I spent several weeks comparing my options that ranged from local businesses to the big guys (ADT) and everything in between. I selected Alarm Grid due to the amazing pre-sales experience and transparency I was afforded during the process. Sterling Donnelly (AlarmGrid's CEO) was informative, patient and a pleasure to work with. My order shipped promptly and accurately and Sterling made himself available to support me throughout the installation process. What has been even more amazing is the post-sales followup in what is typically a transactional sales engagement. Alarm Grid's concern for the customer and the quality of service is bar-none and is a rare find in this day and age of automation and impersonal customer experience.
Description of Work: I purchased a DIY home security system from AlarmGrid and also subscribe to their monthly home monitoring service.
