From start to finish they were top notch. A quote was provided immediately after measurements were taken and everything was thoroughly explained from the process to the warranty. I accepted the proposal after the inspection. Was quoted a time frame of two to four weeks to have completed and was advised on day 3 after the quote was provided they had a cancellation in my area and came out and installed quickly and efficiently. If you are looking for gutters to be replaced this company is who you need. Thank you again!

Empire Gutters is amazing. Their pricing is fair, they keep you informed, and the quality of the work is impeccable. You can tell that they care about professionalism, craftsmanship, and being honest. The owner of the company himself came out and dug a 20 foot trench in my backyard in the middle of God-awful August heat and humidity when a couple of his regular employees got sick and called out the day they were supposed to do the job. Now that's commitment to service. They are also super friendly too, I highly recommend them. Go with Empire Gutters, you won't regret it.

Had to modify one area to have gutter installed in the back. They were great on telling me how to prep the area for the gutter. When they came to install, everything came out great and went up with ease.

The proposal was clear, the work was scheduled to accommodate my schedule, the product was professionally installed, and the crew cleaned up when they finished. They also reviewed the work with me before leaving to make sure everything was done as proposed. I would definitely hire them again.

We seem to have difficulty even getting contractors to come out to give us an estimate, but the people from Empire Gutters had no problem. We found them to be very professional, yet personable and accommodating. They did a superb job and picked up any extra parts/debris. We were also very pleased with the quality of the materials used. Would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to have them do additional work for us in the future.

I paid Empire Gutters $355 to repair a leaking super gutter which was my primary purpose for hiring them. That was their minimum for me. When it continued to leak one week later, I called them, The owner returned the call promising to come out and look at it. That's the last I heard from them. They say a picture is worth 1,000 words. Here are two of how they attempted the repair. Notice on both sides they never went up the seam? Additionally, Empire was the first to be on the roof since I had it inspected 10 months ago. There is a newly broken roof tile where their company worked on the super gutter. However I can't prove it was them because I didn't go up on the roof to check their work. It's been taken care of by another company now. I'm going to need some new guttering. But I will never use them again. I highly recommend you find a better company.

Went great. They went over the details before hand and made sure everything I wanted was addressed. They came out at scheduled time and finished in good time. Communication was always great. They were recommended to me by my roofer and glad they were. I had other estimates and they were reasonably priced in middle and with good craftsmanship. Damian is great to work with.

Damian and his team were very responsive to my request for an estimate. I also obtained two other estimates and his was very competitive. I told them I was going to have my roof repaired and they recommended I hold off on gutters until after the roof was on. That showed me they had integrity. Once the gutters were installed, they looked incredible. Since then, I've recommended Empire Gutters to three other neighbors. Each of those neighbors have told me they're very happy with Damian's work. Subsequent to Hurricane Irma, I can report that none of my gutters are bent or damaged in any way. That especially impressive since the hurricane damaged several of the other homes' gutters in my neighborhood. My wife and I couldn't be happier. We would HIGHLY recommend Empire Gutters again.

The process from start to finish was very easy and everyone was very professional and friendly. We had numerous conversations in regards to what we wanted and Caroline was very patient and if she didnt have an answer she would always get back to us in a timely manner! Enjoyed working with them!!

Design and layout of the gutters and downspouts are great, they take into consideration the layout of the house as well as the contour of the ground for optimal draining. Gutter material is high quality. Workmanship is great, the installers pay attention to details. They clean up everything. I highly recommend them. Price is very competitive.
