What an easy and pleasant experience, they came on time very professional provide me with a detail explanation of the application, they did what he said he will do. an excellent job. The company never showed up to do the job, and we haven;t heard from them nor have they contacted us to return the money. Thet spoke to my husband once ans was suppose to contact him with an appointment time but as I am aware they nevetr did. We would like for them to contact us and refund my $49.00.

I was very pleased with my experience with Critter Control. The exterminator, Mareesa, was knowledgeable, professional, pleasant, and helpful in explaining any questions I had about the process. She did the job as I had expected and represented the company very well. I would contact Critter Control in the future, if other pest problems arise.

I cant tell you what a great company this is, they are clean and punctual. I would use them again in a heart beat.

We had an ant infestation at our house. They came by and clean all the cob webs, checked inside the house for the source of all ants, and thoroughly fixed the ant mess. The ants haven't returned in 6 months so far.

It went fine; okay, they did a good job. Everything was good.

The only downfall is that they charge the same if they do inside and out or just outside. The rep that comes out is really good. She calls ahead of time and is always on time. They are very flexible and do a great job of working around my schedule.

They were gracious enough to honor the coupon after the expiration date. We were a little disappointed in the service after they left because we still had the ants and we didn't have a call back to check on our satisfaction.

Hard to tell how effective this is. One time seemed like it helped, other time not so much... Hard to say, but I will probably have him spray again next summer.

Came out promptly as promised, quick and efficient. Bite free for 3 weeks after!

I was experiencing ant issue in my house. I found the Big Deal from Angies List and decided to call the Critter Control. Tari is very professional. I pointed out the places where I found the ants and she walked through whole house and placed bait. After first couple days, seems like the ants from the whole colony were attracted by the baits. I can see those ants lined up waiting to have a bite.....However, after a week, the ants disappeared. It was miracle. No ants found after....Thank you Tari. You are wonderful!!

Once I had made the appointment, the person was supposed to call me that morning to confirm a better time period. I never received a call, the guy just showed up eventually. Once the guy was here he performed the pest inspection and sprayed the house and fogged the trees. He was very polite. However, he was also supposed to give me a quote for possibly removing a bees nest from my neighbors back yard and also quote me on a termite insurance plan. He never followed up with either of those items. There are just too many companies out there that provide the service - I don't need to be constantly following up with someone to do business with them. Very irresponsible with follow thru.

They came and sprayed the yard for mosquitos. Hetold me that I would notice a differ ence within 2 days. I really did not notice any change in the number of the pests, so I will probably not have it done again.

Didn't miss a spot, brought up some areas of concern where ants were climbing the side of the house, and went over potential future service. She was friendly but not pushy and did a great job. The solution was not harmful to animals I could tell did the job because any insects I found were dead.

Poor response time, lack of knowledge on what the company was offering.

. Purchased a Big Deal from Angies list. Contacted the provider via the email address provided with the Big Deal on 9/4 and then again on 9/10. No response either time. Service was not performed. I ate the $50.

EVERYTHING WENT VERY WELL EXCEPT THAT MY DOG WAS CAUGHT IN THE TRAP AND I C OULDN'T GET A HOLD OF ANYONE BECAUSE IT WAS EARLY IN THE MORNING, TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO RELEASE THE TRAP TO GET HIM OUT! I ENDED UP GOING ONLINE TO FIND OUT HOW TO RELEASE THE TRAP AND MY DOG WAS FINE.

I don't know, I wasn't home. But it really didn't seem to control mosquito's noticeably.

We are still evaluating how well the treatment is working. Our property has a lot of mosquitos and we always get bitten after being outside for a short time. It seems to be getting better since the technician came out. But I haven't spent a ton of time outside, so I can't say for sure. I am very happy with the company, so far.

This company is great, they are prompt with the appointments and on time. We have had them back just last month for a treatment for ants.

I had them out to help out with a mosquito problem and they did a good job. The mosquitoes didn't dissappear completely because of a drain issue in my back yard. They came back out with no problem and made sure everything was taken care of. I was very satisfied with this company and would recommend them.

They are totally unreliable. The man was supposed to come every month, but he never showed up. Then all of a sudden he showed up and supposedly took care of white fly. He was supposed to show up every month thereafter, but I’ve never seen him since. My bushes are still eaten up with white fly. The first time when I used them, they didn’t do a good job then. I sent back feedback and evidently, he got the feedback and came back and redid it with me watching him. He assured me that he would take care of it and he did put out a lot of white smoke, but as far as I am concerned, it was just nothing. They were supposed to come and do my whole yard monthly for $65, but I never saw him again.

As any one who has taken advantage of the special offers on Angie's List will tell you,the purchaser has to take the iniative in scheduling your first service. Because the price is so low on these offers, the service companies are overwhelmed. Of course their aim is to get the purchaser to buy follow up treatments, whatever typem of service they are offering. This was my second time buying one of these specials and I waited a few months (thinking they would contact me). After I learned it was MY responsibility to schedule, the technician from Critter Control, Teri, could not have been more courteous and exact on scheduling a visit. I explained I was very concerned about my pets (cats) and their exposure to pest control treatments. She emphasized the company techs are very diligent about using chemicals that are non-toxic and they are cautious how they apply them. She was a pet owner too so I felt better. How do I know my pets were 100% safe? I don't, I just trusted her as she seemed sincere. I do think anyone using a pest control service should speak up and ask about pet safety and their treatments. This visit was our third from Critter Control. Thier price is reasonable and they explain everything when you ask. I recommend them. My tech actually watered my plants when she visited as I had been so busy they were a little droopy! Very good service, you won't go wrong using them!
