I called Bruce for a quote on a new AC because I didn't think my unit could be repaired cost effectively. He was at my house in just a few hours. No only did Bruce find a much more cost effective solution, but he made sure to get our AC running until the repair could be done. He was dependable, friendly, and did great work. Went above and beyond, to be honest. I will without a doubt go to him in the future.

Excellent work by Bruce, Chad and John. Arrived on scheduled time and completed the work in less than 4 hours. Very professional and reliable - no regrets and can highly recommend this company without hesitation.

I Am so glad I found Kelly AC & Appliance Service . After I called Bruce he quickly showed up and quoted the job. He was really honest and professional and that is why instead of giving me a 3000 dollar quote like others , he gave me a great option of repairing the unit by replacing the correct part . which cost me 270 $. a saving over 2800$ !!!! after the part was changed with 24 hours the unit is running smoothly and with no issue Thanks Bruce for the quick response and your great job !

We originally called Bruce to get an estimate for a new unit. As soon as we explained the problem with the A/C unit we have, he offered an easy and inexpensive repair instead of replacing the whole unit. We really appreciate his honesty and professionalism!

It went very well. I don't know if the job was hard or easy but he made it seem easy. He replaced the coils that cool the air going out to the house. Mr Kelly was very intense and intent on doing the job well and swiftly. He was running up the stairs !!! and he is...uhh... no Olympic athlete in build or age. He was pretty unresponsive during the work but afterwards he took time to clear up any confusion I had, and he was quite amiable after the work was done.

After using the "big company" for years and not getting the service satisfaction I feel I was overpaying for, I searched Angies List for a new A/C repair provider. Mr. Kelly returned my call within minutes. I explained the symptoms over the phone. He immediately said he was certain he knew what the problem was. Told me he would come out next morning at estimated time and would call when leaving his first appt. Asked me Model#/Serial# on unit. Called when he was on his way. When he arrived he quickly removed fan, confirmed it needed replacing, (had already confirmed warranty coverage and where he could pick up a replacement part). Returned with new part, installed, serviced entire system, rerouted the clean-out for greater convenience. He was very accommodating, very efficient and knowledgeable. He also gave us an Angies List discount. We will definitely be calling him for all our A/C needs going forward.

So glad we found Kelly AC and Appliance service. Bruce Kelly returned our call within five minutes (night time) - told him our problem and he came to the house the next morning. The unit was the original, and very old--needed replacing. He and the team he worked with -- Tom, Jay and Derek -- were fantastic! The site of the air handler was kind of complicated and all was done so well. Bruce was very professional and friendly, and has gone above and beyond with "fine tuning" and helping these old folks out. We are very happy with the work done, and highly, highly recommend Bruce Kelly -- plus, he loves 100lb dogs!

Bruce arrived when he said he would, He called me 30 mins before he arrived, cause I was working and I needed to get home, he was punctual to the second. He worked quickly and efficiently. Took the time to explain to me what to do and how to get the ac- to not stall again. Extremely professional and friendly.

I called Bruce Kelly after having a few different A/C companies look at my a/c.. the quotes I was getting from the other companies I thought were way out of range for what needed to be done. Not only did Bruce give me the best price he was able to do it the same day even though he had to get the motor from the supplier. Bruce is the fairest and most honest a/c person I have used and he is my new a/c guy!!! It really makes a difference when the owner actually does the work. I would highly recommend him.

oven still wouldnt reach proper temp he said the oven is working properly came out three times once to diagnose second to install sensor and third time to tell me there nothing else he can do we then called a sears tech out and he found that the oven was going on and off this was told prior to sears comming out by customer sears took the time to listen to customer since shes knows her oven it was the control board oven repaired by sears i wasted 275.00with kelly appliance repair the oven is working perfectly. ilearned a lesson call the appliance brand tech for now on

Bruce Kelly came within one hour and checked system and found problem. Very cordial man excellent work ethic. I have been looking for a air-conditioning technician for five years and and finally found the right company.

I thought he was very good because someone else had come here before him and told me it was a different issue. He was very polite, helpful, and answered my many questions. He cleaned out the drain pan and he did a good job.

Prompt response and great service. Provided honest assessment of what was needed. Bruce Kelly is the go to guy for anyone's HVAC needs.

We discovered that our air conditioning was not working at around 7 at night. We called Kelly's and left a message. We received a call back within 10 minutes. Mike explained that he was just going out for dinner, but could be over in about 2 hours and would call when he was on his way. True to his word, he arrived about 2 hours later. He spent quite a bit of time diagnosing the problem and getting the unit up and running. He explained the problem and was very personable throughout. He gave us 20% off for being Angie's List members, as well. Highly recommend him!

Called August 27th seeking duct repair (condensation problem). Initially all seemed well. Spoke to Bruce, explained problem. H e said he would have Tom, call me to set up appointment. That afternoon Tom called and an appointment was set for Monday the 31st. arriving between 8:30 and 9:30 am. At 10:00am Tom had not arrived so I called him. I asked him if there was a problem and he said he was just about to call to let me know he was too busy and would not be able to make it. I said, OK, and asked if he could make it the following day. Curtly, he said no, he had too much work. Well, I said, can you give me a date certain during that week since I had to plan ahead since I worked. He said no, that he had to take care of his customers first. I said, am I not a customer and he said no since I did not have a contract or had paid for any service. At that point I told him to either give me a date or I would go somewhere else. Reluctantly he said he would try to make it around 5:00PM. At around 11:30 am or so, he calls and says he is on his way. He arrives around 12:00noon. He comes into the house and asks me to show him what the problem was. I do and he asks where the access to the attic is and if I have a ladder since he did not bring one. I provide one. He climbs to the attic, spends two minutes there, comes down, and tells me there is too much insulation in the attic. I say, if that is the case, why is this not happening in the other vents. He tells me that there is too much insulation over those two vents. So what is the fix, I ask? He says they are going to have to remove some of the insulation and pat the rest down. He also said they may need to suspend the ducts, and replace them if they were wet. Can't you dry them, I asked? No, he said, once they are wet they need to be replaced. So how much will this cost, I asked. He tells me it will take two guys to do the work but he could not tell me how much it would cost. He would discuss this with his boss who would call me with an estimate. And when might that be I asked? In a day or two, he said. Well, it is September 9 and I have yet to receive a call and/or e-mail from anyone from this business with an estimate for the work to be done. My advise, avoid this firm. Unreliable and pathetic customer service.

Everything went very smoothly. We will definately use Kelly AC in the future for our aic conditioning service needs.

Fan was blowing hot air. Eighty-five degrees in the house when I came home from worked. Call the evening before (7/30) and Bruce responded shortly thereafter. He said that he came come to the housed between 9-10am the next morning. He showed up shortly after 9. He replaced the parts and checked connections. A/C working fine.

Bruce replaced my central unit in March. I thought the cost was a little high, $3891 with a rebate from FPL. Bruce put the AC in and I paid him $3891. AFTER I paid him, Bruce said he had to come back to connect the smoke alarm wires and that he would be back "in a couple of days." Well, he never came or called. I had to call Bruce a couple of times to get him to come back. He said "he was busy." It took him at least a month to come back. Since I was working, and I wanted the job done, I left my garage door open so he could come and get the situation resolved. Bruce came and said he did what he was suppose to do. However, I noticed the lights on the alarm were not working. I called Bruce back to tell him and he said "the alarm must be old." I asked him to come back. He said he "was busy" would come in a couple of weeks. He never came or called. Two months went by, I called again. I told him I was on vacation and needed him to come this week. He said he was busy and would come the end of the week. Well, it's Friday and AGAIN, he never called or came. It is now the end of July and my smoke alarm still is not working. I am tired of being put off. I do not appreciate the fact that I paid him and the job was not done. In addition to all of this, I received a $234 FPL "rebate" from Bruce, however, about a month later, FPL sent me a letter saying that they sent Bruce a $267 rebate for my AC. That's $33 that belonged to ME, not Bruce. AGAIN, I do not appreciate this. I am tired of being told that he "is busy." I have paid, in full, and I want the services that I paid for. I also think I should receive that $33 that FPL sent Bruce. I have given this man more than enough time to do what he was suppose to do in the first place. I hate to write such a nasty review, but at this point, I have no choice. Enough is enough!

AC worked great except for late summer afternoons...it just couldn't cool down from 2-6pm. After checking out the problem, Bruce recommended two solutions and checked with the AC manufacturer just to make sure -he needed to check for leaks/re-gas entire system and replace a defective coil as well. After doing both, the system has been working great for two weeks...keeping fingers crossed that it stays that way! Bruce was extremely professional, responsive, and reliable. He was honest from the start about the two different services we needed and recommended that if we were on a budget, try the lower cost one first to see if that fixed the problem, but that he couldn't guarantee it would. He didn't try to sell me on replacing my 8-year unit...just gave me the facts, his recommendations and let us decide. No pressure or sales hype at all. His prices were fair and competitive with others...but I feel his knowledge, trustworthiness and expertise are definitely higher than most firms I've dealt with in the South Florida area and I've lived here for 30+ years. I would definitely recommend him to others. I'm hoping to get 2-3 more years out of this ac unit, but plan on purchasing our next unit from him when it's time to replace.

They arrived early on the day they installed new A/C. They were prompt, efficient, cleaned up as they installed unit. All went well and hardly knew they were here. I would recommend Bruce Kelly to anyone. I believe he is honest, fair. We had a glitch one week after installation but Bruce was here the next day early and had all working properly minutes later. I plan on using him for any future service needed.

A few glitches, but Mr. Kelley was responsive in getting them fixed.

Called Kelly's A/C and Appliance on Monday morning after A/C not working on the weekend. Bruce answered the phone and advised that he would drop by in the afternoon after 1:00 pm and that he would call prior to arrival. Received call back around 3:00 pm advising that he was on his way. Showed up as scheduled and went on the roof to check the A/C. Within 45 minutes my A/C was blowing cold air. Asked him about maintenance contract and he advised that it was not needed. Happy with prompt response, honesty and cost to fix the problem. Would call again and recommend to others.

MR. KELLY WAS AWESOME. HE HAD TO FIND THE REPLACMNENT PART FOR AN OLDER MODEL KITCHENAID DISHWASHER AND BELIEVE ME HE HAD TO SEARCH FOR IT. HE CALLED AND CAME BACK TO OUR HOME TO FIX IT AND IT HAS WORKED PERFECTLY EVER SINCE. WE WERE SO GRATEFUL TO FIND SUCH AN KNOWLEDGABLE AND HONEST GENTLEMAN WHO KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING AND WAS VERY NEAT WHEN HE WORKED ON OUR APPLIANCE. I TOOK SO LONG TO WRITE THIS REVIEW AS I JUST PLAIN FORGOT TO DO IT UNTIL SOMEONE CALLED ME TO FIND A REPUTABLE APPLIANCE REPAIRMAN AND OF COURSE I REMEMBERED MR. KELLY AND GAVE THEM HIS CONTACT NUMBER THEN I WASN'T SURE I HAD WRITTEN A REVIEW SO I LOOKED TO SEE AND DIDN'T FIND ONE SO HERE IT IS. BRUCE KELLY IS THE BEST!!!!!! HE DESERVES 10 STARS! I did not put a cost of service as i do not remember but if I were to guess i would say maybe $50-$75...whatever it was it was very reasonable.
