He's excellent. They did a good job for us. Their prices were very reasonable. It ended up really good.

I spent around $1500. He's honest and does good quality work. His professionalism and cleanup was good.

We have used John the Plumber for all our plumbing needs over the last 5 years! Everyone has always been extremely friendly and professional.

Mike arrived on the dot at the appointed time. He was very personable and helpful in explaining what should and should not be done in the future to avoid any more problems. They worked quickly and efficiently, and I was very pleased with the whole outcome and would highly recommend them.

As soon as I saw the faucet was leaking onto the floor and in the bathroom counter, I checked Angie's List and chose "John the Plumber" to do the job. There were so many positive recommendations I knew it would be a good choice. That choice "exceeded" my expectations. I called at 11A and spoke to receptionist, Sonya (I hope I spelled her name correctly). She told me the technicians were on the road and as soon as she could, which would be no later than 1-1:30P, would call back to schedule an appointment for the same day. At approximately 1:30P, SHE CALLED and told me that Chris would be the guy who would be coming, was on another call for 2P and he would be calling when he was done and on his way to my house. At 2:10, Chris was on the phone to alert me he would be at my location by 2:30....and he was!!! Chris is very personable, knowledgeable, professional and went to work with the vessel faucets I purchased for the repair. He covered the area with towels and a pot to make sure there would not be any water damage, nor a mess and replaced three shut off valves plus installed the two new faucets in record time. The $10 off for Angie's List members was honored and away he went. I am delighted with their service and making sure there was no mess when leaving. I WILL use their services again.

.The demolition to the studs was completed by myself. The plumber installed and fit a new tub after the old tub was also removed by me. Everything appeared satisfactory. In fact I had previously given this guy a pretty good review. Now that I have completed all the work of installing concrete backer board and waterproofing that. Installing the tile and grout// and sealer I was very excited to having the job finished/ Much to my amazement after installing the diverter backing plate I find that the plumber mounted the diverter valve so far forward<meaning too close to the finished wall> that the gap between the handle and the backing plate is large and unsightly. It shows an unfinished piece of aluminum tubing called the stop tube. I can solder copper pipe. I paid a professional to make sure this install was done right. He asked for a sample of the tile and backer board and was given both. Today I checked with a large plumbing supply store <plumbing only> to find something to fill the gap between the handle and backer plate. They said they had only seen this happen once before. The one part available to partially fill the gap is $110. I said that perhaps this was a common problem. I was told by the 2 guys there that they had only seen this happen once before. I said that I had paid a professional to do the job. The response was "just because someone calls themselves a plumber doesn't mean they know what they're doing." I'm sure this gentleman can solder and fix your sinks and toilets, hot water heaters but never,never would I use or recommend him to do any rough in plumbing that requires thought or planning. I wish I was able to provide a photo so you can see the work that I am describing. If I had done this I would be really angry with myself. Since I paid a professional I never felt the need to check his work against the MOEN directions or trial fit before tiling. I didn't need to because I had a pro do the rough in. If he had said, I think that should be good but make sure you double check maybe a different story.

Repair went well. The plumbers that were sent did a good job. They were professional and courteous and showed up on time. Used 10% off Angies list coupon as well.

Chris had come out when one of our toilets was not flushing and had, in fact, overflowed. After trying several time to unplug the clog, we discussed whether to replace the toilet (that was something we'd been planning to do eventually, just not right now). Chris suggested the type and specifications to get at Home Depot or Lowes, and didn't charge me for the service call, pending the new installation. I purchased the new toilet and Chris back two days later. He installed the toilet quickly and with little mess. He found the source of the original clog (a mini-aerosol can of Lysol which had fallen into the toilet).

Mike was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and prompt. I called at 7am and he was at my house at 10am. Within 30 minutes our blockage was cleared and our normal routine restored. We will be utilizing them for all our future plumbing needs!

Especially challenging job due to the age and condition of the fixtures. This business went out of the way to make me happy and promptly get the items needed. The plumbers are polite, neat and get the job done as quickly as possible. Their customer service is outstanding and I believe very fair priced for knowledgeable professionals. I know this will be my plumber of choice for future jobs. Thanks for the excellent service and wonderful employees.

I registered before and then it says, what day do you want and that was not that day or the next day available so I had to move forward. I didn't know that there would be a waiting line like that. That was excessive. I will never use them again. He didn't show up right away but I thought he grossly overcharged me and I wasn't happy with that.

Tho men came from this family owned business, on time and tackled the job cleanly and quickly. They removed the clothing from my closet as a precaution, drained and removed a hot water heater wit over 30 years of sediment. Up a flight of stairs and through a small attic opening they came with the new, 40 gallon replacement heater. Very courteous and clean. The amount due was exactly what I was quoted. We are happy campers!

Had a problem with flush valve on toilet and called plumber at 8:05 a.m. on Sat., 1/25/14. They were able to come out right away. They replaced the ballcock and supply line and had the toilet repaired by 9:30 a.m. Prompt, friendly and reasonably priced. Would use again.

Fixed kitchen faucet and repaired toilet.

Called in the morning and John came in the afternoon of the same day. Courteous and professional. I had a number of small, but annoying problems, and John took care of them quickly. After removing the toilet handle in one bathroom, wire-brushing and greasing it so it wouldn't stick, he installed it with the handle going out. He wasn't annoyed when I asked him to switch it around. I will use them again in the future.

They came the next day, were very courteous and fixed the problems right away. We actually used them twice already. The price was amazingly good for what we needed and they corrected our problems. Very happy with them.

Mike Sully did a great job, he tried to unclog the line but had to install new line to Fridge. He was very Professional and we were very happy with the work. Mike is the kind of worker who is dependable. Did not try to sell anything we did not need. We now have a fantastic Plumber, wish all workers were like Sully.

I called John The Plumber first thing Monday morning and left a message describing my problem. Within an hour I received a return call. I described to the person who called me the issues I was having in more detail than my earlier voicemail. I was told they would call me back to schedule a time for the plumber to come to my home to fix the issues. I was called back again and told the plumber would come out between 10:00 am to 11:00 am. The plumber called when in route and cleared the stoppage in the main drain, reinstalled one toilet and replaced an outside faucet. Everything went extremely well and I felt the pricing was fair. I want to add that on Sunday I went to one of the major home centers (Home Depot or Lowes) to buy a part I needed to solve a leak I had with one of my other toilets. The guy working in the plumbing department that helped me was a retired plumber and was obviously very knowledgeable and honest. I mentioned to him my main drain issue and told him I was going to call John the Plumber and asked him his opinion of the company. He said they are very good and unlike many other plumbing companies they don't pay their plumbers a commission based on services sold. This was consistent with the company's website. So, I went with them and believe I made the right decision. They fixed my problems for a fair price.

They replaced three toilets, and installed 2 tankless hot water units. It went VERY smoothly as always. We would highly recommend them.

The service was exceptional from the first call to the office to the plumbing service done in my home. The repairs were done efficiently and in a timely manner.
