They did an excellent job and and were very thorough. They were very pleasant to deal with and the agent that showed up was very pleasant. I was happy to deal with them.

After they did a spray they tried to sell me an annual spray, they tried to sign me up for a contract. The technician that came out and did a nice job and was very polite. I thought the Deal was a little misleading.

It was great. No problems or issues and the ants were gone in no time.

I have been battling a massive bighead ant infestation since moving into a new home two months ago. Nothing I tried myself even slowed them down, so I finally decided to call a professional and I'm very glad I did. I called Tuesday, had an appointment for Wednesday morning for an inspection, and had the initial treatment on Thursday. Tari was prompt, courteous, very professional and extremely knowledgeable. It has only been one day, but the numbers of ants coming in my house have decreased dramatically, and I'm confident that within a few weeks they will be almost entirely gone. Tari also identified a couple of other possible animal issues, and if it turns out that they are there, will also deal with those. Critter Control offers a deal, but I didn't request it because I knew this was likely to be a bigger problem than would be covered by the deal. I have been very happy with their service, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs help with pests.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went okay. They were very pleasant to deal with. They were hard to get in touch with. The ants are back so I'm going to have to spend more and call them back.

It went out okay. She came and did a fine job. I have seen one cockroach in my kitchen and I was just worried and she came out she checked right around the house. She set some traps in the doors and stuff and find anything any eggs or anything along the line. She did discover some ants out in the trees and told us what we should do to get rid of those. The quality was fine. She did a great job. I haven't seen anything, but my wife does. We would use them again in the future.

Marisa, the exterminator, came out to my home, identified the species of ants in and around my home and she treated the interior and exterior. Marisa was thorough, friendly and very knowledgeable. I will definitely use the services of Critter Control in the future.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was great. They came out a couple of weeks after I purchased the deal.

I didn't like Critter Control. I didn't think the treatment worked that good. They walked around and they sprayed for mosquitoes and the mosquitoes go away for a day or two and then they come back. It's a good solution if you want to have a mosquito free yard for like one day, but other than that...It lasted like one day. They were supposed to come and get rid of the mosquitoes, and it doesn't do that.

The service manager and technician did an outstanding job of removal of rodents with a lot of advice and even recommended lower cost options. The techinician obviously knew her trade and provided service beyond the expected service and identified problems even the property inspector did not find. She made several helpful recommendations and warned us of health hazards, even supplying masks for us going out of her way to procure before arrival. She helped with other work that was needed without compaint, cost or fuss. She saved us lots of money in the long run. They worked with us given we were treating the property of my deceased mother out of town and were very cooperative with scheduled appointments given our traveling needs. I was very impressed with quality, price, professionalism and friendliness of the service manager and technician, Ms Dachton.

In the process of selling our home, the buyer a building inspector to look for problems. The only major thing found was a hole torn into the wood siding around the fireplace chimney. He thought that a raccoon may have made a home there. I immediately called Critter Control for inspection and estimate. Joe Tame was the technician doing the assessment and he eased my mind saying he didn't believe that a raccoon or any other critter was in there. It took two days and another assessment to confirm the critter probably never got past the flashing. Critter Control and Joe deserve the "A's" given for a job well done.

I purchased a Big Deal cupon on 6/6 treatment was not provided until 7/1 after two calls to company.Treatment was indicated to be just "preventative and follow up was recommended including a dusting of our entire attic.Focus seemed to be on the need for additional treatments and cost with a somewhat alarmist approach. Will not use again.

The service was great, but when I called a year later for the same service, it took about a month to get a price quote from them, which turned out to be more than I could afford to have them come back and spray again. Luckily my HOA was able to get someone out to spray at no additional cost to me. Critter control was great for the the first time I used them, not the second time.

The service was excellent. They came out and were able to explain everything to me in great detail. I was extremely happy with them.

I liked that she was a woman and we got along really well. I have 2 big dogs and that she was animal friendly. She knows about the safety of the animals. She was on time and very professional.

I purchased a big deal for Critter Control. It was fine. They did what they were supposed to. It was whatever the price said it was going to be. They didn't try to up-sell me or anything like that. Whatever the deal was, that's what we paid. They were good. I wouldn't recommend the mosquito treatment though because in Florida it just comes right back. If someone needed a pest control company, they were on time and professional. There was nothing wrong with the provider. They were professional but what they did didn't really work. It only lasted for one or two days. They were quite responsive. They came when they said they would. I wouldn't use them for that service. I don't have any problem using them again for a different pest control.

Went great! The gal was fabulous - professional - thorough - knowledgable - helpful. Way more professional than other firms we have used in the past, who just come in and spray and leave. She gave me tips on how to avoid any future problems, reviewed everything with me, showed me potential points of egress for the little buggers. Will definitely sign up now for annual service.
