Description of Work: I bought an Angie's deal for this service in order to try them out. They were very professional, and did a very good job, especially in finding an ant colony that had been evading our detection. The young lady that was here was very knowledgable and most respectful. Would definitely use this company again when the need arises.

Description of Work: Purchased a special deal. They sprayed for mosquitoes. The service man promised to email me with a detailed analysis of what he did and what I could do to help prevent return of my problem. The only time I heard from him was when they wanted to know if they could come out again (at full price) a month later. I still had mosquitoes, but I have two neighbors who are negligent homeowners and have cesspools instead of swimming pools, so I don't blame the service provider.

Description of Work: services were attempted but weather did not permit, tech came back, sat in driveway for over an hour with inclemental weather, did not perform, claimed he had done the service and left- have called "critter control," trying to get this resolved, no resolution, nice folks answering the phone, this service tech who appeared left EVERYTHING to be desired

Description of Work: The company's service is good - responsive and punctual. Mosquito treatment was applied when we were not home. It was done the weekend before July 4th, so about 4 days before the 4th. We cooked out and although saw fewer mosquitos, our guests were still getting bitten too much to eat outside. Not sure how well the treatment worked.
