JOHN THE PLUMBER

John the Plumber was initially contacted via email from Angie's List and I received a response email within 1 business day. Due to my work and travel schedule we went back and forth on who would purchase the equipment and when to schedule the installation as well as pricing options. In the end I purchased the equipment and then scheduled an appointment for installation. Marty from John the Plumber was the installer. He called before he arrived to confirm that I was ready and he arrived as scheduled. He removed a toilet and installed a new low flow toilet and removed a leaking hot water heater and installed a new one, taking the old items away with him. The work was performed as scheduled and the cost was as estimated. Everything was tested for operability and leaks and the areas were immaculate when he left. The price was competitive with the big box store installation price.

the man had alot of experience over 20 years very nice and did the work quickly and efficiently THEY come on TIME took care of what had to be done.. but it does COST $$ SO you get what you PAY FOR

They were very helpful and much obliging. The cost was relatively very good.

We were in our apartment in Florida and changed an insinkerator. As we were replacing the old with the new one, the pipes from under the sink fell off in our hands leaving the pipes open. We called John the Plumber on Sunday and we left a message to call us back on Monday morning. We were leaving for New York at 10:00 a.m. and could not leave the pipes open because we would have been flooded from the apartments above. We called at 7:30 a.m. and explained the situation to the receptionist. We asked for Dan Ackerman who had been in our apartment previously for another repair. She advised us that Dan would be there at 8:00 a.m. Sure enough, at 8:00 a.m. he was there and the repair was made. I cannot tell you how wonderful it was to have a company repond the way that John The Plumber did. Dan Ackerman was professional and did a terrific job for this company. I would use them again and definitely recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing work in their home.

Daniel was on time, neat in appearance, very pleasant, knew what to do to accomplish task at hand. Upon completion he explained exactly how to use the fixture.

I called John The plumber and they were able to come out and stop the leak.We have ordered the parts and upon completion will pay them. Mike was great and they didn't even askfor a down payment and said they would get paid when they installed the new parts. I would say one ofthe best experience's I have had with a tradesman here in Florida. Thank you Joseph P Andy

Called on Monday, January 23, 2012. I scheduled the repair for my water heater on Wednesday, January 25. Daniel called before he came to alert me that he was on his way. He was very courteous and professional and the repair was done in a very timely manner. The price that was quoted was the price charged. I was extrremely happy with the service I received and plan to use John The Plumber again for some upcoming changes to my bathrooms.

Excellent results. Everyone really likes the results.

It went as well as it could possibly go and now I have the rest of Saturday to do what I want!

I have used this company repeatedly for years, and have referred to many friends who also gave positive reports. All the employees and the owners are super nice, very professional and ready to give advice when I ask about other projects. This company always arrives in a timely manner, as they did today, and fixed the problem so I could get to work on time.

Very good service. Reasonable hrly charge. Mr D. did the repairs at a very reasonable pace, no slack, went from one repair service to the next. I started out just wanting to have HWH replaced but since he was at my house made sense to take care of some other plumbing since he had the time. I will be calling them back based on my first experience with JTP, I am just not that into climbing under sinks replacing things anymore. Price incls parts and Labor .

The apartment below us said there was water leaking from our apartment to theirs. We called John the Plumber to check it out. I left a message and I received a call back within an hour and a half. An employee came to our apartment. After checking places that a leak could be coming from he determined our water heater was leaking, even though it was only 8 years old. We gave him the okay to replace it. He made a phone call and before we knew it another employee brought a new water heater right away and they immediately installed it. The next afternoon I noticed some water on the floor next to the new water heater. After carefully looking at the new water heater I noticed a leak coming from the top where some hoses were put together. I immediately called John the Plumber and within two hours one of the brothers showed up during a terrible thunderstorm. After seeing what was wrong he got some new parts from his truck and replaced all of the new hoses on the top of the new water heater with other new hoses and fixed the leak. So far we have not had anymore problems. Even though there was a problem with the initial installation we really appreciated them showing up so quickly in one of the worst thunderstorms we have seen to fix the problem that was not done correctly the day before. Great service!

I have used the company called John the Plumber in 2008, 2010 and again in Aug 2011. They have fixed a malfunctioning toilet and run a snake to unclog a drain in my master bathroom. I most recently had Daniel come to my home and he was exceptionally helpful, but anyone who has come out from this company has been just great. They are responsible and charge a fair price. I would definitely use them again.

I live out of state and the home is in Tamarac, so not being there to handle these small problems can be a hassle. John the Plumber made it very easy. They even accepted my credit card. My tennant said the gentleman that showed up was professional and polite. Took his time and explained everything he was doing. He also called me on my cell and explained what he had done and the final cost. A very simple process from start to finish. I thought the price was reasonable. I would certainly consider using them again.

He advised us to change the water connection tubing to copper, which my husband and I agreed to. It took about 2 hours and a lot of hard work (he had to feed the line through the cabinets) on his part, but in the end the connections was well done and no more leaks. We are more than pleased with their work.

He was able to correct all the problems. He was reasonable, efficient, and prompt.

There was nothing done from them since it wasn't their catagory. But I still received a bill.

Daniel from John the Plumber came over to take a look at a leak. Turns out it was the dishwasher and he wasn't able to fix the appliance, but he did a thorough inspection and helped me determine what it was. He checked all the plumbing and even tightened a few things. Friendly and professional.

Excellent! Professional! Courteous. Explained each item that needed fixing, why and the cost. Most other plumbers I think would have tried to sell me a new water heater but they just told me what what wrong and fixed it. I would definitely recommend them.

They are a good company to hire for plumbing work.
