Description of Work: This service call was to figure out why the clothes washer wasn't spinning correctly. Jim took it apart and decided that it irreparable--the transmission was shot. I was disappointed but that's how it goes! Btw, since then I have been able to get it going about two-thirds of the time--I manually spin the drum myself--anything to not have to get a new washer!!

Description of Work: Difficult to make communication with "Jim" Tried initially via message on Angie's List. Was eventually provided a cell number to call which I did. When he called back, he seemed disinterested to repair my dishwasher. Said he would "definitely" get back to me later in the week. He never did. It's been 3 weeks. I have chosen another service who cheerfully repaired. Thank you. Please refund the $69.00.

Description of Work: Repaired dishwasher, the repairman was excellent, explained everything, it was not a big job, but it had lots of loose connections due to slamming of door by previous owner and wear (older model) I was happy to that I did not have to purchase a new dishwasher and can get some use out of it until I'm ready to replace.
