Critter Control

Have a reduction in pests inside and they are mostly dead. Also reduction of ants and spider webs.

My understanding was that they were going to come over and take care of the mouse problem. They did come right out. I had to call them two additional times to come out and take care of the problem. They charged me each time to do the work, but it wasn't done on the first or second time.

It went very well. We were untroubled for several weeks.

They were prompt and professional. I saw an immediate difference and it lasted over a month, I highly recommend them and will be using them again soon.

It went great. I found the company from your (Angie's List) thye sent the technician to the residence, she explained the contract, an appoinment day and time was scheduled Melissa calls in advance comes on time and does a great job.

Had a really difficult time scheduling an appointment; however, when the consultant came to perform the service he was professional, polite and very helpful.

It did take a while to make the appointment. Where they sprayed in the house, it left a white film that had to be wiped up.

They went into all the small places and spent plenty of time making sure collections of water were moved. They were meticulous in their work and made sure that what they sprayed would be effective.

I purchased a coupon from Angie's List and received an email about scheduling service. After deciding on a date, the services were performed.

Never called... Never came out... Never got their money - I took it back!They suck!

They were very polite and very professional. They really looked into the creaks and crevices to find cirtters !

They came, looked over the entire house, inside and out. The pointed out different bugs we had and the plant o spray. Great visit, recommend them highly.

After reaching the technician, he called ahead of time to schedule, with a couple of followup calls to reconfirm. Very professional. I was looking to replace my Annual Pest Control Service. This treatment is only for 3 months. Very good job and trial.

Critter Control has actually done a really good job. They're friendly and she'll call before she comes out when she's in the area. She's also been really good with working around my schedule, which is kind of crazy and not set. I'm currently using them on a bi-monthly basis.

The office took a message and a field rep was suppose to get back to me that day. Several days later he called and left a message. I returned his calls and he never called back!!!

Their prices and quality of work are good. They're professional and punctual.

Purchased their special for $50. to exterminate a rental townhome that I purchased to rent out. Had to call a couple of times to have them call me back and they finally did and we scheduled the service. They came and did the extermination and they came when they were suppose to and did spray. Unfortunately after not even a week I was still seeing ants and other bugs. I was told that sometimes you need to treat continually. I can see ants coming back after a short time, but don't feel that after a week you should see them. They just wanted me to spend more money to have them come out again and pay to spray again. I have the home I live in exterminated once a year and never see any bugs. I would not use this company again. I think that they could have at least been a little responsive and say that they would come out and retreat since it evidentally wasn't done the right way to begin with. I think that the $50 deal on Angies List is not worth it. I feel like I threw my money away. Don't bother using this company. As a side note whatever chemicals they used also stained some of the moldings on the walls.

They are very dependable. It covered work that they had done last year. They did this service at no cost. The previous year they had been out for removal of a nest. They discovered eggs in the nest and waited until the eggs hatched and the birds were gone.

A little difficult regarding scheduling but service was rendered and I'm very satisfied.

This is an excellent service provider who obviously invest in their employees. I have seen the results I had hoped for with getting the household pests under control. Additionally it is excellent value for the service and money. Thank-you!!

They came on time and did exactly what they were supposed to. They went all over the house and took their time spraying areas where ants could be. They offered me a contract and I will probably take them up on it.
