They were very fair, prompt, had good prices, cleaned up after themselves and they met my needs perfectly.

We had been having trouble with A/C and had a new thermostat put in by our contractor but problem continued. Found Jim on Angie's list and called over weekend. He set up appt. for Monday a.m. On Monday he called to confirm and appeared as scheduled. Went on roof and identified that our A/C unit waas freezing up and acting erratically because it needed recharging. He gave us quote, with 10% senior discount, added needed gas, recharged unit and determined everything was working. Have no way of confirming whether price (which included cost of gas) was reasonable but he was pleasant, punctual, and very knowledgeable regarding A/C units at our complex so we accepted him at his word. Would use him again and would recommend him

The technician came as scheduled and advised a part needed to be replaced. He had to order the part and once that came, he called to replace the same. He came and did a good job and I was very with the job. I will continue to use their services in future.

All work was done as promised. Gave excellent service. Would recommend them highly.

Our AC stopped blowing cold air at 5 p.m. tonight. Found this company from Angie's list. Called, spoke to Jim, who ended up getting to my house within an hour. The AC started blowing cold air before he got here, but Jim still did an inspection & noticed what 'could be the problem' and replaced a part as he said the contact part re replaced goes bad about 5 years or so. So I am trusting him that it could use it and do feel he was very professional and not just trying to make a buck. He looked at all the parts and made a few recommendations. I would call them again.

My husband and I had been having problems with our 13 year old A/C unit. We decided to join Angie's List and came across Jim's company. We were surprised when he answered the phone and came out the same day. We told him that we just wanted to get through the summer before we replaced the unit. We felt he was very professional and honest. Jim suggested that we not sink any money into the unit because of it's aget. When checking out the unit he suggested that we remove a pair of bikes that we had stored near unit. He said it was possible that the air flow around the unit was being hindered by the bikes. We are keeping our fingers crossed tha the unit will last through the summer and when the time comes to replace the unit Jim's company will be out first choice. Honesty and integrity does still exist! PS He's also a Dolphin fan.

My A/C unit broke down on a hot Florida evening. I checked Angie's List for an A/C contractor in my area and found Jim. He had good reviews and was located close by. I called the number listed on Angie's List and, despite the late hour (it was about 6pm), to my surprise Jim himself answered (no answering machine, receptionist etc). I explained that my A/C unit wasn't working. Jim asked where I lived and told me he could be there in two hours. About two hours later Jim pulled up, and about a half hour later the problem was fixed. He replaced a part that had gone bad. I don't remember exactly which part, nor do I care. All I care about is that I am writing this in a cool condominium. I believe Jim's price was very fair, especially since he came out after normal business hours. It was also re-assuring to have Jim himself performing the work, as he is licensed in HVAC service (not just a technician with minimal training). I highly recommend Jim and his company if you need A/C repair.

Jim came out same day & kept us updated as to what time he would arrive. Found the problem right away (bad contractor relay)& replaced it. Also, cleaned out both units for us for more efficient usage & we asked him to go ahead & do the usual annual maintenance service on both units which we will continue to have company do in the future. Pricing was reasonable, and Jim was very professional & personable. Definitely recommend company. We will use them again.

THE SERVICE IS WONDERFUL! MY AIR-CONDITIONER COOLS THE HOUSE SO MUCH, I OFTEN HAVE TO ADJUST THE TEMPERATURE. THE PRICE IS FAIRLY CHEAP COMPARED TO OTHER COMPANIES I HAVE USED IN THE PAST.

THE WORKER WAS ON TIME, CLEAN AND FRIENDLY. WHEN THE AIR WAS TURNED ON, WE DID NOT GET A LOT OF DUST AND DEBRIS BLOWN OUT. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY.

AIR CONDITIONING & APPLIANCE DID A WONDERFUL JOB WITH MY WHOLE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND EASY TO WORK WITH AND THEY GOT MY AIR CONDITIONER WORKING GREAT.
