JOHN THE PLUMBER

Dan was on time, friendly, knew what he was doing and a great plumber. I received update calls prior to their arrival and appreciated their professional service. I've already had John the Plumber back for additional home improvements and would continue to use them.

Jobs was done well and done promptly. I thought the price was just a tad high, but I'd rather pay a bit more and get the job done right.

They arrived and assessed the problems then made the repairs. It was all good.

I sent a email on Wednesday Nov. 21, and received a call back on Friday Nov 23.at 8am. I did not expect to hear until the following Monday since it was Thanksgiving weekend. The customer service representative was very pleasant and polite. I was given accurate quotes on the work I requested. I was told that someone would be out ASAP. It was less than an hour Danny arrived. He was professional and gave choices on what can be done. Performed the work and went the extra distance to check other sources like the water temperature. This is the first time I used Angie's list and it was a pleasant experience and I will definitely recommend this contractor to others.

Showed up same day and communicated their departure/arrival. Love communication! Very nice gentleman came, performed the work, explained what was wrong and what to fix. Gave advice and was great! Punctual, friendly, cost-effective... what else can you ask?!

Nice people in office. Nice tech showed up. Worked fast, did job right, no mess. Stayed after 5:00 to complete. No complaints, and much preferred over my previous plumbers.

In the middle of a new kitchen install, it was discovered that the shut off valves under the sink were leaking. The contractor capped them but the day after he left, they started leaking again all over my new cabinets. I have used this company before with great results so I called them. They came promptly, fixed the problem and went above and beyond to repair minor problems left undone by the kitchen contractor. I highly recommend John the Plumber.

He came exactly when promised, quicly assesed the problem and gave me an estimate, He finished the work efficently,was very neat and all went very smoothly. Definitely would use again.

I called at about 9:30am on a Monday morning and, having received the lowest estimate from John the Plumber, I made a tentative appointment for the same day. David called back right away and was here before noon with the heater. By 2:30pm the heater was installed, the old one removed, the floor cleaned and I had hot water. I highly recommend this family owned and run company and plan to call them for any other plumbing needs I may have.

Called with a routine need that was not a rush. As my realitor said, its about location. They were here within 45 minutes, and took less then 10 minutes to change both handles! Daniel was great, very professional. I have finally found the plumbers that I will always be calling.

John the plumber was nice, fast and efficient. They didn't try to selle things I don't need. Great company. I would definitely use them again!

Marty was on time, gave me great advice and checked everything just as needed. He was pleasant and professional. I will definitely call them back if/when needed.

i called them out to fix leaking outside faucets (hose bibs). there are three that never seem to shut off. they were punctual and professional. they replaced the valves on two of them. one that he installed was defective so he replaced that one again while he was here. one of the faucets had to have the pipe replaced. the plumber had to chip out a hole in the stucco to cut out the corroded pipe and replace the entire piece. i think he was here about an hour and half. i'm very happy with their work and will use them again if i need a plumber.

The gentleman gave an"on the way" call and arrived promtly at the appointment time, he located the damgae , cleaned up the debris and wrote his report whie being curteous, friendly and professional in every way.

Marty came on time and fixed the 2 shutoff valves so I could have water to my home..worked on 2 other plumbing issues from my to do list. The wall leak was difficult and in a tight spot, but Marty did great trouble-shooting, and was able to solve the ongoing leak.

Actually, ended up knowing my neighbor (always nice). Very nice person. Came in and fixed/replaced shower faucet. Mine was a unique faucet and John made suggestions on what to do and replaced the faucet with a moen. THe job was completed as promised with a polished look. Also, replaced the faucet on the outside shower. Job well done.

Great. Nice guys. Some of the other companies I called had people come over who lookied kind of scruffy to put it mildly. These were good guys.

He was very good! He does good quality, is friendly, dependable, knowledgeable, and has very fair prices.

It was a simple job to connect the overflow valve on the waterheater to the drain. I was given an estimate of time and parts over the phone and an appointment time for the next day which was fine. John arrived a little early which was fine, better than late. The problem was fixed and tested. An adjustment and new valve was needed. John had one in the truck. He replaced it and the job was completed on time and the parts were very reasonable. I will definetely use them again for my plumbimg needs.

Very professional and response work. From initial call to the serviceman coming in the door was less than three hours. The price was good too. A few years ago we had similar work done to another toilet by a much larger plumbing company and the cost was nearly three times as much.

"Daniel" showed up at precisely 8 am Before working in the bathroom he covered all counter areas to avoid any dust from him opening a small part of the wall to repair the leak There was no mess at the end of the job. His work was extremely through and finished promptly I have used this company on approximately 4-5 occasions over the past few years Each job was done absolutely professionally to my full satisfaction They show up on time, are totally the type of prop,e you are comfortable working in your home, and do top notch work
