Rude, won't return calls and actually hung up on me. They installed my a.c. incorrectly and also blocked the coils, the entire unit was not sealed properly and was also not level and angled 30 degrees towards the house.Caused water to drain inside the house and ruin wood flooring.

Never contract this company, they are not registered with angi, and they start sending messages saying that they are going to send me to collections when I contract them trough angi so I had to spoke either my lawyer

East Coast Air's Scott estimated and provided oversight while Johnny and Xavier did an excellent job of replacing an old outdated and useless ac duct with a modern well insulated duct system that Scott convinced me was the best way to provide ac to my home that often didn't cool well in the summer. Boy was he right. It works great now. They also replaced the central air system that was over 20 years old with the right size for my home and we saved on the electric bill. They did an excellent, professional job that was preformed with minimal inconvenience.

It was a scorching hot day, but you sent 4 people from your company to go in the attic and install a/c & move some ducts. Your workers were professional, hard working, punctual and neat. When they left the condo everything had been cleaned up. I was so impressed. A man came back today to do drywall work and paint. Again very professional and did an excellent job. Thank you so much.

they sent subcontractors or people unwilling to do a proper job neded to recall them several times and for the wall unit had to finally pay for someone independent to do the installation

They performed a great job, since then I never have any problems with my AC unit. They suggested an excellent product and I am very satisfied.

Everything went great. It has been over 5 years since the installation and we have had no problems.

They were very respectful and prompt and had good communication. The duct installation was not great, there were several places where the ducts were not installed properly. They fixed some but not others. I'm still waiting for them the fix their installation (almost 2 year after). They are good at a/c work but don't hire them to replace your ducts.

The company had to return several times to inspect and complete defiencies from initial installation. On the last visit the bait and switch technique was used with a charged contract for annual service on the system.

Very professional and on time , needed some vents and water line adjusted . They came back without a problem and fixed it ASAP . Great job!

I'll try to remain as objective as possible by stating the facts. Readers can make their own opinion. I had not done maintenance on my AC unit in a long time. I found a deal on Angie's list for a $99 AC tune up, along with good reviews. I called the company to make an appointment and got a prompt response. A first gentleman showed up, on time, and told me that by looking at the coil I needed a deep cleaning, that was not part of the deal. He told me that it was fairly involving, would take a couple hours and that the total would be $550 for a complete AC maintenance. Ok...fine. My fault, I should have done regular maintenance. The following day, the actual AC tech came. He was in an out in about one hour. He did take the coil out and clean them. I was a bit surprised by the short time he was here so I called the office to share with them my surprise. I was told it was a bit strange and that he probably forgot to do some of the maintenance. Gentleman #1 (Mr Quote) came back, looked at my system and identified that the AC was fine but that I had a leak in the air conduit. He offered to redo the air duct seal around the air handler at no charge. The tech came the following day to perform that part. Overall everyone was courteous, on time.

Technician calls because he is lost in the neighborhood. Then calls back to tell me he has an emergency and that he ll be back in 1 hour. Technician doesnt show up to the appointment 2hr later. When i called him he hanged up. I called the office, a woman tells me the technician said he saw me and gave an appointment tomorrow (I didnt see anybody). I took a day off for that... I m sure their time is valuable, so is mine . Wont do business with them. Not professional
