Scheduling was easy and technicians arrive on time. However we realized they were not very experienced as they took 4 1/2 hours to clean the evaporator coil. They apparently affected something in the system that took them the extra time to correct. They obviously didn't say what wrong turn they made to end up taking all the extra time to correct. I would recommend this company to make a better job training their techs.

He verbally tried to charge me $750 for work which was not needed and he was not hired to do. I did not have him do it. It was a scam. I would not recommend this company.

They did a good job on the vent cleaning, but they dented the top of the dryer in the process by climbing over. They pointed out that screws were missing on the dryer top (true) but I feel this could have been avoided.
