It went great! They came in and were fast and efficient. They even offered to clean the whole AC system for me.

This was a package deal. I was happy with the service and I would use this company again.

A minor leak from our air conditioner became a major flood that meant we could not use the air conditioner. We asked them to come out on Tuesday on 9/15 and they forgot the service call. They are trying to make it up, but the only result I have seen from the service is a broken air conditioner and broken promises. I would recommend passing on their service.

Process to set appointment was fast and easy. Technician came to my condo, checked A/C unit which was only 3 years old and determined my problem was the old thermostat. He replaced it and my A/C works perfectly!

They were punctual, courteous, and quick. They cleaned the ducts, the coils, and blower wheel. We will know tomorrow if the idea of cleaning the ducts will help alleviate the smells. But as for Absolute, we will be calling them again in a few works to do the same thing to another property we have.

Extremely Professional Service...On time....Responsive!!! Before they got to the house they called me in advance to let me know they were coming. they were on time. They cleaned the work space when they were done. I mean AAAAAAAAA++++++ there is not much to talk about. they are excellent.

I'm headed out of town in a few days as while packing I heard a dripping noise....drip, drip, drip....not really what I needed at the moment. I looked at my A/C and saw a tiny drop hit the floor so I put a bowl under to see how bad it really was... it was FULL by morning and I was beside myself. I called Boyden AC and the person on the Phone ( Casandra- I think) was very helpful and said it sounded like a clogged drain line. She would have someone there the next morning by 9am (as I had to go to work). William showed up on time and got right to the problem. He fixed it and now I can go on my vacation without the fear of retuning to a flooded home. Thank you William and Boyden AC.

Our appointment this morning went great! We asked for a very last minute time specific service and they were able to help with less than 24 hours notice. Having never had central air conditioning, the provider was very helpful in not only doing a thorough job cleaning but educating us on the system. They were able to provide helpful feedback and suggest some work that could make our future in the space easier. They were there promptly at 8 am and we are SO glad we went with them, a little pricey but highly recommended.

It was fine. They did a good job. We had a little extra done, I think. They had a little problem. They broke a little urn that my wife had here and to satisfy my wife they went ahead and cleaned the air duct in our dryer. They did that because it's one of those things that you can't replace. You can't find it. They did it a few days after we called. Everything was fine.

Fantastic job. A/C technicians arrived on time. They conducted a thorough inspection and cleaned the A/C coils. Very professional and cleaned everything up after they were done. Would definitely use them again.

They arrived late for the appointment without calling. I called the office to hear they were running late due to an emergency. All went well after they showed up. They explained the process before starting the work. They removed all the air duct vents and cleaned them, cleaned the air ducts and sanitized. When they are were done they replaced the air duct vents and vacuumed any dust from the floors. Overall, I am happy with the service.

They were not very professional service wise but the people were very nice. They lacked good equipment for a proper air duct cleaning. It was an old vacuum cleaner and they worked for about 10 minutes.

I was supposed to get all of the things on the list below. He did not even test the differential in the temperature between supply and return. He told me that he air coming out of the compressor was air from inside the house and it should not be above 90 degrees. (it was 95 degrees outside) I am not sure he fully understands how an A/C actually works. Not what I expected. The technician was more interested to sell the cleaning of the coils without even paying attention to the units (2) which I had cleaned from mold and dust a couple weeks before. Then I asked to check the difference of the temperature among the rooms and the only thing he told me was that I had to change the places where the thermostats were installed. Then I asked to check the condenser which seemed not to be working. He tried to explained to me that I had to change the humidity level of my thermostat ( a certain % in the morning and another one in the evening) to make the compressor work. Seriously?? Let me say though, that the guy was courteous but the problem was to understand what he was saying. In the end , he tried to sell that device that has a blue light and it is supposed to be installed in the AC unit to kill mold and bacteria. A month later I got a call from their customer service asking me how was the service. I said that it was not I expected and explained why. For my surprise, instead of offering me some sort of solution or even a new visit with a different technician, she just say that she " was sorry"......Having a Customer service to just call the client to ask and when the response was not what they expected they say " sorry"??? What kind of customer service is that?? I do not want my money back, I just wanted a better service even if I had to pay more for it....

They weren't good. I wouldn't use them again. When they came in, they did the job very quickly. It wasn't like the guy that I have used before which is now no longer in business. They weren't very good. They just came in and they blew out the vent that I have for my dryer and that was it. Usually, they blow it out. They go up on the roof and he didn't do any of that. I would not use them. One guy came out. He was on time getting there. They were fair in price but you pay for what you got.
