Description of Work: our AC unit was low on coolant . tech noticed that the fan needed adjustment and along with adding the appropriate amt of coolant . tech also showed me the reading before adding and after adding coolant which I appreciated as your paying by the pound .

Description of Work: Actually came early to appointment time ! Un clogged drain line got system up and running. Also checked both systems to ensure refrigerant levels were OK. Also signed up for annual maintenance plan on 2 systems.
