Critter Control

I was not here when the services were done.

The only complaint I have is it took some time for them to schedule and I even got rescheduled once. I had to call and follow up with them as opposed to me calling once and them following up with me.

I saw the awesome deal on Angie's list. Decided to purchase the treatment for my yard. I called Critter Control to make an appointment. The technician (Robert M) called me within the next day to set up the treatment. Robert was Outstanding! Very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He was punctual and thorough. Overall, the experience was great! Thank you for taking care such good care of my yard.

Nothing much to tell. He came, he sprayed, he left. He didn't follow up, though - i.e., to offer ongoing service. Not sure I would have taken it, but at least he should have told me about it.

I contacted this firm three times over a one week period asking for call back to arrange an appointment (two phone, one email). After getting no call-back or response of any kind, I gave up and notified company to cancel my request for an appointment. Failure to return calls is unacceptable and I will never use them again. It is a shame because my experience last year was very favorable.

We had a possum in our garage that I assumed was coming in only at night and spending his days elsewhere. The representative from Critter Control took a look around the garage and found that the possum had built a nest behind our water heater and had moved in full-time! He quickly caught the animal and that was that. The Critter Control employee (I wish I remembered his name) made me feel comfortable and was very professional and courteous. For some reason I assumed an animal trapper would be an old, rough and weathered type of guy. But he was young, nice-looking and friendly. This probably shouldn't matter, but I'll admit that it does to me! He looked for points of entry and returned the next day to repair those. I will call them with any future problems I have with pests. I guess it was a quick job for $400, but I would definitely not want to have to do that work myself, I had no problem with the price.

She was great!!!!!!! I Looooooooooooove this company, they did a kick a** job and Ants Be Gone!!!!! Im not just saying this, its true she did awesome :)

Tari is excellent. She is punctual, professional and friendly. She is knowledgeable and performs her duties efficiently. I appreciate the emails and/or calls to set up appointments, and she keeps those appointments.

The service was great, Tari showed up on time and was very good at explaining what we needed in order to get rid of an ant problem we were having. Since the first visit, we have signed up for monthly service which has all but stopped the problem. The customer service is top notch, Tari has come out on short notice on a couple of ossacions to help with re-sprays and most recently to spray in the attic space while the roof was being replaced.

I called Critter Control for an appointment. The worker arrived promptly at the appropriate time, introduced herself, then proceeded to perform the pest control treatment while explaining potential issues in my house. She answered questions in an courteous manner and seemed to have a great deal of experience and expertise. I was very concerned about potential effects of the pesticides on my three cats but she assured me their health and well-being would not be adversely affected at all. At the end of this session, I decided to sign a one-year contract for monthly pest control treatments with Critter Control. I will have a better idea of outcomes in the spring, when insect problems are much more obvious in this area. But I have faith Critter Control is the right company for the job.

It went very well! The woman who came to do the pesticide was on time, professional, and completed the work in a timely manner. She was thorough in her work, and she communicated well with me.

The service person was very pleasant and dedicated and did a great job of spraying the outside for mosquitoes including advising me to remove the stagnant water around the bushes as I had just moved in and didn't notice it. She also did a good job inside. I decided to go with another service pn a routine basis that friends of mine have been using for 20 years and do an exceptional job of dusting the attic etc. I preferred to go with a personal recommendation AND this company's price was a bit lower than Critter Control. In addition, there were problems with the PDF I kept on receiving someone else's quote despite that the technician who was sending it was sending the correct quote for further services that belonged to me. Some glitch in the system but it didn't make me comfortable getting someone else's quote.

I looked on Angie's List and found Critter Control; they offered a coupon for $50 to come and treat my house. I paid the money on Angie's List and got a code #; I called Critter Control, gave them the code # and we set up a time for them to come the next day at 8 AM. I knew I had white footed ants from the first pest control company that came over who did not resolve my issue. The next day at 8 sharp, a technician arrived. She treated inside and outside. (That was Thursday). On Saturday we saw lots of ants outside and still some dead and alive inside. On Monday I called back and they refused to come back and retreat unless I paid for service. I felt that I did pay ($50) and they did not resolve my problem and should come back and retreat before I sign up with them for monthly/bimonthly service. I wouldn't pay, so they did not come back. I feel like I wasted $50. The lady in the office told me that it was for a one time treatment for the price. The "real" price was $65. I disagree and now need to call another pest control company. Unless I misread some fine print, I am very disappointed in their policy of not returning and retreat if their treatment did not work!!

Jason was thorough (to include pulling out our stove and fridge to inspect and spray behind them), patient, and explained areas of concern he saw in our house. He provided an estimate for future regular service, but was not pushy. He was very sensitive to our families needs (we have small children). I was very impressed!

I still have a lot of small ants in my house. I did not hear from this company again. We were polite to them, so there was no bad personal interaction. Very unsatisfactory experience.

The technician, Teri, looked everywhere, inside and out, and took time to explain in detail what had happened and what could happen based on various issues around the house. It was a very thorough examination and pest control service.

They came, sprayed, and told us about plans, and left.

The pest control representative was very good. Very thorough, and very knowledgeable. She had an injury and was not able to perform services I needed. She referred me to another representative of the company. It took him a week to even email me. By that time I did not need the service anymore. Thankfully, the problem disappeared on its own.

Made my appointment and waited most of the day for the guy to show up. I even had to call the company to make sure the guy was still coming. He came after 5:30 or 6. But he did come and no more mosquitoes for a month.

No one showed up to preform the service I paid for. please return my money.

Tari came out to my house and sprayed inside and out for ants. She gave some great recommendations for monthly service and an attic sweep, plus lots of small do-it-yourself tips that I could use. It's been a few weeks and I haven't seen any ants since.

Very well. Even walked the property with my husband and gave suggestions on how to minimize mosquito problems.
