Description of Work: The young plumber installed a vertical bar-mounted flexible hose shower head with selector tap in my mother-in-law's shower. He did a very good, professional looking job. I used them last year for sewer branch clean-out with very good results.

Description of Work: A small bottle from shelf above toilet had fallen in toilet and I didn't know it.. it plugged the toilet and he had to take the toilet out to get to the little bottle. My only real issue was he left his trash in there and the porcelain caps to the screws on the toilet were missing after he left..

Description of Work: They charged me 500$ for a job they could not finish and then referred me to a different company. I had to call the manager and got 200$ back but still was in the hole for 300$ and I had to pay another company 500$ to fix the problem

Description of Work: Replaced 50 year old fittings in the bathroom. Had to cut through the wall and replaced 2 faucet controls with a Moen single lever control. Replaced a 50 year galvanized leaky pipe behind and in the wall leading to the showerhead without disrupting the tile. This is almost impossible to do. I use John the plumber for all my plumbing needs. They are the best. Job included parts and labor.

Description of Work: Called John the Plumber for a clogged kitchen drain line and toilet repair. Dave arrived on time, he advised that my drain was not clogged but that the problem was my ancient dishwasher (which I am replacing). Really appreciated his honesty. Repaired my toilet, cleaned up just fine. This was 2nd time I used this provider and will definitely use him again.

Because of the running water valve that my husband could not shut off, we had to shut the main water valve to the house, which meant we had no water at all. I called them in the morning and they were there within a few hours. Totally professional' courteous, clean, patient and helpful to us from start to finish. Total job took approximate 2 hours and the price was more than reasonable. I waited a bit to write this report in case I had to call them out again for any problem......but there have been absolutely no problems with their work. I am just so please that I found them. I hope I do not need them in the near future, but if I do, I would not call anybody else.
Description of Work: Had to repair a leak from the upstairs bathtub into the downstairs kitchen. Fix a running water valve that would not stop running.

Description of Work: He came out twice to our home and fixed a toilet bowl handle and clog and also a main line clog. He used a snake to clear the lines and took about and hour and a half in total to complete the job.
