Bruce is terrific! He came in the late morning as promised and cleaned the drain valve to temporarily correct the problem. He will be sending me an estimate for a new unit. He is professional, takes customer concerns seriously and truly is committed to his business.

Bruce Kelly was very clear with his explanation and cost to replace my old air return with a new air return that I had purchased. His return calls were prompt and very polite. He showed up exactly when he said and completed all the work quickly and accurately. Very Professional. My Air Conditioning has never worked so well. Thank you Bruce!

We spoke with him on a Sunday and early Monday morning, before his other already-scheduled appointments came by to check out our AC. His help included recommending our contacting the AC manufacturer (Rudd/Rheem) to see if our AC was still under warranty (it was). While he was here on Monday, he provided the refrigerant so the AC could be functional until the part arrived. He ordered the coil part, picked it up during the week and installed it by the end of that week. He worked diligently the whole time he was here and was conscientious about his work. We were more than pleased with his work!

Bruce was extremely knowledgeable and punctual. He restored my unit to peak proficiency. I've used the large companies before and was not as pleased with their work. I highly recommend Kelly AC & Appliance Service Inc.

Bruce appears to be a one man show. He knows what he is doing. He is responsive. A few months after installing a new A/C unit it stopped working. He identified the defective part which was covered by manufacture warranty.

? As a person who does not handle heat very well, I've met more than my fair share of AC repairmen. None have been as knowledgeable and honest as Bruce. I had just purchased a brand new AC from another company and it was not cooling properly. Their technician kept saying there was nothing wrong with it. I had even contacted the manufacturer of the unit. Everyone would measure the freon pressure and say there was nothing wrong with it. Out of desperation I looked into Angie's list and found Bruce, called him, explained my situation, and set an appointment. I immediately got the impression that I was talking with someone who knew what he was doing. Within 30 seconds Bruce determined what the problem was, addressed it immediately and even followed up the next day. He did an outstanding job tuning up my AC. I was very impressed by his knowledge regarding the science of air conditioners, very professional and takes pride in his work. My kind of person to repair my AC. The new AC is now working perfectly. I could not be more happy and or grateful. He made a customer for life.

It went very well. Kelly's is a very professional company that takes pride in their work, and it shows. They kept me informed throughout the entire process; they were honest, dependable, on time and did the work at a reasonable price. The one thing that impressed me the most was having the owner, Bruce come over to the house a few days later and inspect the work his guys did; it's obvious he cares about his customers and takes pride in the work his company does. I will definitely use their services in the future.

Fantastic job, in addition to tuning up the AC, Bruce also was able to unplug my AC drain. I can finally put the dry vac away.

Terrific. Bruce has been in the business a long time and knows exactly what he is doing. He communicated well prior to arriving, showed up when he said he would, and listened carefully when I described the problem. He did a quick diagnosis, figured out what was wrong, had the part in his truck, and was in and out in less than a half hour. Amazing service, and Bruce is a dog lover, so he didn't mind it when my mutt jumped all over him. I didn't even have to ask for the Angie's List discount! My AC unit is 12 years old, so I will be calling him when it bites the dust.

Our experience with Kelly AC & Appliance Service was great from our first meeting with Tommy who came to assess the job right through completion. They were familiar with our type of house that was built in the 1960s and pretty much knew what to expect before they even went into the attic. Bruce Kelly was very responsive to our questions, returned our calls promptly and came to monitor the job several times. They arrived at our house when they said they would and the crew was both experienced and congenial. We had gotten estimates from four companies. One wanted to break the ceilings in three rooms, one was 40% more than the other estimates and between the last two we chose Kelly based on the great reviews on Angie's List and the recommendation of a friend who had used their services. We made a good choice! We feel that Bruce Kelly runs his business with integrity, something that we greatly appreciate.

We discussed the future of my AC unit including how I should maintain it. He answered all my questions and gave me the information I needed including complete cost for new unit and compressor, install and discard. He charged exactly what he said he would charge and gave me a nice +Angie's List discount. As an aside, I did not know which roof compressor was mine nor did the property manager. I marked the one I wrongly thought was mine with my apartment number. When I went back up to the roof after Bruce left, I found he had conscientiously marked the right unit with my apt. number and corrected the unit I had wrongly marked. We appreciated that.

He came and did a very through survey and provided the estimate in less than 24 hours. He is very professional and very courteous. We ended up choosing the company that installed our current unit because of the extended warranty we had on the unit. Given different circumstances I would of chosen Kelly's. This is a class act company and Bruce Kelly is the reason for my outstanding recommendation.

Bruce arrived on time and got right to work. He's friendly and explains the issues clearly. The problem was found and solved quickly, under an hour to find and fix. Will definitely use his service again.

I had two air conditioners installed in my home four years ago. with a different AC company. I was not satisfy with their service and this time I decided to check for a reliable company with Angies List. That is how I found Kelly Air conditioning. I highly recommend this company I called Bruce ( Kelly) and he came the next morning on time ,. He opened the evaporator compartment and found that the evaporator was frozen like a block of ice. He told me that there was a leak in the evaporator coil but the good news was that it was under warranty .but he would have to charge labor to replaced it .The original installation was done by another company 4 years ago He came the next day after the ice melted and told em that he already ordered the evaporator coil it would be a few days he then added freon to the l to the system he told me that the A/C would be ok to run for a few days the leak was a small one He came back a few days later with the new evaporator it took him about two and a half hours to replace it and recharge with freon the system . He told me that a sensor was installed incorrectly by the original installer. I asked him to check the other AC unit in my bedroom which he did he told me that it was also installed incorrectly -- but he had to come back another day to properly install it This sensor affects the efficiency of the system

He came in and looked at my air handler then very quickly diagnosed the problem( clogged drain line), cleaned it out and the problem was fixed. He checked my condenser at the same time. My past experiences with A/C repairmen have been that they love to find expensive problems that don't exist. Bruce said my problem was a simple fix, which it was and charged me a more than reasonable fee for his time here. I could not have been more pleased. Bruce is now my on call A/C repairman and I would HIGHLY recommend his company to anyone having A/C issues.

We have had Mr. Kelly come out to fix our AC several times. Our AC broke again yesterday night and we called Mr. Kelly expecting that he would say Monday morning was the first time he could come, however Mr. Kelly came out today on a SUNDAY and he didn't charge us any extra fees for coming out on a weekend day. We will need to replace our unit (which is 20 years old) and we will definitely be using Mr. Kelly's services.

They also took the time to explain how our unit works, since we had just moved into our new house. Great service

This review is coming a little late, but it's worth writing... and reading. If you're looking for a professional AC Repair Company that you can depend on or trust....look no further. Let me start by saying that I'm the type of person who is very particular about people (personality types) when it comes to spending money to have something done on my property. I had noticed that my AC was not really cooling the way it should, so after 3 days of draining the AC Line, Changing the filter, and cleaning the outside coils with no change, I decided to get on Angie's List and look for someone. Judging by the reviews, I decided to give Kelly AC & Appliance Svcs a call. When I made initial contact, Bruce picked up the phone. I could hear that he was busy, but he politely explained that he was on a job and that he would call me back within the hour. Sure enough, within 20 minutes, he called me back and asked me what issues I was having with my AC unit. After explaining the problem, he told me that he would be able to come out the next day. I told him that I was Cooper City and worked an hour away in Coral Gables. He was very accommodating and asked what would be best for me? So we set up an appointment for first thing in the morning. I want to note that he pushed back a client that he had at 8am just to be able to help me out. He told me that it was a simple maintenance appointment and that he asked the client if he could push their appointment back a little, and it was fine. He arrived and checked the unit inside then proceeded outside. He told me that the inside unit looked fine and that he was going to check for a possible freon leak. Sure enough, his equipment picked up the leak. Bruce showed me exactly where it was, and explained why it probably happened. He told me that he was going to be out of town until Monday but he would at least charge up the unit with freon to get me through the weekend so that my family wouldn't be miserable in the heat. He came back out on Monday, welded up the leak, and charged up the system again. Since then, the AC has been running perfectly. I also want to note that at no point did he try to sell me on other unnecessary services or a brand new unit. He was very honest, courteous, and professional. I would definitely hire him for any other issues that may come up in the future.

On the positive side, he arrived promptly, installed the new unit in less time than expected, everyone was courteous and polite. On the negative side,did cosmetic damage to walls, he took no responsibility Possibly it was his crew's fault for being careless, but he's ultimately responsible.

Kelly's AC replaced two air conditioners in our home. I called several AC companies for quotes on replacing two AC units. One company refused to even provide an estimate because they believed the job was too complicated. Bruce Kelly, the owner of Kelly's AC, responded promptly to my call. He thoroughly examined the situation and spent a lot of time and gave a lot of thought on the design of the new AC units. He provided an estimate over email and once the job was confirmed he quickly started working.. Kelly's AC replaced two AC units and installed some duct work in under two days. They arrived on time and solved our AC problem. I would use Kelly's AC again.

On time and efficient without any mess.
