AS ALWAYS BOYDEN CAME THROUGH FOR ME. I USE THEM FOR ALL MY A/C PROBLEMS. THIS TIME NEEDED MY COILS CLEANED AND A LITTLE TUNE UP. THE A/C WASN'T RUNNING COOL ENOUGH. TECHNICIAN WAS THERE ON TIME. HE GOT THE JOB DONE. AND AS ALWAYS A GOOD ATTITUDE FROM MY SERVICE MAN. RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OVER AND OVER AGAIN.

Was very impressed by Absolute Environmental from start to finish. I called a few duct cleaning companies on the list to discuss pricing and procedure. Out of the 5 I called, Absolute was the only company who could explain the procedure and answer all of my questions honestly and thoroughly. I use to own an ac company years ago, so I am very familiar with the NADCA approved process of air duct cleaning, and once Absolute came out to my home to do the cleaning, I was even more impressed with the explanation I received from the technician as well as the professionalism from everyone at Absolute. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a good AC and duct cleaning company.

They did exactly what the services described and I asked them to call to confirm appointment by phone the day before and they did so. Very satisfied with my experience.

I have used Absolute in the past, and every time I use their services I am more and more impressed with the professionalism and experience with what they do. They not only surpass my expectations everytime, but they are always up to date in the industry and have new tips and recommendations to keep my home allergy and dust free, which is my main concern. My 3 children have been allergy sufferers since babies and ever since I changed out all my carpets (which was the advise of Absolute) and kept up on my yearly duct cleanings there is a huge difference. It went great! Second time I have used A.E. before and was expecting the same performance as the last time ( they cleaned and sanitized the heat/AC ducts and cleaned the dryer vent) and I"m glad I did. Yes, they were not the least expensive but I have discovered that the cheapest is usually the "cheapest" because the quality fits the price (esp. in FLA). Great job, will see them again next year. Everything went well. Scheduling and coordination was a breeze. The team of two arrived early and was ready to go. They walked through the house with me to review all areas and ensure that they had access to complete everything. Working together they covered the entire house in fairly short order. Kept everything clean and tidy as they moved from room to room. The initial Angie's Deal service was just for the vents but they offered to inspect everything and showed me where additional work was recommended in my A/C unit (which is quite inconveniently in the attic). Walked through some choices and took care of some additional services at a reasonable fee. The crew was polite and friendly throughout the process - nice guys that respected the house (and the pets). :) My wife and I found the air in the house much cleaner and fresher after the procedure. The cleaning was LONG overdue and these guys did a good job. I recommend their services.

Scheduling was very flexible and team arrived on time. Team explained in detail what they were going to do. All fine up to there. This is the first time we do an air duct cleaning so I was interested in seeing the before and after of the cleaning. I asked one of the guys if he could take a photo with his phone before the cleaning and after to see the outcome. He laughed and said that was an odd request. Really?! I cannot be the only person to ever want to see proof of the cleaning. He then told me to ask his partner but that he didn't think it was possible. The other guy told me the same thing, that it wasn't possible to take the photo and even if he did, I wouldn't be able to tell the difference. I found all of this very shady, as if they were hiding something. At the end of the day, I really don't know if they did a good job because I couldn't see proof of it which is why I gave them a D in quality.

After purchasing the deal through Angie's List, I was contacted promptly by a very courteous associate to schedule the cleaning. The day of the cleaning the crew...who were also nice...were prompt and punctual, arriving at the scheduled time. The service was done well and everything was put back the way it was. Highly recommend and will use them again.

They were very good. They were very helpful. My air conditioning's not working properly right now but I don't think it's them. I think it was the previous people. I guess they didn't know that or they didn't tell me. I don't think it was their fault because I have an issue before. I don't know if they could see that while they were there or not. That's they only question. That's the only concern I have. Otherwise, they were very polite and organized in their time. There was somebody cheaper but I was happy with them. They came back twice. It seemed to be fair. Their responsiveness was good. They were on time.

Maybe I expected more than what I thought they actually did. The company itself was extremely professional and accommodated having to reschedule twice and dealt with the hassle of a condominium but the actual service was disappointing. I had recently had my central air unit replaced and wanted to clean the vents as well to start clean. I had expected something more thorough than what I received. Three employees arrived promptly and essentially unscrewed the vent covers and vacuumed into their sealed vacuum then sprayed some sanitizing spray. It took all of 20 minutes. I was disappointed because for $223 I could've done the same thing with my HEPA vacuum for free. Perhaps, I should've been more specific in what my expectations were. Otherwise, the company itself was very professional.

The two workers-Filipe and Murphy--were excellent. They arrived on schedule and were competent, professional, and efficient. In short they were a great team. They were also thoughtful and excellent in explaining what they were doing and what we might consider for the future. On top of that they we very neat.

I sought out the services of Absolute Environmental because I wanted the air vent cleaning done, but I have asthma and was very worried about the use of harsh chemicals that might trigger an attack. They were prompt, friendly, and took the time to explain exactly what they were doing as part of the cleaning process, and what their cleaning agents consist of. They were efficient and cleaned up after their service. Through them, I also ordered special filters for my main A/C intake vent that are superior to the 3-M "high end" filters I had been buying. I will gladly use Absolute Environmental again.

After doing the cleaning the technician said my coil and blower motor was dirty and after taking pictures and showing them to me I told them to go ahead and do the cleaning. They cleaned the coil and blower motor and after they put the parts back in I have not had A/C. I have tried getting the company to come back out and fix my A/C or give my money back but they keep putting me off. They need to be more responsive, even after I first purchased the deal I had problems getting in touch with them.

The worker arrived on time and did a great job. He was very courteous and thorough. Each vent was removed and cleaned and the ductwork was vacuumed. I was completely satisfied with the work done.

I bought a deal on Angie's List for air duct cleaning and sanitizing and when I paid for it, it said I would hear from them in 1-2 business days to schedule the appointment. 4 business days later and I hadn't heard anything. I was really mad and close to cancelling. I logged into Angie's List to be sure I didn't have any communication from them, to find that they had sent me a message the day after I purchased asking me to call to schedule an appointment. It made me feel better, but I was still a little annoyed that I was told I would get a call but instead I got a message asking me to call them. Don't know why I had to call them since I paid already. Anyway, when I did call the woman I spoke to was friendly and professional. I scheduled the appointment for a week later. The morning they were supposed to come, I had just gotten out of the shower when already my doorbell was ringing, half an hour before they were supposed to be there. No call or anything to ask if it was okay to come that early. I had to quickly throw on some clothes to let them in. The guys that came were very nice. I said wow, a half hour early and he said yeah just trying to get a head start on the day. I can understand that, but I would have appreciated a call beforehand. Beyond that, they were quick and cleaned up after themselves. They suggested I have the AC unit cleaned as well as the fan inside was pretty dirty, but he also said due to the age of the unit we probably didn't want to put much money into it. This was consistent with what we've heard from other companies that have come out. The finished the job within an hour and went on their way. Altogether I am happy with the service and would use them again.

This is my first and maybe the last purchase on Angie;s list if all the companies are just soliciting their services, it is a real turn off, I just bought a house and a friend suggested the list as a way of getting things done at a reasonable price.

The a/c unit stopped working. Boyden came out and said it would cost $2,200 to repair - because we needed a new condenser fan/motor but the unit was so old they would need to order a custom one to be manufactured. They advised it would take 47 days to receive. OR ... we could purchase a new unit for $3,600. I had another a/c service company come out. They said no problem - we will pick up the fan/motor in the morning and repair. They did exactly that - it cost me only $275.00, and it has worked fine since.
