Description of Work: Had a great experience with this company! Mike installed our kitchen sink plumbing, disposal, and dishwasher drain. He arrived on time and was extremely kind and friendly! He was able to complete the work in a very short amount of time. We will definitely use him again and will be recommending him to friends and neighbors!

Description of Work: John needed to determine if we had a leaky toilet dripping onto our family room ceiling. He came the next morning after I called and the office called me first to see if he could come earlier. I made sure that I was home to welcome him. He evaluated the situation and determined it was not a plumbing issue. I was prepared to pay him for his service and he said, "No charge!" He is on my call list as the preferred vendor for plumbing. Next time I have a plumbing issue, guess who is going to get a call?!!

Description of Work: Called re stopped up toilet at 7:30. He was here at 11 a.m.! He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. While he was here I got him to check out the toilet in the other bathroom. He found parts in both toilets that were causing an inadequate flush. He also found a plastic part that is prone to breakage. If that occurs when everyone is away it will cause flooding. This is not \a case of selling me something I really didn't need. He actually showed me the problems and it was very apparent he was right.

Description of Work: SHOWED UP A COUPLE HOURS AFTER I CALLED. SINK DRAINAGE, HE DIAGNOSED POOR PIPING, REDID CORRECTLY AND REALIGNED. WORKS GREAT

Description of Work: I had received a few estimates for a broken waste line. Some unscrupulous plumbers even wanted me to go through my homeowners insurance and make a claim!!!! W**??? John the Plumber charged me $290!!! That's it!!! They were clean, professional, and you would have never known this type of work was being done in my house. I am a very discerning Boca woman and would recommend them with honors!!!!

Description of Work: Dug a 50' trench in very rocky ground, ran 3/4 PVC water line from side of house to front of house, added a hose bib. A month or so earlier, repaired 2 leaking hose bibs, one of which they added a connection for the 3/4 PVC water line. Also fixed a leak in my sprinkler system. Always outstanding work.

Description of Work: After calling several plumbers for simple estimate for faucet install I connected to receptionist at John the Plumber. While others were vague and promised a call back she told me what I needed to know clearly and concisely. The repairman was a little late for the promised 2 hour window but called ahead to let me know he was running behind. My faucet was severly rusted to my sink but the repairman used a big pipe wrench and muscle to free it without damaging the sink. Took less than one hour with no additional parts as I provided a new Delta faucet. I am happy with results and the service and the pricing.

Description of Work: I called the company expecting to need their services. They were so honest, they guided me through fixing the problem myself, and thus not requiring their help! I would definitely use them if I need a plumber in the future, as they seem to genuinely care about the people rather than just their "bottom line." I will be referring them to others as well.

Description of Work: They put in a shower bath 3-1 installation. They also replaced a kitchen faucet and a toilet. They also found a leak in the vanity. They put in a defective part but they replaced it twice at no charge to me. They guarantee their work. They were very responsive on the phone.
