It was very easy to connect with Eric to get an estimate and schedule service. He personally came to my home to estimate the job. He and an employee (Juan) performed the work -- were able to arrive a bit early that day which worked for me. They were very careful inside the home, did an excellent job on the windows and the patio power wash. Very pleased with their professionalism.

Went very well. Did an excellent job of cleaning outside windows,screens and shutters. He even pressure cleaned my patio walls without my asking him to. I previously gave him an F rating because I mistakenly had the dates confused when he didn't show up. I apologize for the mistake on my part.

Eric and his team did a thorough job of cleaning the windows and the screens. About 2 months later I asked them to pressure clean and seal my patio and driveway. Again Eric and his team performed an excellent job of that. A pleasure to deal with a Pro, always on time and good at what he does and at a reasonable price.

We have over sized and an extensive amount of windows which are twenty feet high. They used a ladder to be more efficient and all the window came out spotless. As important Eric and Dan are a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them in the future.

I have a two story townhouse and wasn't able to get at the upstairs windows and my atrium ceiling which had hurricane panels on them. Dan was very nice about removing them so he could clean the panel of glass. Dan did a great job and I would definitely use them again. Next time I'll have my shutters done also. I already recommended him to a friend and she is going to use him.

I called for an estimate, Eric showed up at the scheduled time for the appointment. He gave me a price, we agreed on a date, he called me that morning and said his associate Dan would be there at the scheduled time and he would be there about an hour later. Dan showed up on time and started working right away and never stopped, he was a machine, Eric showed up about an hour later and also started working immediately and also never stopped. In the end all windows were cleaned inside and out and at a great price. My wife and I are both very with Eric's window cleaning and would definitely use them again.

Eric cleaned every window in my house - even the garage. He washed inside and out and cleaned all the tracks. He did an amazing job, I will use him again and again.

Dan arrived as scheduled and he did a great job cleaning our windows outside first and then inside. The windows had not been cleaned for a very long time. I plan to use Eric's Window Cleaning again!

Very well! Eric came to our home a couple of days after we called to give us a free estimate, and we scheduled him for the following week to clean. On the day he was cleaning he gave us a courtesy call to say he would be a little late - many contracters don't bother, they just show up late. We have a large 2 story home with many windows. It took Eric and one other person about 4 hours to do the job. They did not rush, but also didn't waste any time. The windows were overdue for a cleaning, and had some hard water spots. They did a very thorough job, using a razor blade where needed, and I did not see any scratches or missed spots when they were done.

I don't do windows so I am glad Eric does. And he does a fantastic job. I was trying to get this done before 5/15. I called at the end of the prior week. Although he was really booked, he added me to the end of his day on 5/14. He got here a little before the scheduled 4pm time. Eric and another employee were both personable and quick. He honored a coupon that had really expired at the end of April. Within an hour all windows were done and looked great. I will definitely never try to wash windows again.

They were very good and I would use them again. I have windows that I couldn't see through because of hard water and they made it so I can see through them. They did a great job. It was quick and easy. It was done right the first time. I didn't compare prices.
