Very nice service lady. She made sure nothing harmed our dogs.

Overall good service; rep was professional and thorough.

It was a Big Deal purchase. It worked out not so well. It just wasn't good service. I had a hard time with the company. I tried to cancel. They kept trying to come back. They didn't show up when they were supposed to. It just didn't work out well. I guess the work they did was fine. I had them come out routinely. They came about a month later after the purchase.

They showed up on time and delivered as promised

If you are plagued by unwanted wildlife/animals this company is excellent. ANDY came to my home initially to remove rodents that had been living in a small area above a cabana bathroom. Although it took weeks to rectify the situation entirely, once all possible entrances into the house were blocked, we seem to be rat free! ANDY set traps both inside and out and placed metal screens and/or cement to block all access areas. Andy also recommended that we trap both raccoons and ducks that were defecating around our property. Our home is situated on a golf course with a lake nearby so we are inundated with wildlife. Although I am not fond of trapping animals in general, there are times when the situation requires action. We feared for our domesticated pets' safety as well as our own. ANDY was friendly, competent, professional, on time, and trustworthy. I would request him again if the need arises! I have also used this company to remove beehives in the past. Highly recommended.

Company was very responsive and the technician was very friendly. Nice to deal with a company and technician that have integrity.

I was not able to get the provider to agree on a time to perform the service, they would always say "we will call you" and never called.

Bought service on Angies list. Provider never showed up. Poor contact. Reached out through a review and they promised to make good and send a refund check. Never heard from them again. Don't get snowed by this vendor.

They were good though it wasn't value for the money and they were reliable. They tried to sell me additional products and I couldn't use them again. I still had bugs after they had left. They did an okay job and I found them to be pushy trying to push additional services. They were nice to deal with and they didn't do a bad job though it wasn't the best. They were not very punctual. Overall I wasn't that impressed.

I would not recommend this company, and here is why. After sealing up the openings in the house and getting the rat out, we had them change the insulation in the attic. The communication between the office the the team of workers was poor. We were told to leave our stored items in the attic, but when they got here they said they had to be removed. We would have done that prior to arrival if we were told to so. They took it all out, which helped me since items were heavy. However, they didn't cover up things in the bedroom well with the plastic, and this process made a mess! The attic entrance is through the master bedroom closet. Things were not done carefully. They were fast, and very careless. It felt like we had a stampede of bulls in the attic. They were dropping things (probably the floor boards), and the house felt like it was in an earthquake. The vibration made the ceiling light fixture fall out and smash all over the floor. I'm still removing shards of glass from the carpeting and tiles. A screw came through the bedroom ceiling, and the smoke alarm fell out of the ceiling. They moved furniture to bring the vacuum tube through the window, and failed to put furniture back. They lost the cover to the attic opening, buried under the new insulation. They failed to put the floor boards back down, so we could no longer store our items back in the attic. It took 3 more visits to fix everything that they ruined. Then they sent only 1 man to move the boards, which was too heavy for him. Another visit was made to get a team of men here to do that, which should have been done on the original visit. They did replace the broken light fixture and caulked where the screw came through the ceiling. I had to be home again and again for all of these added visits, losing time from work. They also left garbage in my neighbors yard when covering my dryer vent, causing unnecessary problems with the neighbor. They were careless, and tried to work too fast, causing more and more problems. I spent 3,500 dollars, and my lost wages. They did fix the problems, but they never should have happened in the first place. I would never use this company again, nor would I recommend that you let them into your home.

Didn't come on appointed day---I called and rescheduled. They were very nice. Mosquitos seemed a little better for a week. Have gotten worse again.

They came out and did the job. The ants were not taking care of so I called them back out. They sprayed again but it still didn’t work. For the price, the work was ok but they didn’t cure the issue. I wouldn’t use them again. However, they were professional, followed-up, and came when they said they would.

This was ok but it took a little bit of time for them to come out and do the service. In the end it worked ok. They did an exterior treatment around the house and I have noticed the treatment working.

I could not be happier with the response and service from Critter Control. We recently moved into an older home, and did not realize we had an issue upon moving in. Critter Control really came to the rescue. They have been attentive to us, and have really personalized the service to fit the individual needs of our home. Our home feels like a happy and comfortable place to come home to now that they have gotten our issue under control. The contacts have acted very professionally, and the price points have been very fair. We have maintained ongoing service with them for indoor/outdoor pest control as well. I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends or neighbors.

Andy was responsive and explained his services well. They were a little aggressive on suggested work, but explained all and let us make the decision.

Used a coupon from Angie's List to hire for preventive extermination on a home I just purchased. Critter Control was accommodating to my schedule and showed up on time. I signed a bi-monthly contract at a reasonable bi-monthly price to continue to make sure bugs don't become an issue. They come one other time since the initial visit. Again, they accommodated my schedule and were punctual.

The lady was really nice and gave me some pointers about handling these huge roaches that keep getting in the house after some neighbors did some work and some trees were cut down. They’ve been helping, although it’s not over by no means. It’s just a really bad problem and we have to be careful since I have a dog. The employees are very nice.

They were wonderful. I had purchased a big deal for $55, and they did not charge me more. It was wonderful service. I was very happy to have her come out. Their professionalism was top notch.

Rob came in and gave us possibly some of the best service possible. He was honest, intelligent and logical. He explained the best avenues to go about getting treatment and even what to look out for if we use different services next time so we don't get cheated. He spot treated a nasty spare bedroom which needs renovation. He will be back again in six months to spot treat when we tear out the drywall from a whole room and it's part of the price we are paying. He says that's the best possible way to treat and to eliminate termites permanently. Thanks Rob.
