Description of Work: Trapped rodents, sealed off any entry points, removed and replaced insulation in the attic. They were professional,punctual, and always asked if if I was satisfied. I recommend them if you have a rat problem.

Description of Work: I have 3 fur-babies, Sweety & Lil Bit. These were inside babies and never knew my home was infested with fleas. Thank goodness to Critter Getters, I'm now free of all the fleas. I would suggest anyone with a pest problem to give them a call. You won't be disappointed. In the future if needed, I'll be calling them for service. P Drenckpohl

Description of Work: Enitially the house was empty, so they sprayed the entire inside and outside of the house for the $88. I was overall happy with that. There were several types of ants found and they said I would need monthly treatments at $75 each. What I was not happy with is the second trip out, after I signed a 12 month contract. They asked if we noticed any bugs in the house, we said no. So they sprayed only the outside of the house, which was fine, but we were still charged $75. I am sorry but taking 10 minutes to spray the outside of the house is not worth that amount. I felt that if you are only doing a partial the fee should be adjusted accordingly. Based on that alone, I will not stay with this company after the 12 months are up. I do not appreciated being over charged for a service. The service person is very nice, prompt and courteous. We have not noticed any bugs in the house, so that part of the service is great. My only problem is being charged full price for 1/2 the work.

Description of Work: I have used Critter Control several times and find them to be very competent and reliable at what they do.

Description of Work: Service man arrived on schedule, discussed the area to be treated both inside and outside of the townhouse. He made suggestions and powder sprayed in the electrical outlets and into the wall. He took time to listen to my concerns and looked forward to future work together.
