Excellant cleaning of my windows and gutters!

Eric was extremely accommodating to my request to get the job done before my company was coming. He arrived on time and did the job in 2 days to my satisfaction.

I have been using Eric for many years now and he has consistently arrived at his appointments on time and does a very thorough and highly professional job. Windows are sparkling with absolutely no streaks. He is also very respectful of furniture and outside plantings and is a very polite and likeable young man. Recommend him highly.

I was happy with the service with the exception that they did not clean the track for the windows which I was disappointed with. They did show up on time and did a good job.

We called Eric's Window Cleaning service on Saturday, March 9, 2013, and scheduled the cleaning for Wednesday, March l3, in the afternoon. He and his helper arrived promptly, went right to work, and completed the task in a reasonably short time. We were extremely satisfied with their work, and will be sure to call them again this Fall for a return engagement. Besides doing a fine job, we found both of them to be very pleasant. We would give them a grade of A in all categories.

We found Eric and his associate to be competent, careful and concerned. What more could you ask of a service provider? He arrived on time, and took his time cleaning the windows, sills and some of the screens. We would absolutely recommend Eric.--YOU WON"T BE SORRY!!

It was an excellent experience, someone who actually did what he said he would do and did it well. Shows up on time and ready to go to work. A rare to find in South Florida!!

Eric arrived promptly as scheduled. I asked Eric and his co-worker to clean all the exterior windows of a small 2nd story condo. Some of the windows had just been replaced and still had the stickers on them. He looked over the job and provided an estimate of cost. I felt the amount he quoted was fair. He completed the work in a timely manner and I plan to use him again.

Job went very well. Eric and his partner arrived on time and did a very good job on my windows which were stained with hard water deposits as well as normal dust and dirt. I will use them again.

Excellent. Absolutely no complaints. Eric arranged to do an estimate quickly after we called him. He and the person who worked with him were punctual and professional. The work was scheduled so that it was done the day before we had a group of guests coming to a family event. The windows looked great. I'll definitely recommend Eric's company to others, and I intend to be a regular customer.

Eric called 30 minutes prior to his arrival, and was on time for the appointment. He looked over the windows and provided me with an estimate. Eric and his assistant promptly got to work. A few of the windows were only accessible by ladder as we are on the second floor. Also, some of the windows were new and needed to have some glue/adhesive removed. The older windows had some paint splatter that they removed. They completed the work in less than 45 minutes, and the windows look great. I will call them again when in need of window cleaning. (I gave them a "B" rating on responsiveness due to the fact that I sent an email which I never heard back on - so I simply called.)

They did an excellent job. They were very good. They were hard workers. The house looks great. We spent around $500. We had everything done. We would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

Overall experience with Eric was excellent. He came to our house and provided us with a very reasonable estimate to clean all of our windows inside and out. We scheduled at that time for him to come out to clean the windows about a week later. He showed up on time and did a great job. Our windows were extremely dirty since they hadn't been cleaned in a few years. He worked very efficiently and got the job done faster than we expected. He is friendly, professional and does a great job at a good price. We highly recommend him.

Eric agreed a time to come to provide an estimate. Arrived on time and gave what I thought was a fair price for a large number of big, dirty windows. We agreed the date and time for the service - it was a week away, which i considered correct for a busy provider. He called when he was on his way, arrived on time, and did a really excellent job. The windows were quite dirty after we had been away for a while, and they look sparkly clean now! I found Eric through recommendations on Angie's list, and I am very happy to recommend him now if you need a friendly, reliable and professional service.

Erics window washing was a great experience. We made the appointment and he arrived right on time. He worked all day and turned my dirty large windows spotless. He did a very thorough job on both windows and screens, even removing some spatters from a recent paint job. He also pressure-washed the paver bricks of our driveway, courtyard, side walkway and rear patio, going over them repeatedly until they were thoroughly clean. His manner was very professional and he left the work area spotlessly clean.
