Description of Work: Service man arrived on schedule, discussed the area to be treated both inside and outside of the townhouse. He made suggestions and powder sprayed in the electrical outlets and into the wall. He took time to listen to my concerns and looked forward to future work together.

Description of Work: The expert has been outsmarted by a rat! The company patched an opening at the roofline and covered vents on the roof. Snap traps have been unsuccessful and perhaps this job is complicated by pets in the house. I will not allow glue traps to be used. I'll purchase an electronic trap as they don't use these. The company suggests I call a plumber that it may be entering through a pipe. Update: I spoke to soon. They stuck with it and caught both rats. Terrific job, I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I am a very difficult customer, I admit it. I also have very little trust for technicians who come into my home. HOWEVER Robert from Critter Control earned my trust. After seeing wings in our home we brought in several termite exterminators. Each promised for thousands of dollars that they could fix our problem. Each said we had a different problem - but none of them could really prove anything. They scared me. I was ready to spend the thousands. Until Robert arrived. He knew that others had given me pricey estimates. I was ready to hear about my termites infestation and the thousands he would charge me. Instead, he told me that I had fallen for the scare tactics. He walked me through the termite infestation process and explained that at this point he sees no signs of infestation. Some wings, yes. But that does not justify what the other companies wanted to do. He suggested monitoring and preventative treatment in the future. The charge: $0. Amazing. He could have taken me for several $100. In this day and age where honesty and integrity seem to be gone - this company and Robert (and his partner) are proof that there is good out there!

Description of Work: We usually take care of this task ourselves but once in a while we take advantage of a Big Deal. This company was adequate. pretty much a basic spritz all around. However, it was most enjoyable on the patio with spider webs gone and none of those nasty looking hairy black and white little spiders.
