Yes.... The man who did the work, Justin, was terrific! He correctly diagnosed the problem and had the air conditioner running in a little over an hour. We needed a new part which had burned out, and he had brought it with him. The price was very fair. I am very glad I used this service and would not hesitate to call them in the future.

Our A/C was flooding our garage. We tried everything to correct the problem before calling Weathershield. Their customer service is exceptional; from their office staff to their repair personel. They arrive on time, call when they are on their way and work very quickly.We were very pleased and will continue to use them for our A/C.

I told the lady on the phone I need the ducts to be cleaned, but the dryer was my priority, when they came one of them was a lady who could not carry the dryer ! Very unprofessional ! I stopped the job right there and they confessed me the lady was an office worker who come because one of the male technicians was sick. I do not want to do anything with them! I told them this as well. I think it would be easier and more professional to let me know that had an emergency with one of the workers and to reschedule the job.

Placed a service call to repair an A/C unit 20 Yrs. old. Justin came out, determined the problem in minutes after testing several components. It turned out to be the outside fan motor which had lost the oil which made the unit overheat and trip the power to it. he had a replacement motor on his truck we had cold A/C. $425 two hours from start to finish, very professional and no hesitation to recommend them.

Weathershield is my air conditioning company from now on. They were fair in price and worked quickly to handle my air conditioning problem. Another company said we needed a new air conditioning system, but Weathershield just did a change of thermostat, and and a new condenser motor and it works beautifully at 15% of the cost of the other companys' estimate.

Buy your own flexible dryer extension tubing and clamps. Apparently, these need to be replaced with each cleaning. WeatherShield Air Conditioning carries the products in their trucks, so its very handy but it's costly for the consumer. I remember the clamp being $10.00. Other than that, their service was spot-on, and they tidied up after themselves well.
