I accepted the proposal after the inspection. Was quoted a time frame of two to four weeks to have completed and was advised on day 3 after the quote was provided they had a cancellation in my area and came out and installed quickly and efficiently. "I know this is posted on April Fools day but unfortunately this situation is no joke. To those who also had a horrific experience I apologize for not posting this sooner. I really tried to give 3MG Roofing the benefit of doubt. NEVER in my lifetime have I ever dealt with such an unethical company. I chose to hold off on this review about 3MG roofing because I tried to give them ample time to resolve the myriad of issues they had created. Project Line: 2/1/23 - Contract date 3/13/23 - Communicated Project start date Communicated timeframe: up to 10 days. 4/11/23 - Actual start date - They ripped off my roof did not start installing until later date 5/12/23 - The local news got involved requesting them to finish the job 6/28/23 - Claimed completion date with exception of outstanding issues still being resolved. 7/15/23 - yet another leak Project timeframe: I am still having issues so should we say 2 years? Presently - Larger issues - Still having flooding around my house, have bugs and heat coming in the attic/house where I used to have Solar tube domes. Here is a few examples of issues I had (not full list): *4/17/23 - Raining in my house - I woke up to it raining in my bedroom along with water stains throughout my house and in my garage *4/24/23 - Bungie corded my gutters to my bathroom exhaust pipe which did not hold up and flooded my screened in patio (damaging my furniture) *Flooded my front entry way *Stained my driveway *Killed my grass (left metal panels on my lawn for a couple of weeks) *left all my vents in the attic disconnected this was after they claimed the job was done. *Ripped out my Solar tubes that were in contract to remain and did not replace with equivalent. 7/24/24 - Gutters no longer holding up yes still issues year later *CHARGED an additional 7,125.00 for work they did not do Also when I signed the contract I told Sergio I am going on vacation in April will that be an issue, I informed him I wanted to be around for the project. When the date got closer to April I asked when the project would start he could not tell me therefore I cancelled my family vacation which a portion could not be refunded. I went with them was because they stated they specialized in metal roofing. I was willing to pay more because I wanted to ensure the job was done right. My neighbors down the street decided to go with them not knowing I was having issues with them then later told me what a bad experience they had. I have NEVER EVER worked with such an unprofessional company in my life. Sergio told me to trust him he will be on site watching the crew the whole time. He was hardly ever there, it was me and a crew that did not speak English. Through out the 3.5 months of getting my roof installed I talked to many people in this company (Alex, Ozzie, Connor, Kyle) so this LACK of doing the right thing is clearly a company culture and not an individual. Also if any of you reading this know of a great lawyers please send them my way. I have been informed this company is taking legal action on many of their customers. They are bully's."
