Critter Control

We were very pleased with them. They are very responsive. We developed quite a rapport with the guy, who did extra things for us, not charging us.

It went really well. They were awesome I highly recommend them.

The tech came out to help get rid of the carpenter ants in my home.

The fleas are back ten fold!

From the very beginning--my first phone call, the folks at Critter Control were pleasant, prompt and courteous. That goes a LONG way with me. Then the service technician was on time. I was worried I had bed bugs, but he didn't find any and was very helpful about what my issue could be and how to rectify it. The cost was extremely reasonable. I had paid $180 to a company called Flea Busters the week before. They sent out a $10/hour employee who sprinkled powder around my house and was there about 15 minutes. I would highly recommend Critter Control. I love having a service provider be pleasant, courteous, on time, helpful, and do a good job. What else could you ask for?

Another company came out and put out some traps out and there were no roof rats.

He did a good job. Scheduling an appointment was fine. We would recommend their service to others.

It was fine for about a week. The mosquitos came back. I wont do this again because I realize that the mosquitos here are stronger than the repellant.

Did not end up using the deal because the homes we were having problems with were sold.

We've only had them come out one time. I liked it but since they didn't come out the second time when I called, I thought I would go with Massey pest control. They were here when they were supposed to be. I will probably not use them again.

Great, the spray got rid of all of them and last several months.

It was fine. The technician was very nice, helpful, and professional. He told me that if I needed them that he would be happy to help. I would definitely call them again.

They were excellent. There were no extra fees. They are professional. They came in and looked at what the situation was, and took care of it right away. Their price was pretty good. I have used them before in the past as well.

They are fine. It’s been good. They’ve done different things for me. For mosquitoes, they didn’t do such a good job but for other things, they did a good job. I think they are a really nice company but it depends on what service you want them to do because they do different things. I think their price is fair.

That service went fine. They did come in and treat the interior for Pal Metto bugs. I then called them out to get a termite inspection, but they did not call me back afterward. I would have used them, if they had contacted me back.

It went fine and I have continued to use them.

I wasn’t at home at the time, but they came out right away and performed the service. I think there are still some fleas here, but I don’t think that has anything to do with their treatment.

The experience was fine, there was no issues with it. They did everything that they were supposed to do when they were supposed to do it.

The inspection and diagnosing of what was going on was covered under the Big Deal. I paid more than that Big Deal but it was worth it. They came back three different times to make sure that the problem was resolved. They caught the biggest rat I have ever seen in my life.

It took two applications--helped get rid of problem.

The initial problem has been resolved, but as with any rodent problem, there is no guarantee that there might not be future problems. However, Andy has done all that can be reasonably done in a situation such as this. I am certain that if I do have future issues, Critter Control and Andy will be my first one of defense.

Critter Control's office personnel and a technician named Megan did everything just as promised with next day appointment: called with 30-minute notice of arrival, arrived promptly, and went through attic to look for any signs of activity. Extremely pleasant, professional and knowledgable. Found zero signs of activity in attic, then even though she was certain there were none and had been none also inspected the roof for any possible points of entry. Also surveyed neighboring buildings to see if any preventative measures were in place indicating other signs of animal entry and said there were no signs that any neighbors have experienced problems. Inspection took less than 30 minutes and there was no charge because there was no need to set traps or bait. Megan said she would email a detailed report (as Critter Control is a "paperless" company). Would highly recommend Critter Control of Palm Beaches and will use their services again if the needs arises.

Very nice technician was careful not to expose our dogs to the chemicals.
