Critter Control

Very well. When I called, they came out The same day to check things out and then fixed everything the next day. Also when I needed additional bait boxes, they took care of it right away. I only dealt with Steve and Matt but they were both very pleasant, professional and helpful. So far no recurrence of pests! So far very happy!

Great. Was able to get an appt within 2 hours of my phone call. Steve showed up on time and did a thorough investigation inside and outside my home including the roof and attic.

Excellent! We obtained a quote from another wildlife removal company but it took them too long to follow through with the estimate. Critter Control gave us a quote on-site, immediately following completion of their free inspection. And Critter Control was halfway through the job before we received the quote from the other company who had been onsite a week before Critter Control. The other company’s quote came in at double the cost of Critter Control. And the young man from the other company who tried to sell the job was less than honest. He used gross exaggeration, misinformation, and hyped up fear tactics on my ninety two year old mother to try and close the deal. We found him to be unreliable and disreputable. On the other hand, Critter Control was straightforward and extremely professional, provided excellent workmanship, and went above and beyond to insure our complete satisfaction. We initially had to wait longer than we wanted to for the initial inspection, but they responded immediately to all of our inquiries and requests from that point forward. I don’t write a lot of reviews, but I had to take the time to thank Critter Control for making an extremely stressful situation easier on us. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

They did a pretty good job. They did fine, but they are asking for additional $14, I don't know what's that for.

The team was very thorough. They came out to inspect where the rats were. I thought I had one or maybe two little ones, but it turned out there was quite a number of them that had gotten in and were living in my attic and had almost completely consumed the insulation in the attic. The team assessed the damage, photographed everything, determined the course of action. They came in multiple times over a 3 week period to check the traps and remove the rats. They cleaned everything and resprayed insulation in the attic. They closed up what they determined were some entry points on the outside of the house that allowed the critters to get access. Their work in the attic loosened a few lighting cans in the living room ceiling, but they came out right away and fixed those. It is a little on the expensive side, but they did an incredibly thorough job. I was very impressed.

After 3 days the racoon was trapped respectfully and removed.

They went above and beyond to help me. Very nice crew and communicated each step. Thorough and conscientious- a rare find in FL. I feel confident I am protected now.

They did a great job. They are professional and stick by their word. The guy's name that works in my house is Cameron.

Jose Paulino and his workers are all superb and did good job.

I would like to give a special thanks to Steven Bellis who was the tech who helped with catching the rats in my attic. Steven was very professional and polite. Steven always called or texted back when I had any questions. Also a shout out to all the other workers who helped with my issue. I highly recommend Critter Control.

We acquired some very unwanted pests. Usually, this is a stressful process but thankfully Hedi and Rudy helped us through whole way through. Even communicating with us during Off work hours to answer any questions and help keep our sanity. I am glad we choose to use them and would highly recommend them to anyone with a pest problem.

Excellent. They were always on time, professional and answered all of my questions. The people who worked for me were Eddie, Michael and Jose.

We had an awful smell in the home that was coming from the air conditioning vents and we had a good idea that it was a dead animal. After searching myself for several hours, I knew that I needed help! I called Critter Control they were extremely professional, courteous and most of all knowledgeable. The technician, Matt was outstanding! As soon as he walked in the door he told me that it was a possum, it had been dead for 48 hours, young and about 10 inches long and was probably in our air conditioning unit or duct work. Matt methodically went through the house and attic and did not quit until he found exactly what he said it was.

So far so good, but we're in the middle of our contract working things out with them trying to get the place taken care of. So far everything has been really really good so far. They are the only companies that responded to us. On a scale of 1 to 10, they're a 10. I found it very expensive, but we had a major problem and we have contracted them to do more than just trapping and or removal. The job is not finished.

I was extremely satisfied with the removal of the rats, sealing of all possible points of entry and the professionalism of the first group at my home. However, the second group that came to clean the attic and put in the insulation was not as professional. I had phoned the office and told them that I was not able to come to the door so I gave them the code for the garage door and told them to act as if I was not even there. When they arrived they let themselves into the garage and began working. All of a sudden a worker appeared in my bedroom. I told him to leave and he did explaining that he just wanted to check the ceiling. A little while later he walked in again, unannounced, and plugged in an electrical cord to my dryer outlet. I had been advised b y the office that there was no need to come into my house. As I said, the group that took care of the infestation could not have been any finer a group of professionals. The second group had one individual that needs a lesson in customer relations and proper behavior.

Tom the tech did a thorough inspection of the property, found access points sealed off one roof vent entry point. He then placed several traps in the attic to eliminate them and made six visits until no more activity was found. Was professional and punctual and I am very satisfied with the service.

They did a fantastic job. They handle the removal humanely without harming the animal. Will definitely recommend them to other members.

We were most impressed with the professionalism of Micah Tolle, the wildlife specialist who initially came out to assess our problem and provide an estimate, and with the competence, kindness and diligence of Ed Ashton, the gentleman who visited our home over several weeks (Feb. to April, 2017) to check attic traps, remove dead rats, and generally serve as a sounding board and semi-therapist as we tried to cope with what felt at times like an unwinnable war. I will say that although the price was high, the company performed and provided the services exactly as they promised. Looking back, though, I do wish they would have suggested performing a smoke test to rule out plumbing as the entry point in the very beginning, BEFORE other possible openings were addressed (i.e, soffit vents, construction gaps, dryer vents, etc) as this rodent "exclusion'' portion of their work was by far the most expensive part of our contract. As it turned out, plumbing WAS the culprit, as we discovered after two additional (and costly) visits from a plumbing company who finally located an old, uncapped pipe serving as a rat highway directly into our attic.

They did an awesome job. They called me before they would arrive. They were very professional and knowledgeable. The supervisor came out and told me exactly what was wrong and how they would fix it. Everything went exactly as he said it would.

Heidi contacted me the next day and was so helpful and answered all my questions. Jesse came out today to do our first treatment and he was so friendly and explained everything and made some great recommendations. I am so glad I signed up for a year of service. Definitely recommend them to treat your home.

The gentleman that came out to me was very professional, did a very good job, and came exactly when he said and much sooner than I could get anybody else. They were very good. They came right out. What I wanted was to do insulation, but I did not realize it was a big a project as I was told. So, I have been saving for it now. They did not charge me for the quote at all. They added a lot more things. They were very thorough.

It didn't turn out too well. He totally sold me something I didn't want and he told me there is nothing I can do about my other problems, which is totally untrue. Now I get invoices from him for what he didn't do yet. I told him I'm cancelling my contract, so I'm having problems. I received an invoice, they never performed service and now they are going to send it to a collection agency, just because I signed a contract. I cancelled immediately. I signed the contract because it was a hard sale, and I'm kind of a sucker. It turned out the next day it's totally not what I needed. It's kind of infuriating, I sent an email and cancelled. They're a nightmare. My interactions with them are horrible. They need to sell me what I am actually asking for, and they could charge me money when services are performed. This is a package where there are several services due to be perform. They should do the first one and then bill me. It was like 10 sprays or so, they haven't even come by with their spray truck. I would absolutely not use them again. I would hope people stay far away.

Critter Control did a very comprehensive and great job. The individual who first came to my house to examine and review my problem walked my property, climbed on the roof and went into my contaminated attic. He took detailed pictures and explained the work that would be done if we chose to proceed. From his examination, he believed a plumbing problem was likely the main source of the rodent problem. Although we knew it was going to be a costly process, we agreed at that time to proceed with Critter Control. Given the scope of the work the problem entailed, the cost seemed fair based on my research. Thank goodness part of the plan included smoking the plumbing pipes because I discovered that was the main source of the problem (four defective plumbing stacks which allowed rodents to enter my attic). Critter Control worked with me to have the plumbing issue resolved before they proceeded with the rest of the work, which meant I had to change dates on them twice. Everyone I dealt with was professional, helpful and extremely responsive, even giving me direct cell number contacts. Everyone was also very solution oriented and respectful of the magnitude of the problem and its cost. Critter Control continued to send someone to trap rats for almost two months until the plumbing problem was fixed. When Critter Control came to complete the work under the contract, it took two days for a very, very capable team to remove all the insulation from 3 attics, treat the attics with insecticide and a microbial solution, and put all new insulation in the attics. The working conditions were cramped and contaminated by extensive rodent activity, but I never heard any complaints. They also sealed any other possible opening on my roof or around my house. The team was polite, professional, conscientious about cleanup and incredibly hard working. My original sales/investigator contact and his supervisor even showed up when the work began. The agreement and work comes with a 5 year warranty which I hope I will not have to use, but I am confident from my experience with Critter Control that the company will honor its warranty should I have future problems. I definitely recommend this company and wish I had called them much earlier.

The animal removal and damage prevention service was expensive but they were professional. They showed up on time and performed the services they committed to. The pest control services was an entirely different matter. This service is handled by a different department from the Animal removal and they are very disorganized. They could not get the two properties straight. The spot treatment was very reasonably priced but did not work and they had to come out a second time. During the second trip they damaged my freshly painted walls and I had to have two rooms repainted. I received no contact from the manager and never heard anything from them about the damage to my walls. The tent & fumigation was well priced but actually performed by a third party. After some initial confusion the service was performed in a very professional manner and we have no complaints.
