They were very good. They came out and they weren't pushy. They didn't try to sell us anything else. He sprayed for wasps. He also cleaned some of the areas with the wasps nests. The guy was very good, and very upfront. He made suggestions.

She was professional and through however the management did not with them. I would have hired her in a minute.

They were excellent; they fixed the trap for the raccoon, and came back everyday during the week till it was caught. They caught 2 raccoons in the process. It took them 4 trips to catch the first one and then, I saw another one and I called them and asked them to put the trap back down, and then he caught the other one in 3 days. They were very responsive, and the guy who came to get the raccoon was very friendly, I don't have anyone to compare the price with. I have had raccoons in the past, and I think that Critter Getter were comparable, I did not find that they were dousing me.

The gentlewoman who came was very good. She gave me a thorough explanation of what she did or did not find. So they were thorough. I used a special that Angie’s List was running of $50.

They were very prompt. She was a very friendly lady and got the job done quickly. There was no hassal. It was a very good experience.

The company was very responsive. Shawn and Jason were exceptionally knowledgeable and quite serious about their work. They did an outstanding job.

I was very pleased with their professionalism and quality work at the right price. I recommend them for pest control to Angie's List subscribers. I thought that they only removed pesky critters but they did a great job on regular pest control as well.

We live near the water, and rats had gotten into our attic. Dave came out the day after I called, and he set up traps. He came every other day to check the traps until there were no rats for two trips in a row, then he removed the traps. He always called the morning before he came out to let us know the time, and he was able to work with us on the appointment time so we could be here. He also found two holes in the stucco that the rats had chewed to get into the attic. He sealed those holes

Called Critter Control to set up appointment and inspection. Had to reschedule due to my conflict, however rescheduled and was totally satisfied. Shaun Crawford was extremely professional, courteous and thorough. Would recommend the company.

It is a little odd how this worked out. After catching a few rats early in the process, the traps were coming up empty. Since the known points of access to the attic had been sealed, and there was no food for them other than the bait in the traps, the assumption was made that the rats had been eradicated. However, the noise soon returned. Not every night, but often enough to conclude that there were STILL rats in the attic. Ergo, it was assumed that there were additional points of access which remained undiscovered. The Critter Control guy was logical in his assessment: there must be points of access to the attic that were not identified. To find them, he suggested we do a smoke test, which is offered by critter control. And/or snake a plumber's camera into all of the plumbing vents looking for possible points of access. Critter Control does offer the smoke test (for a couple hundred bucks, I seem to recall) but not the camera inspection. I thought it made sense to use the same vendor for both tests. To Critter Control's credit, they did not push me to do the business with them. They said I could use my plumber. On my request, I was provided with the name of a plumbing firm that they KNOW does this type of work. This is where things started to get odd. On the phone, I got prices like $268 for the camera work and $300 or a little more for the smoke test. I asked them to come out for inspection and estimate. The proposal received was for almost $7000 of work. Of the list of tasks to be performed, only one of which seemed "native" to a plumbing company (the camera work). Additionally, none of these other services were reflected on that company's website as things that they offered. In short, there were lots of things on the list that would be "nice to have done", but the price tag seemed quite steep. I did not make a decision right away and called friends in the construction industry for advice. Fortunately, the nocturnal noises came to an end. Why? I don't know. How did the rats live past the Critter Control guy's estimate of starvation without food, if they had no means of leaving the attic? If there are other access points, why has the noise stopped and, more importantly, not returned? That remains a mystery. But who cares, because the rats are gone and I didnt pay the additional $7000. The gentleman from Critter Control with whom we dealt was very professional and prompt. I enjoyed working with him. And most likely, would use their services again if needed. However, I am still puzzled by the "mystery of the vanishing rodents" and the seemingly overzealous response of the plumbing company to which I was referred.

The ant problem has certainly reduced, but the other problem I had was the palmetto bugs and I find them everyday in my house now. I don't know whether that's just the transitional period or if they might eventually move out or not. The initial bill was $185 and the monthly review is $40. It's difficult to judge them at this point. I have no comparison for the price. I selected them from Angie's List as they had good ratings. They were reasonably priced. I chose them based on their quality as well. They were responsive. They came as promised and I had no problems. They were on time. They were professional. I would use them again in the future.

Very professional, courteous technician. Always called ahead, showed up when promised. Truck clean and organized; always in well groomed uniform. Overall a good appearance of a quality company. Estimate on par with other companies. On the first visit performed an inspection of the roof, presented detailed findings and a detailed estimate for each repair. Made recommendations on which ones were necessary and which ones were optional. Explained the reasoning behind each one. Overall happy with the experience. Costs money, but I felt it was well spent.

The service technician was knowledgeable, prompt , and professional.

They did a great job on all counts. I hope I never need them again, but if I do I wouldn't hesitate to call them back.

We have been using them now for two weeks, and they have been fabulous. They come in and do an assessment of where they think the problem is and where the animal is coming from. They set traps and also do repairs to make sure that the animal doesn?t come in anymore. They also charge us for critter and rodent removal, which is an ongoing affair. They also try to get rid of raccoons. They are competitively priced. They came almost immediately and the repairs were done within a week or so. They have been great.

They were a little pricey but they solved my problem. My only concern was they were supposed to install a part but they took 2-3 months to do it, as they had to order the part. They never informed me about it and I had to call them a lot about this.

The guy showed up on time and got rid of the raccoons. He knew what he was doing. Once the raccoons were in the trap and I called him. He came out within an hour and took them on his truck. The price and quality was fair. He was very quick in responding. He called up and said that he was stuck in the traffic and he would be late.

Overall. I am pleasewith the results. After the house was estetrminated, I felt comfortable that there were no more rodents in the house and also that they weren't able to enter.

I think they provided excellent service. They were very responsive and they came out to check the traps when they said they would. Any time in between that we needed to call them they responded right away. They were very thorough in check the outside of the house to find where the rats could be getting in at.

For several weeks, we heard scurrying, every night, in our attic. I called Critter Control and Rob, a very professional acting tech, came right over to the house. To trap and eliminate the rats, he set two "rat traps" in the attic. The traps were checked every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Also, within the first week, Rob sealed up all the holes, in the exterior of the house, where the rats were coming in. Most of these "holes" were actually over sized openings where wires and pipes enter the house. Where the electrical conduits enter the house, you could clearly see how the rats chewed through the wood and widened the hole, just enough, for them to fit through. I did have one bad experience with this company which almost prompted me to give Critter Control a lower grade. It was a Sunday afternoon and there was a horrible odor in much of the house. It was quite apparent, that a rat had died, in a trap, a day or two earlier. I called Critter Control, (not Rob,) and was told that someone would get back to me shortly. I waited several hours and then called again. I was given the same response but nobody ever got back to me. We had to live with this horrendous, dead animal odor for another night. The tech who was on call claimed to have never gotten the phone calls from the answering service. But this later turned out not to be true. he manager deducted a modest amount of money, from the total charges, to make up for the inconvenience.

I decided to tackle the job myself. So far, the snap traps are a bust, one was triggered with no rat and the other 5 were untouched using different bait. The Victor electronic rat trap has killed a rat each time it's been baited (with rodent food/seed) & set.

I was kind of irritated. They told me that it would take 1 or 2 weeks for them to come, and they came after more than 3 weeks. I do not know if I would hire them again. I think I might have to call them again, but I would rather not.
