All the employees were very punctual and professional. The owner was very involved at all times and would call me to update me on what the workers had found. I was impressed at how quickly they responded and appreciate their efforts to get my grandmothers AC replaced on Christmas Eve.

I came home from vacation to find my 15year old air conditioner was dead. Called East Coast just before 7am the next morning and by 9 Scott was here. After discussing options, I decided to replace and upgrade the whole system. He was able to get the old unit up and running that morning, while I waited for the new system to be installed. He sent a technician over at the end of the day to make sure It would make it through the night. The installation of the new unit went well from my perspective. The new unit was much larger than the old unit and the weather was not cooperative that day, but Joni, persevered and got the job done in a calm professional manner. His work was meticulous and he cleaned up after himself. At the end of his long (probably frustrating) day, he took the time to orient me to my new unit and thermostat. Scott was super, responding to my numerous questions and text messages throughout this process. After 35 years in Broward I have finally found an air conditioning service company that I can recommend.

They didn't abay by the advertisement and wanted to charge me more.

My AC was freezing very often and the coil needed a deep clean. East Cast AC has always shown up on time, even after hours, and they are quick and very effective. My AC has been running great since.

I had used them last year and had a good experience with them so I had them come back out again this year. They came and left really quickly and didn't even address or resolve my issue and reason for having them come out. They never responded to my call afterward either.

They were OK. They knew what they were doing. It's OK. I'd use them again.

I called the detectives on him. He drop shipped the equipment to me and his installers stole things out of my garage as well as some of the equipment. He made good on it, but I had to wait and it cost me thousands of dollars. I filled out police reports and the whole nine yards. They are shady to the nth degree. It still hasn't been resolved. He actually sent me the wrong equipment. It was equipment I didn't order. They didn't pull the permit. He spent more time on the phone trying to play games with me. They actually tried to cash one of my checks a couple of times after I put a stop payment on it. It was a nightmare. They are horrible. He has a website. He is basically a scam artist. I wanted Bryant equipment. I made a couple of calls. I'm on the west coast of Florida. He said we do business all over the state. So what you do is you pick out a Bryant air conditioner which I did. You pick it out you say what you want you click it. It loads it on to the cart. It asks you if you want a coil you click that on there. Then a professional installation of the system. If I want a touch & go thermostat. You place the order. I called this guy specifically because I was leery about the website. He said license and insured no problem. The equipment came. They guy shows up to see what he has to do and to see if he needed anything additional. He came back late at night with a shady character. They did it. They demanded payment right there in either cash or check. I wrote them a check. I looked at the shoddy workmanship and stopped payment. I called the owner and said what the heck is going on here. I sent him a couple of emails. He said they will come back and fix it. Not only did they steal things out of my garage. They stole my thermostat; they stole my heater. So I paid for a heater; I didn't get a heater. He made good on the items that they stole. They stole about $1000 worth of stuff that I had paid for with the installation because I wanted certain things replaced. He made good on certain items, but not on other items. So I said I'll call the police. The installer is a licensed guy and he is a subcontractor for this company. This company should not be in business. They are a bunch of thieves. The owner is fully aware of what goes on. He tried to extort money from me that he would come over and make it right. He forged my name on a document so he could get a rebate. They don't do the work. They were scam artists. They were supposed to be here at 10 in the morning and showed up at 9pm at night.

Owner scott, was really nice guy, professional and did a good job. I was VERY HAPPY with everything that he did and everything but i do not know where this other person came from. His assistant was not so good. They came out and i was given a price for the vents for them to buy and install. The assistant came out to install and we had a discrepancy with what the price included. There was no paperwork written up beforehand, unfortunately it was all verbal. He did end up crediting me 20$ for the difference.

I really felt this service was more to get me to order more services. Some pressure to do so. Sprayed ducts at my insistance

The people were very prompt and professional. However, I thought they were going to sweep the ducts. I found that to be a per duct up charge. Added together the price would have been the same anywhere else. So the duct cleaning was a vacuum unit at the the air handler and spraying a chemical into the ducts & wiping the vent down. This could have been my fault not reading the fine print, but I don't like when what I expected turns out to be an up charge at the door. Bottom line a month later we were still having the same issues with our sinus, so for us a waste of money. They did offer to come back to sweep the vents and would waive the hookup fee. So read the fine print on Angie's list, contact the seller and when you call to make your appointment, ask what the duct cleaning includes!

The guys weren't able to make the original scheduled appointment because they got backed up. We rescheduled and they were on time. They were in and out pretty quickly , did a good job and were pretty tidy.

Great, it was really great. Nice service and it was what I was expecting. The technician was really good, he was a really friendly guy so really nice, very decent, very polite.

Scheduling was cumbersome and not next day (or week) services like we had hoped. They might just have too much business at the moment. Other than that Scott was very professional and knowledgeable. Thoroughly explained the process.

They recommended options that made sense and had them take care of it onsite while working on the vent cleaning!
