Critter Control

Victor came out to provide an estimate and then performed the work as well as return to check the effectiveness. He explained all that he was doing, and I was super impressed with both his knowledge and professionalism. The recommendation for this company came from a friend who had used them and they were great!

We moved to a house 2 months back and we were planning of doing a pest control for the whole house and saw this deal so we bought the $55 deal, it turned out to be great service. I will use this provider again in future.

They were very courteous and detailed on on the work performed.

It went very well--my service is still ongoing with Critter Control. They're going to to do a spot treatment for termites.

For the rat removal: the process was easy and joe was very helpful. So far, haven't seen any evidence of the return of the visitors, but will know for sure once we've moved in. Whitefly treatment: not such a good experience. The technician was not easy to reach. he applied the treatment and then heavy rains followed for several days. Called him and he said he would come out and retreat. however, have yet to hear back from him about when. As he has to be called in to the community, the retreatment has definately not been done and we still have whiteflys. If I was rating just for the critter issue, the rating would be an A, if I were rating just for the whitefly treatment, the rating would be a C.

I'm not one to usually write reviews and If I do write a review it takes me weeks even months to do so. However after having Robert from Critter Control come to my house I felt I needed to write a review immediately. Robert is truly amazing at what he does. Not only was he able to identify the bug in my house immediately (which 2 other companies were unable to do) he offered to take care of the problem on the spot. On top of that he was able to tell me why i was having such an ant problem in my backyard, a problem that Truly Nolen was unable to take care of for the year I was using them. I cannot say enough positive things about Robert. He is extremely knowledgable, he is personable and he is efficient. Thanks to Robert and his amazing customer service and knowledge when it comes to bugs I will now be signing a contract with Critter Control. If you want a company that has good prices, amazing staff and will get the job done use Critter Control you will not be disappointed!! Thanks for all your help Robert!!

Shawn did a great job in excluding roof rats from entering my house, particularly after one came in thru the plumbing stack and ended up swimming in the commode! He covered all entry points and I have had no problems since. He was punctual, professional and thorough. No complaints about the service or the cost which I found to be fair. Prior experience with another company for the same problem many years ago was more costly and the results less than satisfactory. Thanks, Shawn. I also have bi-monthly exterminating service and have had termite spot treatment with different technicians, so that a separate review is appropriate for that service.

The service was done within 30 minutes. The service woman gave advice on how to maintain insect free environment in the house and will send annual package for consideration.

Overall I was very satisfied with the experience.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. The service was fine. They were good. They showed up on time and did what they were supposed to do.

The only problem I had was setting up a time that was mutually convenient for the visit. She only was in my neighborhood one Saturday per month.

Punctual contact, quick scheduling and very punctual on date of service. Two people came and one treated the outside while the owner came inside to treat. Best part...no odor at all. Didn't have to move or cover anything and the pets were safe. Looking forward to a bug free house!

The first few visits they treated both interior and exterior of home. After our ant problem went away we no longer had a need for interior treatment, so the last few visits they've been treating only the exterior and we are still bug-free.

Overall, it did not solve my white fly problem, which is why I initially requested the service. The people at the company, including the technician that sprayed my hedge were cordial and not a problem. I just still have a white fly problem.

The agent was very personable and thorough with her work. She did promise to send me info on service in the future but did not send anything, maybe I did not show enough interest. I do not want to make an expensive pest plan, but I would be willing to review one.

Still in the process to work out lawn issues!! Taken close to two months.

Service helped keep the bugs away for few days, but came back as usual. Also noticed that hundreds of moths created and were all over the place. Will not do it again. But must say the service was Carried by a guy who was professional. No complain there.

I had a bad experience and felt this was a ridiculous overcharge as it was completed in less then an hour!

We were told this service would last approx. one month, depending on weather. We were having an outdoor party in a few days and wanted to be free of mosquitoes. There were virtually NO bugs the first day. However, by the day of the party the mosquitoes had returned. Guests had to spray themselves with bug repellant. I had planned to initiate a monthly service but was discouraged by the lack of effectiveness of the product despite the lack of any precipitation. I would definitely use this service again in the future but would schedule for the same day of event.

They were okay. I would use them again.

They fixed the holes that allowed the rats to get in and also took care of the rats that were already in. This was down in Victoria Park Fort Lauderdale.
