnosed the problem immediately and set to work repairing the broken freon line, Brian set to work to check all connections and wiring in my unit. He did a thorough check of the unit including the coils. I appreciated the fact that even though the problem was obvious to them, they still took the time to check the overall "health" of my A/C unit, both inside and out. They did a great job, charged what I felt was a very fair price, cleaned up after themselves and left everything better than they found it. Would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to others.

They came out two weeks ago. They were timely, friendly, open on weekends. They are very good. The prices are fair.

Awesome. It was definitely time to replace our unit. The freon leak was unrepairable (got two opinions) and Mr. Bruce Kelly provided us with temp refill while we waited for the new unit. Always prompt, very organized, went straight to getting the work done without delay (even working while it was raining lightly), and he would always return our calls same day or next morning early. He's all business, and his work is his passion. You can always count on him! Thanks Bruce!

Bruce can out with another nice gentlemen. Our air handlers are in the attic, so a pain to get to. He discovered the handler unit stopped because the drain was clogged, fluxhed the drain. Then they inspected both of the outdoor compressors, cleaned the coils, replaced old contacts. Bruce spent time with us discussing air flow issues and made suggestions. WEe discussed pros and cons of new units and different places for the air handlers for better access. Bruce could have told us that the units needed to be replaced, they are 8 and 9 years old, and will have to be most likely soon, but he and his colleague were honest, professional, spent a lot of time with us, and did everything for under $250 to get our house cool again.. From the time I called them they were at our house in less than two hours, maybe 1 1/2 hours, and arrived exactly when they said they would. He's concerned about keeping a great reputation on Angie's list so he makes sure to do things right and fair.

He was very professional and knowledgeable. His price was very competive and fair. Had we not gone with an acquaintance, Mr Kelly would have been our choice. Would recommend him and use him in the future if a situation arises.

Mr. Kelly is a ROCK STAR when it comes to A/C service if every call is as mine was! I spoke with him over the phone and he came to my home within a couple of hours. I had it in my mind that I was going to have to replace my old unit, but he was able to spot the problem quickly and fix it immediately. Very professional and honest gentleman. I'm going to have to replace the unit sometime in the not-too-distant future and I will certainly be calling Mr. Kelly to do it. He also gave me a discount for being an Angie's List member which paid for my membership! Kelly A/C gets my highest recommendation!

Excellent guy....straight shooter and gets to the point. Very punctual, professional and detailed. Called to get AC serviced and found out my compressor was going bad. He then informed me that the compressor is still under warranty and can get the new part and all I would be responsible for is the labor. He came in on Friday and had my AC up and running Monday morning. I am very picky person when it comes to ANY work done in my house and I honestly don't have a negative thing to say about Bruce. Keep up the good work!

Great ! Bruce is a true professional. What he said he was going to do, he did ! After the work was completed , he called back to check that EVERYTHING was working correctly !

My A/C went out on one of the hottest days so far this summer. I called the owner, Bruce, late in the afternoon and asked if he could possibly come take a look at it today even though it was close to quitting time. He agreed to come at around 7 PM even though he had already put in a full day. My whole family was extremely grateful that he got our A/C working again since the temperature inside had risen well into the 80's! I'm glad to have finally found an air conditioning contractor that I can trust and I appreciate that he has been in business in south Florida for a long time -- that's important to me.

Left a message on Wednesday night, and got a call on Thursday morning. Bruce came out and diagnosed the issue as electrical. He came on time, explained and showed me the issue, and I would use him again.

We chose Kelly's AC because of his Angie's List presence despite wondering how any business could muster such consistent 5-star ratings and stellar reviews. Now we know! Although we called after business hours, Bruce returned our call within an hour, correctly diagnosed the problem based solely on our conversation (!), and contacted our tenants the same evening to set up a mutually workable appointment for the next day. He made the repair and advised us then that the unit was on its last legs (installed circa 1996). The following week, it struggled again (unrelated to the original problem) and, once more, he promptly got it functioning long enough to give us time to do research and obtain estimates to have the unit replaced. He found the appropriate unit for our restrictive install site, and his quote was on the lower end of the quotes we received. Based on his attentiveness and professionalism to date, we chose Kelly's to do the install, which he accomplished for us within 3 days of getting the go-ahead. Bruce obviously has vast knowledge and experience with every aspect of AC. He was willing to share his knowledge and was very patient in answering my many questions. All of this-- his overall professionalism and unparalleled level of customer service--is why we will turn to Kelly's with any future needs and would recommend Kelly's to anyone needing AC service of any kind.

I called Kelly's on Monday when I found water leaking from my A/C air handler unit. Bruce answered and attempted some diagnostics over the phone. We scheduled a service call for the next day. Bruce arrived 10 minutes earlier than the scheduled time. He and an assistance got promptly to work identifying and resolving the problem which turned out to be a clogged drain line. They also performed some basic service work on the compressor while they were here. Completed the work within one hour. Overall a great experience.

Bruce Kelly answers his phone on a Sunday and gives you, a prospective customer, his time on the phone. He comes on time as promised Monday morning @ 10:30AM. He installed a newer better designed float switch, blew out the drain line, and shows you how to maintain the switch and clean clean out the line yourself. He could have sold me a pump for hundreds more but instead said let see how this works out. He did not charge to check the A/C freon nor to look at my refrigerator which needs a new ice dispenser. And, he took 20% off for being an Angie's List customer. He is an "old school" professional: you get prompt appointment, price and work you'll come back for.

I DO NOT WRITE REVIEWS... yet I am compelled to put in a good word for Bruce Kelly. We initially cold called him on a Friday night. He dropped his family night (as did we) to come over and get our failing AC up and running. He was able to coax a little more life out of it until the company representative could join him on this warranty work. Ultimately, he essentially rewired and reinstalled the whole system. NOTE: Bruce did NOT do the initial install. The initial install was by another firm that has been nominated for one of the worst installs that the Rheem representative had ever seen!

First I would just like to say "Thank You Bruce!" I called him up to advise my air conditioner had stopped working. We set up an appointment and he came on time. The two man crew got straight to work, found the problem, had my a/c running and working better in less than 30 minutes. I had an older unit, he changed a fuse, cleaned my coils and inspected everything. He saved my old unit which I thought I would need to replace. The cost for parts and service was great and he even made it better with the Angie's list discount. I have nothing but respect for this company and I will positively use them again.

Bruce responded to our call right away and came out same day. He fixed our problem and gave great advice on preventative maintenance to avoid a much more expensive repair. We'll be calling him again should another issue come up.

I called several companies for an estimate on a new A/C system to replace one that was functioning very weakly and was on its last legs. The owner, Bruce Kelly, was very honest with me about the condition of the existing unit. He said that it was functioning, although barely adequately, and that I could delay replacement until it died. Our options were limited because of the configuration of the existing system, but Bruce was able to locate a higher efficiency unit at a reasonable price and installed it just a few days after we struck a deal. His workers arrived early, worked efficiently and cleaned up everything before leaving. Our tenants were happy, we were happy, and we look forward to using Kelly A/C and Appliance again when we need service at any of our properties. We have not been pleased with our previous A/C company so we feel fortunate to have found Bruce on Angies List. He has been in business in the area for many years, which is one of the first things I look for in a service company. This is a very transient area, not only for residents but also for businesses, so it's becoming harder and harder to find someone with longevity.

I called Bruce and within 30 minutes he was in my house, reconnect the capacitor cables in my outside unit that we connected backwards and added around 2 pounds of R22 to my inside unit. I used the 20% coupon and the total cost was $160.00
