Before he came the person who works i n the office was VERY helpful and patient. We highly recommend this plumber company.

Procedure was perfect. Handled by a pro.

He did a great job and cleaned everything up.

Everything was cleaned promptly the same morning I called for assistance.

I called John the Plumber at 8.30am today and left a message that our kitchen sink was not draining propery. This had started a few days ago. We tried a drano-like solution but that did not work. I got a call back at 9.00am for Sonia who said she would check with the crews out on the road to see when one could come. She said yes it would be today. Sonia called back about 10.15am and said that a serviceman on a job not too far from us would come today after he was finished at the other job probably somewhere around noon. At 11.15am I got a call from the technician who said he was on the way. The tech arrived about 11.30am and assessed the situation. He saw the slow moving drain and said he would snake out the drain from the roof. He also commented that the angle of the drain tubing under the sink was not the best to allow for proper drainage. He used his ladder to go to the roof and snaked out the drain. We could tell that it had done the trick because the standing water went down immediately. Then he came back inside and corrected the drain angle to prevent any future clogs. The job took about forty minutes. The technician was very professional and we were appreciative of his fixing the drain angle under the sink.

I called the office number and left a message. My call was returned within 10 minutes! Very responsive, came out and on time. John was professional and very courteous. Will use again.

Called John the Plumber at 8:00 Saturday morning. Plumber arrived at my residence in approximately 30 minutes. Great results. Very prompt and professional. Will definitely use again.

Saturday morning and I have blocked overflowing toilet and drain. Called John the Plumber. Dave called me back within 1/2 hour and asked about my problem. He was at my house within another half and hour. He had to get on roof and snake the main drain. It was hot up there and he worked hard but got the drain cleared! I paid him $225. Great job and I really appreciated the prompt Saturday service! I would definitely recommend!

I've used them 3 times. I liked them. They were friendly and honest.

I was not overly impressed. There was an issue with the charge, I was not happy with that. They job they did was fine. I would not rate them as high because of their attitude. I would tell people them not to use them. They came out to look at it and did not tell me there was an additional $100 charge until after they brought the heater out. They wanted to change the date twice to come out.

Excellent. Edwardo came out, on time and inspected drainage. I thought I was looking at a line clean out job. Edwardo came in and with in 15 minutes determined the problem and saved me a possible $150.- $200.00 job, that would not have been necessary.

Unfortunately, this was not a good experience. This is a doctor's office, so we have many patients using one bathroom. The main reason we had them come out was to replace the broken handle on one toilet! For over a month, after John the Plumber has been here with patients using the bathroom, eventually the toilet would not fill and each day we have had to put an "Out of Order" sign on the bathroom door. They had to come out 4 times just so this one toilet would flush and fill! We were really getting tired of opening the back of the toilet and putting our hands in there to push the rubber down so the tank would fill. The toilet would flush and fill when the plumbers were here, but after a day's use, the toilet would not fill after flushing. The first 2 men that came out were very, very nice, and the 4th one was very nice. However, Mike S (the 3rd) was not. He would not listen to what I was trying to tell him was the problem. He kept interrupting me when I was trying to explain the problem. He interrupted me 3 times saying "I brought a new handle". ... and he would not let me finish. Finally, when I tried to explain that after a few hours of use, the handle was getting stuck, pulling the chain too taut, and the rubber would not seal - therefore, the water would not fill the tank - he would not listen, kept interrupting, and he said in a very condescending tone: "As I tried to explain to you, I brought a new handle." I do my own repairs at home, so I'm not stupid - and I'm sure he would not have spoken to a man in that tone!!! The problem is with the 3rd person, Mike S, who was sent out. He was very rude!! If he had only listened, the new handle did not need to be replaced. There is another problem. I mean..... really....., does it take 4 plumber to make a toilet flush and fill every time? Unfortunately, the "Out of Order" sign is up again!

Their prices are very fair reasonable. He is very efficient, nice, and very polite. He is very capable and can take care of most needs. I would highly recommend him.

Wonderful. We actually had John the Plumber at our house twice in the last month. The first time was due to large tree roots invading our sewer pipes causing a backup in our house. They solved that problem and we also had the tree cut down - fixing that problem for good. The second time was because our water bill was creeping up from the usual $55/month to $188/month. We had terrible thoughts about having the foundation of our house being dug up. But thankfully the technicians found a pipe with a pinhole leak behind the wall in the garage. They delicately cut a hole in the wall, replaced the leaky pipe - and the cost was much less than we expected. Since the water was leaking behind the wall we also determined the problem of why our garage concrete floor was constantly wet. They were wonderful - timely, professional, neat. Would highly recommend to anyone with plumbing issues.

John the Plumber was great.! We have three dated toilets which have required regular repairs over the years and all were leaking or sticking. The first plumber we called wanted $750 in parts only (before labor) just to repair the toilets! (my husband didn't use Angie's List.) I got on Angie's List and found John the Plumber. He managed to fit us in the same day, took less than an hour, charged us only $120 and didn't leave a mess. He was courteous and efficient. The toilets are working great! Best experience I've had with a plumber.

Mike arrived promptly and within a short time had replaced the leaking hose bib on my washer. He also repaired my inside two of my toilet tanks which needed new parts. Mike was courteous, cheerful, cleaned up nicely, and was very professional. Price was very reasonable for this work. I would definitely recommend this firm and will use them again in the future.

Most recently, I used them to fix kitchen faucet which suddenly stopped working. Upon calling, someone came in next day and fixed the problem and charged a reasonable fee.

Overall, John The Plumber continues to be our first place to call whenever there is any kind of potential plumbing problem. They always are responsive, professional, and reliable.

Overall easy solution. I went to visit my parents who are in poor health and found they needed plumbing done for several items. I researched Angie's list and found this plumber. They had good reviews were all good. I called them and explained our situation and what we needed done. They said they could confirm an appt following Wed but they agreed to come out the next week & advised they would call on Monday if they had an opening. They called first thing Monday and we there at the house before 1pm. They repairs were done quickly and correctly and at a fair price .

Excellent. Although not an emergency, they found a time soon after my call, and came on over. Took less than an hour.

It went real well. Michael arrived on time, was very professional and finished in a timely manner. I was very satisfied and I would use them again. I do recommend them as they charge per hour ($89 per hour for the first hour and then increments after the first hour.

John tested the electric and it turned out the problem with my water heater was that it wasn't getting power (even though the circuit was turned to "on"). I reset the circuit breaker, John tested it again, and there was power. Even though he came out, he didn't charge for his time. I decided he was an honest guy so I will definitely be calling him again.

I recently purchased a new home and needed a bath drain and kitchen sink drain snaked out. Additionally, I was experiencing very low water pressure in the kitchen. On 10/22/12, a plumber came out and successfully unclogged the drains and also replaced the tub drain, handle, and spout. He was; however, unable to increase the pressure in the kitchen. I later noticed that the newly installed tub spout was leaking so I called them back out. (In the meantime, I had discovered other unrelated issues that also needed to be addressd - the joys of new home ownership). On 11/28/12, a plumber named Daniel came to my home and resolved everything. He was great! He fixed the leaky tub spout and replaced the washer faucets in the laundry (old hoses were corroded on. The toilets in both bathrooms were rocking and he was able to fix them. He was even able to determine the reason for the low water pressure in the kitchen the that previous plumber could not. It ended up being a clogged diverter. I was charged $269.00 on the second visit. I rated the overall experience a "B" since I did have to call them back out for the tub. I would definitely use them again and will request Daniel.
