Called for service the evening prior, and was given an appointment for service the following day. Bruce was prompt, professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was equipped with the proper equipment and detected and fixed the issue right away. Will not hesitate to call him again. Super pleased!! I called this company after seeing all the great reviews in Angie's List.

I called Kelly's A/C thinking that we needed to have our blowers cleaned, because debris was coming through the vents. Bruce checked it out, and said that the a/c unit had no debris to clean. He said that it must be in the vents, and gave us a recommendation for someone that specializes in vent cleaning. Bruce is a super nice guy, and very knowledgeable. We'll definitely call him, next time we have any HVAC needs.

I called after seeing the good reviews in Angies List, but wasn't fully convinced. I left a message, and got a call back from Bruce very quickly. He talked to me over the phone and got a good grasp of the situation, as well as doing a bit of troubleshooting over the phone, so he could hopefully just arrive w/ the right tools and get everything fixed. One thing I want to mention is that you can tell he sounds straightforward, and very honest, and easy to understand; and I appreciate that a lot, I've met some BSers in my life, and he is not one of them. anyhow, he came over, the same day, which was great, I don't mind the heat so much, but the wife and kids don't like it! anyhow, his over the phone diagnosis was correct, and he brought the part, and got it fixed up all the same day. I will definitely use Bruce again as my guy if I have any a/c problems ever again! I'm not sure who Kelly is, I'm assuming the owner of the company, well you have a great guy in Bruce! =)

Bruce was able to come the afternoon that I called. He was very prompt and professional. He explained what he was doing. He fixed the problem. I appreciated all that he did especially not trying to sell me on anything unnecessary. I will definitely use him in the future.

Bruce is one of the few A/C technicians I've come across who know what they're doing. I called him because I was unhappy with the installation of a new AC unit that I had someone else do for me. I suspected that it wasn't charged properly. After checking pressures, temperatures, and static pressure, Bruce suspected a different problem and called the manufacturer for further diagnostic information. Ultimately, this led to Bruce finding the root cause (a bad thermal expansion valve) which he promptly changed. Bruce was very responsive to my questions and explained what he was doing as he went on with the repair. Excellent work.

Bruce was EXCELLENT! Extremely professional, punctual, knew exactly what he was doing. He came to my home for his estimate promptly and at the time he said he'd be here. Told me the parts that were needed to complete the job(including a cre motor), and the overall cost for the job including his labor. He was even able to lower my cost by finding a refurbished part. He saved me over $100 by finding that part...on top of it all, he gave me a discount for being an Angie's List member! I would absolutely recommend Bruce and use him again!

I immediately sent a message on Angie’s List and they called me back within 10 minutes. Turns out I just had to let the dirt debris that had accumulated burn off. That’s what I did and problem was solved. I appreciated the honesty and then not sending someone out for an unnecessary service call.

Bruce was great. He returned my call promptly and met me the same day to diagnose the problem. He tried for the most cost effective solution and did his best to make the repair quickly and professionally. I definitely recommend Kelly's for any A/C work.

The AC went down on Friday and the required part could not be obtained until Monday. Mr. Kelly maintained contact through the weekend via text to ensure we knew how to "baby" the unit to get it to work until he could get the part and complete the repair.

I called Kelly AC to get an estimate for new AC unit. Bruce was very accommodating with my work schedule and the pricing was very fair. He was very responsive and provided excellent feedback and valuable advise. I ultimately went with another company that offered financing, but I would not hesitate to call Bruce in the future.

Called and left a message on a Sunday afternoon. Bruce called back, I explained the situation and he gave me a general assessment over the phone and options for service pricing to come out on that Sunday or wait until Monday. We elected to have him come out on Sunday and I found he and his service to be professional and complete. He was open to me watching and asking questions about the operation of the system. All-in-all, it was positive experience with excellent responsiveness, on-time appointment and quality workmanship. Our choice to pay for the Sunday service.

Bruce came out on a Sunday and reviewed the system. Capacitor and contacts were bad. Repaired and had the system up and running in less than :30 minutes. GREAT JOB BRUCE!!!!!

Bruce was communicative, on-time and very fairly priced for the amount of work he did for us. It's very hard to find reliable, non-corporate service with this type of work. Would absolute recommend his services and would definitely hire him again.

Call them in the afternoon and they came out the next day to fix it. They gave me a call before arriving. Took it apart and immediately found an electric connection that was improperly connected. Fixed the connector quickly and it now works as it should. Bruce was on time, professional and knew what he was doing. Price was very reasonable. He even called me a few days later to make sure it was working ok. I appreciate that call as I’m certainly not used to that happening. Will certainly use him again.

I purchased a house and the home inspector noticed the A/C wasn't cold enough (10 degree temperature differential, when it should be 16-22). I had the previous owner's have the A/C serviced, which they did for $250 and the A/C was still underperforming. I called Kelly's and he came out the next afternoon. Everything in my system was good, but the freon was low for my Carrier brand A/C. It was as a level that is good for other brands, such as Rheem. So 3 pounds of freon later and $224 and my A/C is performing much better. I'm getting 15-16 degrees temperature differential and it doesn't run all day as it did before.

Bruce was a godsend. I came home from work last night to no ac. The unit is a year old. I called the company that installed it, they could not get to me for 2 days. Its summer and my house is about 93 degrees. I came across Kelly's and gave Bruce a call. He knew right away what the problem was, I sent him pictures of the unit he picked up the part and installed it that day. I am so grateful to Bruce he is a true professional. I have already recommended him to my neighbor and friends.

Outstanding. They found that the outdoor unit was overcharged by double with coolant causing it to overwork itself. You could actually hear a noise with it overworking itself. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and concerned and had modern diagnostic tools to detect the issue. They only charged me the $85 diagnostic fee. So so glad I didn't use a Groupon for some unknown and unpredictable technician.

Everyone knows how easy is to get rip off in south Florida for repairs services well I was no exception a previous Hvac technician toll me that to fix the problem the circuit board need it to be replaced costing me hundreds, so I found Kelly call him in the afternoon he came and replace a fuse, checked all the system for a fraction of what I would have paid to fix something that was not even need it ...conclusión don’t even think about it call Kelly if you need to repair or service your Hvac

Bruce said it could due to a couple of things - either the drain pipe was not angled properly or the line need to be cleaned. He checked and cleaned the drain line. he checked the installation of the unit which appeared to be fine and recommended bleach every 4-6 months in the Tee connection. He said it that did not work, he could reconfigure the drain line to prevent the problem. He clearly explained everything he did and how/where to put bleach in the drain line.

Bruce went out his way to make sure that the parts were covered by warranty. He was very professional and courteous. I will be happy to refer him to my friends.

Inspected the unit, quickly found the issue, determined coil remained under warranty, ordered the replacement coil. Within a week returned and completed install.
